I ordered a Josh Allen figurine and was sent a little blue plastic man. Is this a joke? There is no easy way to contact this company. They charged me shipping and handling. Do not order from this site! If I am unable to get through to customer service, I'm going through my bank.
I ordered an item as a gift- I still don't have it after it has been promised 3 different days! I've gotten the run around and have NO idea where this is or when it will arrive. ( if ever) I don't care anymore

When I went to return my items, I found out there would be a $9.99 return fee deducted from my return, unless I asked for a store credit. That would be a 100%. I will never order again. Plus my item is not showing returned as of yet (It has been over a week since I placed it in USPS). Once my package is received at the warehouse, it will take an additional 7-10 days in order for my refund to be processed. Lesson learned. I order a-lot of Buckeyes gear from various sites. I will never order from them again.

We had an issue with our original order and I issued a negative review. To their credit, FansEdge responded and sent replacement items. While initially disappointed with the product and company, we are now happy with their service.

Their site shows a price with a 30% discount code but when the item is placed in the cart the discount code is not applied and shows "All cart items are excluded from the promotion." Worthless site and dishonest company.
About 3 weeks ago I ordered a hat. Shipping process was going smooth until I look on the items Fedex tracking number and it says Delivery exception

I ordered an item from them weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. The tracking number tells me that only the label has been created and the item has not actually been shipped. There is ZERO communication from the site to clarify the situation, and anytime I try to go through the chat feature on the website, it tells me that it is currently unavailable but their associates will be back shortly. Never, ever have talked to anyone live. Horrible customer service.

This place sucks! I ordered an item and never received it, yet they kept my money. No refund issued and no replacement item reshipped. FedEx lost package and Fansedge was the worst at helping me out. Never ordering anything from this site again.
I ordered a NFL jersey from this site. When it arrived there was bad stitching on the name plate. Threads were untrimmed, some of the stitching was loose and jumbled. I highly doubt Nike would allow this sort of quality to leave their facilities. The good thing I can say is that the return process was easy.
I placed an order yesterday and received an email confirmation. A pop up box on the email said "Free shipping sitewide", yet I was charged $13.99 for shipping and another $1.99 for handling. Customer service advised there was nothing they could do about it because it already shipped. There was no option on the site for multiple shipping charges. They're supposedly having someone from the back room call me within 24 hours but I have absolutely no faith in that happening.

Never received the order that I placed. This website is a waste of time. The order statues has said "shipped" for over a month now but according to UPS it hasn't actually shipped. Really disappointed. Don't waste your time ordering through Fanedge.com you won't get your order and they'll send you a ton of junk emails.

I decided to cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering after not getting an order confirmation email and my paypal being charged immediately (and seeing the reviews here) I emailed customer service copying the paypal order information (even though they suggested calling) and got a response within 30 minutes canceling the order and issuing a refund.

Ordered an in-stock item, they charged my credit card and sent confirmation email with order number. I kept checking status of order number, which reflected pending. Week later I happened to look at my credit card statement and saw FansEdge refunded my account the day after I placed the order. They NEVER told me they canceled the order. Called customer service (since order status still reflects "pending" on their site) and she confirmed my order was canceled - apparently they ran out of the item after charging my credit card. So - if you want to know if they canceled your order, you apparently have to check your credit card statement. I guess on the plus side, they did issue an immediate refund, which is why I have them 2 stars instead of 1.

I ordered a product because of their promotional code which said 3 to 7 business day shipping. I checked on the order a week later and it would not be shipped until almost a month. I tried to cancel the order however I was told that it was too late. It still had 2 weeks to ship and they are unable to cancel the order? I order a jersey which wasn't on sale, but they were offering free upgrade to next business day shipping. I placed my order and then it showed that it would ship within 5 days. I contacted customer service that said the next business day shipping wasn't available even though the website was marketing it and I offered to send a screenshot. Customer service was not helpful and disconnected the chat twice. I won't be ordering again. Hopefully I get the Birthday present in time...

I'm so fed up with this company. Me and my wife ordered matching custom jerseys to complete our Halloween costume and my wife's came in burnt. All they could tell me was to deal with it myself and make a claim though USPS shipping service. Won't help me out even though I submitted pictures the day I received them. Unfortunately I don't know how this will even turn out. It's been 2 weeks since my order.
