Ordered hats on Oct. 9, realized they were wrong item, wanted to change to correct item. But, phone was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up, tried the chat room, but that was closed... tried phone next day and was on hold for 30 minutes... went to chat, but it was closed and also closed today 10-11-16! Hurricane problems?
