Get rid of the fee and I'll start using you again, every time I turn around companies are trying to nickel and dime you after you take the time to select what you want I'm not having it I'll just stop in and buy from ticket booth and use fandango just to find time.
The worst online service that I ever had. Never ever try to do it again. It did charge me 2 times and don't want to refund me the money... you guys should know how mad I am and how calm I was when I talked to their customer service. I reported the problem on July 4th and then they said they never had the conversation with me... I felt like... omg... this is full of brown solid ( you know what I meant)
I am suppose to be VIP. But anyways I ordered 2 tickets to go to see "All Eyes on Me" I was not able to go so, I clicked I am not able to go to the show, received a credit with Fandago the JOKE. On Saturday 07/08/17 I re-ordered the show for Sun 07/09/17 at 1:20 p. M an emergency came up I was not able to cancel. I called today, to see if I could receive a credit they tell me that I should of cancel a hour before the movie start. Smh I feel all they had to do is call the dam theather and see if we attending, and give me credit. I was not asking for my money back. SO NOW I TAKE A LOST. WHAT KIND OF $#*! IS THIS. $#*! FANDANGO!.
I used Fandango to purchase tickets to a movie because I had a coupon code for $5 off. My total showed the tickets plus the "convenience fee" minus the $5 coupon. I purchased the tickets but when I received my emailed receipt, the $5 had not been subtracted. I didn't have time to call customer service, so I emailed them instead. I didn't receive a response for over 48 hours. By this time, I had already used the tickets. I was told that they couldn't credit a completed order and they couldn't give me a refund because I had already used the tickets. They refused to resolve the issue. Their customer service is a joke and they are a bunch of crooks. Do not use this company under any circumstances!
I purchased 2 movie tickets and I went to the wrong theater location, I called fandango and they told me they couldn't give a refund or an exchange. PLEEEEAAAASSSEEE DO NOT PURCHASE any type of tickets here. Peace a crap reap off. They stole $40 I called the credit card to disputed and they told me they had to follow they're policy. Ugh I'm so upset money is hard to make and this people are thifs
I was on hold for a hour and technically they couldn't do anything about it no refund or anything. I call on my second phone they pick up within 5 minutes they need to get it together.
Fandango sells gift cards that are only redeemable on their app/website. The convenience fee of $1.50 is charged for all online tickets, no options. It would be understandable if it was per purchase, but noooo... it's per ticket. That is, simply, a scam. Do your loved ones a favor and dont gift them fandango cards.
Purposefully redirects your near-complete purchase to a "zipcode listed does not match card zipcode" or "Security code does not match" page BUT STILL CHARGES YOUR ACCOUNT. My bank personally contacted Fandango to dispute the charge but they claim their hands are tired and will have to wait for transaction to post to clear it. ABSOLUTE SCAM
I bought tickets to see despicable me 3 not 3D or imax. When i got to the theater it was in 3D. My 8 and 3 year old didnt really enjoy the movie so i tried to contact them to make things right and they were very rude. I will never use fandango again. I double checked my purchase history and it clearly says regular movie.
Give me a break - why bother using your stupid gift cards when you charge as much as $2.00 PER TICKET to purchase anything online. Simply terrible company. Avoiding you at all costs.
They just want your money, that all. We are so mad. No ticket.

I went on to buy tickets and it said there was an error. I found out they charged my card $28 and I got no tickets. I've been on hold with customer service and not been able to talk to anyone yet! I am way more than just pissed right now.
Someone should start a class action law suit on Fandango... for stealing peoples money... and let the IRS know their wrong doings... jerks!
They gave me several complications with my account and tv, absolute thieves and bull$#*!ters. There main goal is to take your money with overpriced movies and not refund your purchase. STAY AWAY!
I used the Fandango site on 6/9/2017 to purchase 3 tickets to Wonder Woman. There was an error during the transaction... and the transaction was cancelled. Unfortunately, my credit card was still charged $31.50. I contacted Fandango by chat 4 times via chat and 1 time by email. The first 3 times I contacted them, they stated that I needed to continue to wait the charge to fall off... since it did not actually transmit. This never happened... the charge remained posted to my credit card. The 4th time I contacted Fandango... they said that they couldn't help. I asked who I could contact to further discuss my problem, the disatcher ended the call. I will not be using Fandango in the future!
I waited on HOLD for over 20 minutes to be transferred to somewhere else and Hold for over 30 more mins with no success. I tied the next day and was on Hold again and finally I was connected with the rudest representative, "Larry" I was calling to let Fundango know their app wasn't working correctly when you try to cancel a show. It made a purchase but kept giving me a system error when trying to cancel. The whole process was unnecessary for just buying tickets. I will use another service for now on. Deleted this app already!
My sister visited from England and tried to purchase 2 tickets for Snatched on her MasterCard. The transaction failed, so I then proceeded to purchase them with my debit card. That went through fine. The next day my sister checked her account to find they had taken $21.50 from her account. We have tried numerous times to sort this out and get a refund. Have even sent screenshot of the transaction to a Robi Antonio who works for Regal and is supposedly dealing with this matter. I was told by him to stop being dramatic and after 7 days of sending proof that the transaction took place still have not heard back, which means a fourth phone call and waiting at least 40 mins to get to speak to someone again! While it's only $21.50 it's the damn principal that they think it's ok to take money off people and give them nothing. Absolute terrible customer service.
Ordered tickets for a movie 3 days later. Website changed back to default and gave me tickets for a movie that already started while I was at home online. Now they commit False Advertising when they advertise "Customer Service." I will NEVER use fandango again. It is pay at the counter or wait for dvd/blue-ray.
After a website error resulting in me buying tickets to the wrong movie theater, I immediately tried accessing the fandango help line. After a good 20 minutes of waiting to be connected to someone, I was told they "couldn't do anything about it" because it was after show time, although when I first called them it was still before show time. Very disappointed in the customer service.
They refuse to refund unused tickets. Absolutely the dumbest, greediest policy I could imagine. The show was not full, they were not barred from selling the unused seats to someone else. I've been ripped off, plain and simple.
Answer: Shauna, try Ken's suggestion. After years as a loyal customer & "Fan" of Fandango, I had an issue that should have been easily resolved. When I finally spoke to a live CSR, the response & subsequent email were robotic & useless. I now buy gift cards from the theatres & save my $$ and time. Good luck to you, though!
Answer: You do Julie S., but if you purchase it within 2 hours of the movie you are out of luck and that's what I happened to do. I accidentally chose that same day rather than the next day (Saturday) and since I was within a 2 hour time frame they said too bad. Never will use them again that's for sure. It was an honest mistake and I explained that but the woman on the phone was very nasty.
Answer: I would try emailing them, unfortunately there is no one to call as far as I know. If that doesn't work why don't you try calling a theater near you that takes fandango, ask for a manager. Fandangos customer service is not good so I wish you luck. Thank you for your service, hope this helps Rose
Answer: I didn't wake up with a dead horse in my bed but all other evidence in dealing with Fandango indicate that they are mob-owned. Perhaps the mob has more morals. Maybe not mob-owned. What would be worse than the mob because that's likely who owns them. Difficult question to answer. Best not to do business with them anyway.
