Trying to return an order, and it has been a nightmare. There is no customer service number on the website, you have to research and find it on the interwebs. Their service email from my shipping receipt comes back undeliverable. The live chat isn't available half the time. I FINALLY somehow tracked down a customer service phone number and after several tickets and calls, I am repeatedly being denied because despite the fact that BOTH Fanatics website and the shipping invoice say I have 30 days from DELIVERY, when they go through a third party manufacturer, you don't. They take the date of purchase. The agent chastised me for waiting so long to start the return - seriously? What company starts a 30 day return clock from the date of purchase before the customer even receives the item? I am freaking livid - I have never dealt with such stupidity. Fanatics literally allows their 3rd party manufacturer to screw customers and says they can't do anything about it.
I ordered a IU RED sweatshirt and waited weeks to receive a green pair of shorts? Accidents happen so I called and reported it and they said we will send you your IU sweatshirt out. I thought maybe they would RUSH my order but NOPE. Receive it in a couple weeks. That is crazy... you made the mistake and now i have to wait again? Good customer service would of got it to me 2 days later and ate the expedite charges for their mistake.

So, on October 13th I PREORDERED a limited Manchester United jersey for my son for his birthday. It was to be released and shipped on October 31st. I emailed them a few days ago to try to get a tracking number. They told me that there wasn't a tracking number yet, because the item had sold out and they were waiting for more. Apparently they don't understand what a PREORDER means. It felt like the Seinfeld episode about the rental car reservation. " You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." anyway... terrible customer service.

Purchased an Army Shirt! Decal is fading badly after 100 days of use. They won't take the shirt back as I'm 10 days late in contacting them. The last wash I did, the decal of "Duty, Honor, Country" is almost unreadable. Can't believe they won't stand behind a $20.00 Shirt, which is useless to me. I wanted to wear this shirt with pride, but that won't happen due to a company that can't make exceptions when it's outside of their policy. I will never purchase from this company again as they don't understand customer relationships when an exceptions happen, which happens in business all the time. When I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and no one came to the phone. This happened twice. Again, POOR CUSTOMERS SERVIVE!

I ordered my jersey 4 months ago. And still haven't received anything yet. Tracked it but it stops at new york port. I've tried to contact fanatics but there was no solution until it was too late to refund. It says may be a little late because of covid so i waited but no jersey came and no money refunded :( disappointed

I ordered a Carolina Gamecocks Hoodie from these clowns. I ordered it for my daughter's Birthday. She is 15 years old and 100 lbs. She likes her sweatshirts a little big so I ordered it in a men's small. She usually wears a small in women's. I received it today and I don't even know what to say. It would be snug on a cabbage patch doll. It's smaller than a kids small. We had our last name printed on the back so they say we can't return it. I get the fact we had our last name on it but I think they send me a toddlers small. It's the craziest thing ever. Ohhh well guess I have a new rag to wax the cars with. I know I'll hear $#*! for this but when you call customer service don't plan on talking to anyone who speaks English because you'll be connected to someone in the middle east.

Never ever order from this site! Ordered a cheerleading outfit for my 7 year old for Halloween two weeks before Halloween and it was supposed to be in in plenty of time but shipping kept saying it has not left Florida. So finally I call fanatics and the guy says it was "lost" and fedex was at fault (lie). So then he tells me what I ordered is out of stock and they didn't have any other sizes available- I get online and go to the site while I'm on the phone and there's definitely the next size available- I tell him this then he "finds it" but he can't send me that one, I have to take a refund on the other order (wait 4-7 days for the money of course) and I have to place a whole new order which he says he will overnight and promises it will be at my house by the next afternoon. I begrudgingly say ok because my daughter really wants this for Halloween. I wait all day for tracking info, never get it, finally go to the site to see and there is tracking info available- saying the outfit will not arrive until Monday. (It was promised to be here on Friday so she could wear it SATURDAY FOR HALLOWEEN) I call fanatics back and the new rep says oh no it's only overnight once it ships but it takes days to process so you won't get it until Monday at the earliest. Oh and he can't issue a refund and cancel the order bc it's been "processed". To say that I am livid is an understatement. Never ever ever ever order from this company.

I bought this for my wife, it seemed like a nice sweatshirt. EXCEPT, they got the color wrong. Instead of having the Texas Longhorns in burnt orange (as pictured), it was red. You'd think for 52 dollars they could at least get the team's colors right.

I recently attempted to purchase items from this website. I found what I needed and process seemed fine, then I get an email saying my order was canceled but it doesnt state why. I reached out online through the live chat, and was told there was somerhin g wrong with my payment and to call customer service. I called them, wait time was indicated as 10 minutes... 20 minutes later I am still waiting. So then I selected option to have them call me back... no returned call. So I then said forget it and reordered what I needed. I saw afterwards that payment was pending at my bank so should be no payment issues right?... Wrong. My order was cancelled again. I got the same email. Called and still can't get anyone on the phone. Now my God-children have no gifts for their birthday. This is beyond ridiculous. First and last time customer.

I ordered a Green Bay Packer hoodie that also came with a plushie bear. I received just the bear. I called your company on the 18th and talked to a man that I could barely understand. He told me that I needed to send the bear back and he would send out the full order that day and I would receive it on the 21st. Today is October 24th. I tried to track my order and the number did not work. I tried numerous times by phone to contact you and finally a Cheynne answered and as I was telling her what I needed she hung up on me. I called back and got a Nameze and she looked my order up and stated I would receive on the 29th and gave me a new tracking no. Well after ending the call I tried the new number and it does not work. I hope that I receive my order on the 29th. I do know that I will NEVER order from this company again.

Three times I have ordered from fanatics.com and I have yet to receive a correct order. Its always wrong sizes, wrong teams or both. The worst part about it is that you can only chat with them online and you will be treated as if it was your fault you received the wrong time. I have yet to be refunded or have the item corrected once. Today I was refused a refund, refused to exchange item that was incorrect, refused a return label to return incorrect item and refused when asked to speak with supervisor or management. I ordered items and multiple packages came in with an empty box. I filed a ticket regarding this on 10/12/2020 and was told that it will be finished reviewing within 3 to 5 business days. I wanted to return the items that I actually received but when I try to login my account is locked. The customer service refuses to unlock my account as well as continuously put me on hold and tell me that there's nothing they could do. The ticket is still not resolved and they just say it's under review.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
