Ordered a Youth L girls shirt. When it arrived it was way too small for my 7yo daughter. More like a toddler size. Shipped it back for refund within 2 days. They sent email denying refund for "customized" "no tags" "previously worn". And stated it was given to Charity with no refund. All of which is BS, nothing was customized and tags were attached. Only tried on 1 time for 2 minutes and then packed up. Upon calling the rude lady stated it was past the 30 days, Wrong!, sent back 2 days after receiving. It was delivered 10/18! Then she hung up on us. Couldn't believe it!

A group of us are making a road trip to New Orleans for the Saints game on Nov 13. I ordered shirts and tailgate gear for the trip nearly 2 weeks ago. After 3 calls to their customer service and hold times over 30-40 minutes, they still can't tell me why my order has not shipped (everything in stock) or when it will ship. The first call to them on Nov 3 (over a week after I placed order), they promised me it would ship Monday, but their systems were down and I would have to call back the next day to be sure that I was upgraded to overnight. Another 40 min call the next day and then told, they could not guarantee when it would ship. Another call today (11/8) and still the CSR has no idea when it will ship. Unfortunately at this point it will not arrive before we hit the road, so thanks FansEdge for being so incompetent that we will not have the tailgate items we ordered for this once in a lifetime experience for a Saints fan! I am NOT A FAN of FANSEDGE!

I placed an order for a Cubs World series cap and on their website says IN STOCK. When I emailed them to see where my cap was their reply was. As stated on our website, orders containing these items will be held and shipped no later than November 29,2016. Right out lie as it still says on their website its in stock here is what it says on there website New Era Chicago Cubs Graphite/Black 2016 World Series Champions Locker Room On Field 39THIRTY Flex Hat

My order was "shipped" on 9/26 starting with Fedex who then transferred it to the USPS. I never received my order so I contacted Fedex on Oct 17th, who of course said I needed to contact the USPS who ultimately was supposed to deliver my package. I created a claim with the USPS which no one worked on. I again called the USPS on 11/3. Still no one has worked on it. On this day they said I should contact FansEdge! So I did and now I just received a letter being told that it's past the 30 day window so I can not get a refund or a new item!

I have looked several times on their website for their policies. There is a 30 day reference is the order is missing an item but no reference for a shipment that was never received at all! In fact they tell you to follow-up with the carrier - which I did!

$100 for a football jersey totally thrown out the window - and then they have the nerve to send me a letter ending with: "Thank you for your business. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon for all your sports fan gear needs"

Beyond angry!

Absolutely $#*!ing Sucks
November 4, 2016

Said I had an invalid card. Checked my bank account they charged me 3 $#*!ing times. What a $#*!ing scam. I also never received an email confirmation status. Called them up about 10 times and it played there $#*!ty music for about 15 minutes before somebody picked up. The reps said my order is not in the system. Yet they charged me 3 $#*!ing times. Some reps were simply stupid and some were good. They gave me a ticket number and said they will email or call in two days to tell me something about my order. So I pray that FanEdge gets its head out of its $#*! and finds my order. There store just sucks and should be shut down for awhile. Until they can get there $#*! situated. As a buyer don't ever ever buy from this store.

This place sucks! I placed my order Oct 24th! Got an email on the 26th that I would receive another email with shipping information. I have called and tried to chat and the chat is never available! I just listen to stupid music on hold when I call. Called my credit card company today to dispute their charge! They charged me before shipping! What the $#*!! 5 hours after calling my credit card company they send me a fedex email that they sent part of my order and it is wrong! They can take that package and put it where the sun don't shine! They suck! This site is a scam! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Shut the site down!

I placed an order and even called for overnight shipping to be added. I was assured it would ship out by a certain date. Of course, like everyone else here it was a total lie. I called back after the date was missed and I again was literally "Guaranteed" to have my order shipped by a certain date I needed because I am taking a trip to a specific game. Fansedge missed the second date so I chatted them to ask about the status of my order and I was told they weren't sure of the shipping date and they can never tell when things will be shipped. Even though the other two reps guaranteed me delivery! I was bold faced lied to. It gets worse! When I ask to cancel my order that isnt even shipped yet they say they cannot do it, I have to return the goods. THE GOODS HAVENT BEEN SHIPPED YET! The lies about their system upgrade on this site are total crap. The rep I spoke to told a completely different story. Finally, when I asked the last rep to figure out which reps lied to me she said they deleted it from the system. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR ANY OF ITS SISTER SITES OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY. DO NOT REWARD AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES

Don't trust them
November 1, 2016

I've bought from them in the past - service was never stellar. This past time was an absolute nightmare. I tried to buy a jersey, I put my card info in, and it kept saying "invalid card." So I logged into my bank account to see if something was wrong - Fansedge had charged me three times for this purchase that was never actually placed (for a broke college student I can't afford to waste that kind of money). I never received a conformation email that the order was placed so I spoke on the phone for over half an hour with a representative (sweet as he could be) and neither he nor his supervisor could figure it out. I took to Twitter to talk to the support line, they brushed me off to some other branch of support saying they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. Never did. I reached out to them after 3 days had passed to which they basically told me "go away." Whether it was a mess up in their system or a hacker - I don't know. But the unprofessionalism and the fact that my bank statement showed 3 illegitimate purchases from them is enough to make me never want to shop with them again.

I placed an order on Oct 25th for a xtra large size jersey. At which time, my credit card was charged and shipment should be made within 3 days of the order, per the website shipment information. When I attempted to contact the live chat, I was advised of the hours of operation, while attempting to receive some sort of status on the order, I've received a notice today stating my refund was processed due to the return policy. I never received or returned the item. More importantly, the credit was not posted to my account today. I am very dishearted with this company, as I have ordered from them in the past with no pending issues. I am sad to say, I will not be doing business in the future

On Sep. 17th I ordered two items from Fansedge, which were supposed to be shipped within 6 business days. On Sep 27th, I got an email saying they hadn't received a shipment confirmation for my order yet, and would keep me updated. On Oct 5th, I go on the chat to ask for an update about my order, and all they told me was that they didn't have any updates, and I would get an email whenever they had one. At that point, I noticed the items I ordered were actually cheaper now and asked to get an updated price, which they told me I couldn't and would have to make a new order. I then decided to call them to cancel my current order and, on the phone, they told me they could actually apply the lower prices to my current order (no kidding, they should have done that when I contacted them through chat). Four day later, I get an email that one of my items was unavailable and had to be canceled. I continue patiently waiting for the second item and when called again for an update, all they could tell me was that the item was available and it as unclear why the warehouse hadn't shipped yet. I decided to continue waiting and today got an email that the second item was no longer available and had to be canceled. This is simply ridiculous! I would say it's likely the worst customer experience I've ever had and would not recommend FansEdge to any one.

I am so disappointed by this company. My boys wanted to be baseball players from their favorite teams for Halloween. They found the jerseys for their costumes on Fansedge. I paid for expedited service when I placed the order 7 days before receiving a shipping notice which of course just meant they generated the shipping label. No shipping information is available yet - 8 days later. Halloween is in 3 days. To top it all off, no one will respond to email inquiries or inquiries through the CRM system. There are 2 really sad boys who have been waiting to sport their teams on Halloween in the school parade. Thanks FansEdge. Stellar service!

I ordered a jersey 10 days ago and noticed the jersey said it would ship WITHIN 5 days. 10 days later and the jersey still has NOT shipped. I contacted their customer service and they appear to have issues with their warehouse fulfilling shipments but NO problem charging my credit card right away. This company is a scam and have already turned away multiple of my friends from ordering the same jersey and directed them to better online retailers. Will never order with fansedge again.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. I paid $16 for 2 day shipping yesterday to ensure my order would arrive by 10/28 since I have to have it by then (even though I qualified for free shipping). I received an email notification today saying the item had been shipped so I could track it. I clicked on the tracking # and it tells me my estimated delivery date is 10/31 (6 days later!). I would have never paid for shipping had i known 2 days does not really mean 2 days. I have tried to contact them and the shipping company and neither has been helpful thus far. I am worried I will not receive my package on time and I wasted my money. I would not have even bought half of my items if I could not get them in time. And you can only talk to someone 1 day a week?!? That is insane. Really nervous my order is not going to make it on time and if this is the case I will not go quietly and I will make sure no one I know EVER orders from them!

I've tried six times online and two phone calls to resolve the spam issue. I ordered something from them, and now they won't stop dropping emails to my inbox every day! Absolutely unforgivable, and the story about technical issues is b. S. Anyone who runs a business like this should be boycotted. Ever go to their website? Check out the live chat for a laugh. It states that the hours of operation are 1 minute on Tuesdays. That's it! No joke. I'll be reporting them to the B. B. B., and recommend that any sports fan order their stuff from someone else.

FansEdge is Horrible!

Ordered some Tennessee gear for my nephew that was just born on 10/15 and it was suppose to ship out in 5 business day. So I've been checking my order status and it still says NEW order. Today which is 10/25 and my still hasn't been shipped out yet. So I called customer service to cancel my order today and they said they couldn't because it was already processed and to be shipped here in a few days. Now I'm stuck waiting to see if my package ever makes it here. I made the mistake in not reading the reviews before ordering from FansEdge and will not be ordering anything from here again.

I wish I had read other reviews. They only sent 1 item and now item is out. After 3 weeks! Devastated 9 yr old. Customer Service was horrible about it. Seemed so casual about and said, happens all the time.

HORRIBLE!

Never, ever, ever order from Fans Edge. Its been over a month and I still haven't received my items. They have a ton of excuses as to why, none of them believable. Weeks later one I was told one of my items is out of stock, but of course it was in stock when I originally bought it. They want to give me a $10 credit towards another purchase, which is silly because I will never buy from them again... Oh, and the customer service is absolutely terrible

Poor excuse shipping got lost due to system upgrade, what a joke. Test your upgrade first before you put it in place. Yes we got a 'partial' refund but now we have this year no Halloween customs. Never again.

I have no problem with my order - it came in a timely manner. What I have a problem is - there's no way to get yourself off their marketing e-mails.

I get multiple / day. I've unsubscribed from each one - and told the unsubscribe was successful. But they continue to come.

I contacted customer service - after 4 days I was told I was unsubscribed - but nope - I continue to get multiple e-mails / day.

This is enough of a reason for me not to use them again. I'm tempted to file a spam complaint against them through the FCC.
