I ordered shirts the end of October. Ordered 2 in order to get qualify for free shipping. 1 shirt was a Christmas gift. Size Medium, that would fit an XL! I want to exchange, but am told "that shirt needed to be returned in 30 days". All over their website it says 365 day hassle free returns. No so! I was told if I return, they will donate and I cannot exchange. Very disappointing, especially for a $90 shirt. Will never use them again, or recommend them!
I bought a Fanatics branded sweatshirt at an arena and the embroidery started coming apart after one wash. I contacted their support and was told that they will not stand behind their product unless it was purchased on fanatics.com. Where else am I supposed to go?

I ordered in the middle of December, shipment came before Christmas. Was also pleased with the size fittings for two t-shirts and a stretch fit baseball hat. I will order from here again. Promo codes didn't really make a difference in price. Happy with everything overall.

I bought this for my wife, it seemed like a nice sweatshirt. EXCEPT, they got the color wrong. Instead of having the Texas Longhorns in burnt orange (as pictured), it was red. You'd think for 52 dollars they could at least get the team's colors right.

Does not follow through with their "promises" Save yourself the time and hassle and just buy your items from Amazon.com. You will get them in a couple of days and if they mess up, they will make it right, unlike Fanatics.com.

Pricing way out of line for the quality and workmanship of the "Made in China" crap they send their customers. Clothing sizes are way off. Products fall apart, stitching unravels, materials are thin and flimsy. If you buy something from them that absolutely won't fit and decide you have to return it, understand you might get a return of half your purchase price. Stay clear of this company!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I tried to purchase 2 items. Their coupon they advertise didn't work. I had 2 other codes for 20% off each order. Tried those, the codes I won and should be able to use didn't work. I went on the live chat where each exchange left me sitting 2-7 minutes between exchange. I had to send question marks and ask if they were there before getting a response. Offered free ship and coupon for next order. I can't get 3 coupons that are verified to work, how would I trust that will? 45 mins of my life wasted. I will never order from this organization. Horrendous.
I was delayed on getting an order. They immediately refunded shipping, told me when I could report the package as lost (3 days after expected date) and also sent me a coupon. They guy was so super nice about it all!

I really do enjoy the site for sports betting and the gear we order from their store is great. I get a little upset with there promotion emails. Those emails can be misleading and not stated that most them are for new customers only. They are still behind DraftKings and FanDuel when it comes to that.
I ordered two youth sweatshirts. The sweatshirts were supposed to be black, but they were very faded like they've been sitting in the sun all summer. The logo and writing on the front of the sweatshirts were faded, and 2 times smaller than how it appeared in the pictures. On top of that, they arrived over a week late. Very disappointed, not ordering from here ever again!

I have ordered several things from fanatics now and have never had any trouble with receiving my orders. As far as customer service, I never found the need to contact them. Some of their items are slightly overpriced imo, but the selection is awesome. I appreciate the fan cash that you earn with each purchase... makes the next order cost less!

Paid Too Much for a cheap practice jersey when on the website the pictures shows a Nice quality fabric. Talked with customer service, they were supposed to send me a coupon that i Never got and the person hung Up before i was done talking with her.dont Buy from Them!

The quality of the products is very good which makes me more likely to use Fanatics for gifts.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I know when you order such items you expect a little size issue since it is S, M, L but as a size 6 women a size S (5-6) should be pretty close. These look like clown shoes on my feet. They are way too big. Fine, I'll just return them! Oh but I get to pay a $10 fee to return something that should have fit if advertised correctly. I'm so sad. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit because I'm not wasting my time to only get half my money back.

Paid $44 for a quarter zip. The company sent an email that my product was delivered and gave me the tracking number. No delivery of the item. No human will respond at this company. It puts you through a useless chat do-loop. I contacted my credit card issuer and they refunded me the money. Don't be fooled by the nice school logos and their official sounding status as the school's trusted online merchant. They are a very untrustworthy company.

The product arrived in short order, material was excellent quality, the appearance was great, and the Michael Jordan logo was accurate (I'd thought it was in error- but apparently Michigan football is sponsored by Jordan.). I'd have given this review 5 stars, but it required posting a negative review to reach a human in customer service, which I'd love to see fixed.

I ordered the football jersey for the Michigan Wolverines. It has a Michael Jordan basketball logo on it. It's the only team Jersey done like this. All others had the Nike swish. No way to contact a human being to get this issue resolved.
Well I now see that I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. I have the very same issue as many also have. I ordered, they charged card. No product, no response to numerous emails and all you get is voice mail on there phone number. A scam?

I ordered 3 CU t-shirts for Christmas - they came quickly and looked really nice UNTIL my husband wore his once and washed it. The lettering is now unrecognizable - the white lettering on the black t-shirt is flaking off. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. I can't return because it has been worn but I will never buy from them again. Total waste of money.
