This is the SECOND time I was foolish enough to order from this company. (See prior review for first mess.) Yes, I was stupid for using this company again, but I thought that they resolved the issue and my son's camp recommended them. AGAIN, I paid for expedited shipping and they sent it regular slow-boat-to-china mail. (You can see the type of shipping they use on the Fedex tracking page.) They refunded the shipping (which I did not want - I wanted the faster shipping! That's why I paid for it!) They then shipped everything (4 days late) to my billing address instead of the shipping address. (I am in NY, my son is in MAINE). She claimed that it was Paypal's fault, and said that this "happens all the time." However, I frequently use Paypal to pay for items that I ship elsewhere, and I have never had this happen with any other company. In addition, if this happens all the time, why doesn't Fansedge either fix it, or put up a big flashing alert saying "Using Paypal may change you shipping address"? The very unhelpful woman on the phone said that I could use the money they refunded for the expedited shipping that I didn't get - to ship the products up to my son myself when they finally arrive. Seriously. Never, ever, ever, again would I use this company. In addition, I will be calling my son's camp to ask them to remove fansedge from their "buy" list. So done with them.
