I ordered a size M pair of shorts and was sent a S. It was a major two-day hassle to return the item. Then they told me they couldn't replace it because they were out of stock. AND, I discovered that they'd charged me $2 more than the retail price (before tax, etc.). Then I asked where I could leave a company review and they told me I couldn't. I will never order from them again.
I ordered UW PAC winning shirts on Dec 1st. For Christmas presents. Website said product was in stock when ordered. On the 18th notified 2 shirts out of stock and cancelled my order. This is 3 shirts they could not process. I ended up ordering from the UW Husky store. Fanatics offers no customer service!
I was delivered the wrong item. Eventually I was transferred to Ruth who was so kind and personable. Ruth went above and beyond for me and making sure everything was right. She was so wonderful in fact that I wasn't even upset the wrong item was delivered. Disappointed, but not angry. I wish every company had a "Ruth". Because of her, I felt comfortable enough to purchase more items while waiting for the current issue to be resolved. She's fantastic. Thank you, Ruth!
Do not order from this company which I don't even think it is a company can not talk to someone in the company you talk to someone out of the US they give you a runaround where you package is they give you a tracking number that does not exist save your money order from any place else but this one I guess my money is just flused down the toilet like there products
I bought something for Xmas for my mom on Dec 5th - it is now the 17th and still not here - they charged 4.99 for shipping which is a scam because their promise date is false - will never order from them again - Erin Andrews should be ashamed for supporting these clowns

I purchased the North Carolina Tar Heels Gameday Couture Women's Good Vibes Premium Fleece Drop Shoulder Pullover Sweatshirt - White. I am 100% disappointed. The shirt is used! The logo has been washed and is coming off the front. The shirt was not in a plastic package nor did it have tags. It's a women's XL (based on size chart) yet fits like a 3XL. I should have listened to a friend who told me not to order college merch from Fanatics. This is not my first time being "stuck" with damaged or non fitting game wear. They make it nearly impossible to return items even though it's damaged, no tags (not my doing) and they charge you 10.00 to "return it for their inspection." I am out almost $100.00 this season on horrible merch that no one can even wear! I ordered a 2x.Nike shorts for my son and they fit a lady. Not a grown man! Both items have been a waste of money as my shirt is used and huge and the shorts are for a small man not a 2XL.I called customer service and was on hold 39 minutes and the. Could not understand the language. I will never order here again

I ordered a full size replica helmet for my Husband's Christmas present and they shipped a mini! I was told to send back the wrong item and they would reship the correct helmet as soon as I left at a UPS access point. Once this was done they refused to reship the correct item I ordered and said I had to reorder, they did give a full refund that took days to clear in my bank. Will not trust this company again! If it was the company's mistake they should have fixed this issue and shipped what was ordered!
First time purchasing and probably never will again. I was promised a tracking number after 7 days for my order after purchasing. Never received it. Emailed Dana since she was the supplier and stated she would send it thru Express shipping due to the inconvenience and would provide me the tracking number. Never did! Then I expressed how frustrating it was due to this being a Xmas gift and thought about canceling since I still have yet to receive a tracking. She sent me an email back to confirm if I wanted to cancel. Before I even got to confirm the cancellation which I wasn't going to since I emailed her that I would just keep it still, she sent me an email stating she just went ahead and canceled it. This was so upsetting and the worst experience I've ever had with ordering something online especially during the holidays. Truly disappointed. Do not recommend at this point for anyone to purchase thru their site. I wish I would have looked at the reviews first because there are many others who seem to not be satisfied.
I ordered a football jersey for an 8 year old boy. $106. Right? I looked at the sizing chart & got a youth medium. Wow is it small. They need to redo their size chart. They post no reviews on the site so you can't tell from others who have purchased it that it runs way small. Wonder why there are no reviews on the site. Hmmm. Do better
I made a purchase on November 26,2023, a withdraw from my account was made and I haven't received my purchase. I contacted them and they're saying they can't find the purchase. I gave them an Order # and still nothing. I've been push from 1 person to another and nothing. The statement they gave is we can't assist you. I've been trying to send a snapshot of the message stating SUCCESS but having trouble sending it. FRAUD
I placed an order for a Christmas gift. I put my address in correctly but my address got changed. My order was delivered a day early & too a different address. Then my credit card number was stolen afterwards & authorized for $54 the next day online, for an online gift card. They will never get my busIness again online.
I placed an order on 12/12/23 and the shipping mentioned says 7 days. After checking my order on the 12/15, it is still held in processing status and the update shows that my item won't be delivered 12/29 which is outside of the 7 days my order is supposed to be delivered. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. They said it is too late to change the shipping method or cancel the order. I have ordered with Fanatics before with no issues but this was a horrible experience and I will not do business with this company again.

So...I have a autistic grandson who loves the 49ers. So I wanted to start a card collection for him. I ordered from fanatics. They said the trading cards would be in on Dec. 7. I never received any updated notifications. I finally emailed them on the 18th from a email they sent thanking me for my order asking them for a update on my order. They reply with a email saying it was delivered. I could not believe it. I am retired and watch my other grandchild and i am hone all day long everyday. I tried the online automated chat. There was nothing I could click on to say I never got my order. I went back to email. The email came back saying not a reply email. So I had to file a case with pay pal. Thank God I ordered from Amazon a pack of 49er trading cards for back up. My autistic grandson will still have a great Christmas no thanks to fanatics.
I would agree with most of the reviews mentioned here but I feel the CSRs are doing the best they can. If I look at this business from a Mobile telephone company point of view it has to be inadequate systems that the CSRs are working with. I can't imagine that it can be this bad in 2023. Regardless, I would like to signal out RUTH & ALEJANDRA. The somehow cut through the system to correct the issue. It only took 2 weeks after receiving Mahomes & Hurts Merch when I ordered Mahomes & McCaffery Merch. KO

They charged me $12 in shipping and they make it nearly impossible to return something and now they are going to charge me $10 to ship the return. Plus from what I've read they won't even refund my money! They advertise as the official store of the university of Tennessee but THEY ARE NOT UTK! Don't buy from these people.

The order has been sitting in warehouse for five days with an Arrival Pending status, but updates state arrival to my address for the last three days. Customer Service speaks English, but most difficult to understand and really don't think they understand what is being stated. When, or if, it will arrive? They take your money and then treat you like crap, NEVER AGAIN!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
