Ordered the LED Cubs light on 11/6... didn't get shipped out until 12/19 and finally received it today. I did file a complaint with the district attorney regarding them, but didn't have a physical address. Now that I received my shipment, I have it. So if anyone else is thinking of doing the same thing, here is where they are located:

I placed order on October 3 and my credit card transaction occurred on October 5. I have called and emailed Fan Authentics several times with no response. My next step is to contact my credit card company fraud division to get my money back and find a reputable merchant to get the merchandise I had ordered. I wish I had reviewed Fan Authentics prior to placing the order.

Haven't received order that was placed April 28,2016. Money was taken from my account. I've tried calling and get a voicemail everytime. Leave a message and no one calls back. I've e-mailed multiple times and have received no response. Attached is a picture of what I ordered from the company. I think this company is a scam and is just taking money from people.

Horrible Customer Service
December 22, 2016

Placed order for the Cubs Night Light. Sent email 4 weeks later after not receiving any update besides the order confirmation... no answer. Sent email the following week... no answer. Week 6 after placing my order, called number listed in confirmation email... disconnected. Called # on web site, goes to voicemail... and no answer. Finally order showed up 7 weeks after I ordered it. Also only comes with USB cable when description says you can also plug into wall. Will never order from again.

I ordered an item on November 1 and still never got it. I just emailed them and let them know that my brother who is an attorney will take care of their business. I just tried to call the number also and it says it is not in service!

I purchased the Blackhawk leggings from them on March 26th, they took money out of my account within 48 hours of transaction and it is now June the 6th and I still have not received my order. When I hit "track my order" it says that my order is still in process. Don't Buy from this company unless you like donating $ to people who will not contact you when you email customer support and not ship your purchased order!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!

I placed in order the end of October was card was charged and stil states my order is unfulfilled. Tried numerous times to email, make phone calls and never gotten a response back. There isn't ever a human that answers the phone. I am so upset that I didn't look at the reviews first. This is Bull$#*!!

Not a legitimate comapy

Please do not order from this company. They charged me immediately and since then I have not been able to get a response to my emails or phone messages.

I have reported them to Facebook (where I first say their advertisement) and I am going to see if I can disput the charge with my bank.

I received my 3-D Red Wings lamp. Maybe some of you have received yours by now as well.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! $40 for this? Damn thing is no bigger than my hand. Should've canceled when I read the horrible reviews here last month, but kept forgetting because of other live events.

If you can cancel and get your money back through your bank, then do it. Was not worth the price nor the two-month wait.

This site is a total scam! I ordered from here because I saw them post a deal on Facebook around the time of the Stanley cup playoffs. Of course they took the money out of my account right away and I never heard one thing about my order after that. The "customer service" number just goes to a fake voicemail where it says that your call will be returned which is a complete lie! I have left 3 voicemails, emailed the customer service email twice and posted on their Facebook page and still nothing! Do not order from this site!

I have called and emailed customer support numerous times. It was just money you stole from me but it was Christmas you stole from my son. I am recovering from a surgery and had very little money to no money to spend on Christmas for him. A next door neighbor gave me the money for this night light because when he saw it... Santa HAD to bring it. After calling and leaving multiple messages explaining how important someone get back to me... nothing! I emailed and expressed the same urgency... again, nothing! We had a person who heard about how it looked liked we had been scammed purchased a similar light but my son was disappointed that he didn't get the light he had told santa he wanted. It clearly doesn't matter to you guys and hey you took my money quick enough... I will again never hear back and this probably will never be read because your probably on a cruise enjoying the rewards from your scam.

This is the worst on line or any shopping experience for that matter in my life. Quickly took my payment (same day as ordered) on 10/31 for a Christmas gift. After many unanswered emails, voice mails, phone calls etc., after filing disputes with my credit card company, after filing complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, I received an email on 12/26 that my item was shipping. This was the first and only communication from the company to that point. I immediate responded to the email indicating DO NOT SHIP... ITEM NO LONGER WANTED. Item was on my door step on 12/27. I will not pay for it... I will return it. FanAuthentics in NOT Authentic at all. No Customer Service. No common decency. No morals at all. STAY AWAY! Nothing they offer is worth the frustration.

SITE IS A FRAUD
October 10, 2016

I ordered two items on 9/10/16 and the order still shows as not shipped. I sent an email over a week ago and no response. I called the 1-877 number and got an answering machine. This is 10/10/16 and I do not believe that this order will ever be sent or that I will hear from this company. I am calling my credit card company and disputing the charge which they deducted from my account as soon as the order was placed.
