Ordered helmet light on October 10 and still waiting. Can't reach them by phone is email. Left voice mail, emails, and message on their Facebook page. Registered complaint with Facebook also. Still no response.

Ordered over a month ago a cd hologram from this site still hasn't shipped my cc company says it will be up to 2 months before I get my money back wtf do not do business with fanauthentics.Com they are scammers

Placed an order October 13th... Tried to contact them several times over a week and did not receive a single response although they had no problem charging my credit card... Scam! I would give them zero stars if I could..

Like so many others here I placed an order on 9/19 and have no response. Their number doesn't work any longer and their 24/7/365 Custer service is a non existent. They don't reply to any email inquiries. They bill you and never ship anything. Fortunately my bank took good care of me and changed my CC# too. I wouldn't even rate them a 1

Placed an order mid November for a Christmas gift and still waiting. Called 5 times, 3 emails, with nothing back. Money gone just as fast as I placed the order. But status still unfulfilled. WTF? This company sucks. Just wanted to put a Smile on my girls face. Don't waste your time or money buying here.

I ordered leggings 4 weeks ago, credit card charged and order sits unfulfilled. I emailed and left messages, no return calls or emails. What customer service department goes right to voicemail? Gave plenty of chances but since no response, I called credit card company today to have the charge reversed. Worst on-line shopping experience ever.

Very frustrating to be taken like this. I placed an order on Aug 20th and they were certainly able to take my money immediately but there is no way to contact them. You just get an answering machine and no return call. The online status of my shirt still says not processed. I called Fanatics.com by accident and they told me that this is indeed a fraudulent website and they would assist in reporting it for me.

FRAUD! - Beware!

I placed an order for the Chicago Bears LED light and never received it! However they charge your credit card very quickly after the order was placed. Several attempts to try to get ahold of anyone at the company were unsuccessful. This truly is a scam.

Paid for expedited shipping, but 3 months later, still haven't received items. Call the phone number on their website over and over and over and leave voicemails, in addition to emailing numerous times. They absolutely do not call back or give an order update. The whole site and company is a scam. Beware.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered Chicago Blackhawks leggings over a month ago, which never arrived. They do not answer the phone, or return phone calls. Luckily my credit card company refunded my money. They continue to advertise on Facebook. I've left multiple comments trying to warn others not to order from them, but they must have blocked me now because I no longer have the option to comment.

Got a call from my bank reporting all kinds of suspicious activity from PayPal. Had to cancel my card, went through my transactions and I'm starting to suspect it was this company.

SHOCKING
December 9, 2016

I placed an order 3 months ago and like everyone else couldn't get in touch with them after numerous phone calls, filing a claim with my bank and never receiving my merchandise. Shockingly I just received an email today from the company that my item has been shipped. It appears it has shipped using the tracking number. Fingers crossed they will follow thru with everyone else who went thru this.

Today, Nov. 9, I received a shipment form Fanauthenics that I had ordered on Oct. 10 with a 7-10 day shipment window. So, nearly a month later and with no communication from them based on repeated emails and phone message, it was the wrong item! Since my Oct. 29 review, I contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge and filed a complaint with the FTC. I have no words to describe how bad this experience has been from a consumer standpoint.

I have been leaving messages for this company and they never return my call.
I purchased something from them and they were happy to quickly bill my cc co but yet the order remains unfulfilled!
I just cancelled via my credit card co.

I placed an order on 9/7/16 after seeing the product on Facebook. My card was charged immediately. The order status still shows 'unfulfilled' over a month later. No one answers their phone or replies to email. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card.

This is a fraudulent company! - I placed two orders a weeks apart almost two months ago. And I yet to receive anything from them. They do not answer the phone, return calls or read the emails sent to them! If this happened to you, you can file a complaint against them by going to this website www.usa.com

Ordered the LED Cubs light on 11/6... didn't get shipped out until 12/19 and finally received it today. I did file a complaint with the district attorney regarding them, but didn't have a physical address. Now that I received my shipment, I have it. So if anyone else is thinking of doing the same thing, here is where they are located:
