I love fanatics, their prices are reasonable, great customer service, quality products and easy to place orders, however - I had a very bad experience when I ordered a personalized jersey for my boyfriend's birthday - Fanatics used UPS solutions - they work with the US Postal Serv. And not once but TWICE they lost my order, after it got lost the first time I asked Fanatics to use a different shipper (I even offer to pay more for shipping) and I was told that was not an option so I took a chance and order it again and AGAIN it got lost. Other than that I love Fanatics

I received all the shirts that I ordered quickly and I'm extremely happy with all of them
Fanatics is a joke. Don't give them your business. I had to go out of my way to discover my order was lost then it was my job to file the claim and contact them to get a new one re sent! No joke I order on October 24th and I finally contacted them November 8th after multiple emails without a response I finally was able to get a hold of Sherika on a live chat. They took over thirty minutes to confirm it was lost and no one had ever taken the time to see the delivery had been complete! They didn't offer any exiditing of the new product or reimbursement. They just offered free delivery which I already had since I purchased over 75$ shop elsewhere
Promised 2 day service. Arrived in 5. Back ordered the most important item and shipped it 2 weeks later "standard ground." I had other (less expensive) choices I am very disappointed that I chose this site. I should have researched more extensively..
LOW LOW LOW QUALITY
Product is junk, i returned all 8 items. On top of which i had to ship to different locations and was charged $30. I would have paid triple to return their crap products. Maybe that is the business they should be in. Upcharge on shipping so they can make more money because no one wants this junk.
Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I tried to purchase 2 items. Their coupon they advertise didn't work. I had 2 other codes for 20% off each order. Tried those, the codes I won and should be able to use didn't work. I went on the live chat where each exchange left me sitting 2-7 minutes between exchange. I had to send question marks and ask if they were there before getting a response. Offered free ship and coupon for next order. I can't get 3 coupons that are verified to work, how would I trust that will? 45 mins of my life wasted. I will never order from this organization. Horrendous.
Terrible product! Not as shown. Women's hoodie sweatshirt was cut very square & not tapered to fit. Go to your local Sports Academy or $#*!'s Sporting Goods.
Cristin helped me with my return of an item that arrived damage. I purchased the item as a gift and needed a replacement sent quickly. She was great and helped me get the replacement as soon as possible.

Advertised as "Quick Shipping". Sorry, I don't consider 3 weeks quick shipping at all. I will stick with Amazon.
I was awarded bonus bets but did not receive them. Had to contact support everyday to redeem them. Also, I referred 2 friends and none of us receive the 50 dollar bonus bets. This app is horrible!
Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
