Don't pay extra for faster shipping! I ordered two items in one order and paid more for faster shipping. One item came in a few days the next item will be shipped later. Wth!
Lilly provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. She was super fast to respond and correct my issue. She is the best! I will definitely shop at fanatics.com again.
UPDATE to say that Fanatics immediately refunded my shipping costs. Thank you Fanatics. In addition they gave me 30% next order.
The shirts I ordered were fine. Worth the sale price. But the false advertisement of free shipping with ShopRunner which says if you sign up, which I did, then it's free shipping. BUT Fanatics still charged me $14.99 for 2 day shipping. I called and they would not refund the shipping because they said the shirts were on sale so therefore I can't have free shipping. That is absolutely garbage! And I will never buy from Fanatics again for that false advertisement. Recommend you use Amazon or Walmart to get these same products. Fanatics sells items with those other websites.
Ordered a long sleeve shirt, was delivered with red ink all over the white collar. Sales associate was supposed to have ordered another, while starting a return for damaged shirt and did not so days later I had to, had to pay for expedited shipping. Received second shirt, damaged with brown all over sleeve and in the threading at the wrist (threading looked as it was pulled out). Called and wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. Left my number and was assured I would get a call back. Did not. I was refunded my money however I need to call yet again to get another return label.
If you need a jersey or sport gear next year, I suggest you order it now. Upon placing my order fanatics said it should be delivered October 17th. Then it's said will be delivered 18th, then said the 19th, on the 19th it said it will be delivered 20th, on the 20th it said it will be delivered 21st and then it said it will be delivered the 22nd. Now today it said it will be delivered 23rd! I guess I'll find out tomorrow.
I ordered the Gold riser helmet display case. The color was not as depicted and when I called customer service, I was assured I would get confirmation of a replacement in 48 hours. However, no reply came. I tried to call back a few other times with not much mor success.
The worst experience came when the customer service agent continued telling me "don't worry" when I explained my frustration with the process. He assured me a supervisor would be reaching out in a few minutes. Which never happened.
I decided to call back and finally got a helpful agent on the phone. Ariel took the time to find any solution to make sure that my issue was resolved. She created a ticket for the memorabilia team to respond, something no one else did for me.
Lilly from the memorabilia team reached out and although my item had been more than 30 days since receipt, she made sure I was taken care of because she saw that I had been making attempts to fix the issue for over a month.
While I would say a majority of the customer service people here have never been very helpful, Ariel and Lilly were incredible and very helpful.
I do wish there was an easier way to find the phone number to call customer service, as the chat never directs me to what I need, and the voice recorder assistant is terrible.
I have seen knockoff Jerseys and hats before and knew from the prices that these would be knockoffs but wow, these are crappy level knockoffs. Worst quality I have ever seen and I have been to India,China and a host of other developing countries. Don't waste your money.
I purchased a tee shirt from Fanatics and wore it one time and washed it. It came out of the washer with a hole in the body. I have tried on multiple occasions to get some sort of guidance from their customer service web site, but the only option that was available to me was to return the shirt, at my cost, and pay a $9.99 re-stocking fee! I have resigned myself to keeping the shirt to wear when I work on my car, do yard work or paint my house and not purchase anything else from Fanatics! Such a shame!
Worst idea ever. Do not by if you haven't seen or tried on an item. If it doest fit to bad...take 20% back to process return. Unbelievable.
I bought a jacket last December and still haven't received it they get close to the shipping date then change it! Now there saying Nov 09. I had a gift a gift and that's all they'll do is replace it with another gift card nothing full well they have no intentions 9f sending it.
I guess the only way i can get my $154.00 back is thru class action they people sold me a jacket in december and have changed the shipping date again now there saying No ember mean while my father is dieing of can er he won't even get to see it! No refund unless i want a giftcard but why buy anything that they wont ship.this is a monotony they have on sports apparel so it can't be purchased elsewhere and a 1 out of 5 rating is despicable.ill call my attorney general on money there has to be something that can be done about this scam operation.
Ordered a Kelly Green Kelce jersey on July 31, website said shipping by Aug 17th, then it changed to October 7th, when I called they changed my order to 2 day shipping with an arrival date of Oct 10th, i called on the 9th of Oct. To see the status of my order and i was told it would not be shipped until mid November. Absolute failure on the pro shop and fanatics part. Selling a product that won't be available for the Eagles kelly green debut. Then i was offered a discount code that can't even be used on new products.
I dont recommend the pro shop and I'm definitely staying away from fanatics, a waste of time and money, canceling all my orders.
UPDATE: I RECEIVED A SOLUTION FROM FANATICS WHICH HAS ALLOWED ME TO GET MY ITEMS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TIMELY AND SATISFACTORY

This process from beginning to end has been a nightmare. I ordered a jacket to support my team during the playoffs. So far it has taken 10 days with no updates from MLB or the carrier. I was given an estimated delivery date of October 10. Again no delivery and no updates until I called to only find out that it was be delivered on the 13th. I simply asked to have a survey said to me that I could participate in asked to be sent a survey I could participate in again, which I never received. I had to reach out via chat to even get the survey. I have supported MLB all my life. And the lack of service that I receive them from them has been the worst I have ever received. I would think an organization this large would treat their customers better. I guess they make so much money they don't care about customer service. Absolutely pathetic service. Never again will I order anything from them. And I would encourage anyone else to take their business elsewhere.
The worst sportsbook experience ever...don't use this sportsbook just save yourself the headache...I went on the website and purchased $183 worth of stuff and received an email saying I would receive $163 in bonus bets (virtual currency) so I emailed them on Sept 28th and here it is Oct 9th and I've still been emailing them and I'm on my 6th person that will write an email and "foward me to the correct person" and now I've been told after the 6th person and 10 emails and even more twitter dm's and about a week later they finally told me that the promotion was for only new users but the website acknowledged I've had an account because it was showing my fan cash...I will never spend money with fanatics again...save yourself the time and go to another sportsbook
So the price was 44.99 for a college team sweatshirt. When I got it, it was very thin and not at all what sweatshirt fabric is usually made of. Sent it back the next day. They said it would be 9.99 to ship it back but they charged me 14.97 and took it out of my refund. Won't shop with them again
Item was not even close to how it appears on fanatics website. Received item and it was ultra thin and I would not dare to wash it. Made in Vietnam. I also had a problem with my initial order. Coupon did not work. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to get it resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICES!

They are refusing to cancel the order and give me a refund.
You will purchase an overpriced jersey. They will give you a fake delivery date multiple times (doesn't matter when you purchase), Fanatics will not say anything until last second. When the jersey finally arrives, you have to hope that it doesn't have crooked lettering or poor seams/stitching. The most they will offer is a 25% coupon on another future purchase that expires. I suggest you find a 3rd party for cheap. At worst, it will be the same quality it seems.
Got shirts as gift - wrong size. Won't exchange, won't get a supervisor. Hung up on me when I tried.

It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
