I ordered something 1/3 that was supposed to ship BY 1/13.1/13 came and went so I contacted therir customer service. They told me if it did not ship the next day I could cancel. I contacted them the next day and they said I had to wait an additional day to cancel. I waited the additional day, contacted them again and now they are saying I can not cancel, but they have not shipped my order and have no idea when my order is shipping. I filed a complaint with Paypal. These people are SCAMMERS
Ordered a shirt on 1/2/20, received shipment notification on 1/3/20 and tracking number. It is now 1/15/20 and my package is still sitting at Fanatics. The tracking shows only a label was created, then hasn't moved since. They were quick to charge my card though. They offered no explanation, nor a remedy to the issue. Do not buy from Fanatics.

Avoid this site. I wish I read these bad reviews before I ordered. As someone else here mentioned, I ordered a jersey and needed to exchange the size. They don't do returns. You need to return the item - and they deduct $10 for shipping (even if you pay shipping on your own) and then you need to reorder. Mine was no longer on sale so I ended up paying full price. Plus more shipping. It's been almost 30 days- still no refund yet. Contact them several times. They just say they are creating a ticket and will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Terrible.

Ordered jersey in November for Xmas - AFTER I completed the order they told me that it wouldnt be here in time for Xmas. Bad start. I thought that I would give it to my son for his birthday in January (delivery date said 28th Dec). On 8th Jan I had to call customer service in America (from Australia) because the jersey had not arrived. I was told that it would be posted on 15th (should have arrived just in time for birthday). On 14th Jan (2 months after I placed the order) I get an email telling that the order is cancelled! Xmas and then birthday present ruined! Do not use this terrible company!

I was so excited when I received my Christmas gift, I'm a HUGE fan of my college and felt like I was 5 years old again when I saw the item. Unfortunately it had broken during shipment, and my girlfriend had driven the gift to me from 2 states away. As busy as she is I said I would take care of the return, made a call to Fanatics and 2 nice gentlemen got me set up. I was happy, then...
A week later an email is sent out, the replacement had been shipped, but back to my girlfriends house 2 states away! This meant I would not get to enjoy my gift for months, I was sad.
I sent a desperate email to a Donna, who took the initiative and called Fedex, had the item re-routed to me!

Warning sports gear enthusiast stay away from Fanatics has no morals matter fact it could be run by somebody who is running our country but that's another thing. Here's my deal they tell you cannot cancel an order but refuse it I refuse the new order never touched it now its sitting over 4 days at my post office waiting for FedEx to pick up enough returns and their great customer policies and staff tells me well we have to wait until we get the item back.
I had one supervisor named Tiffany that said they would issue me a one time courtesy refund. Just now at Wednesday, January 8 at 3:24 AM EST.
I just spoke to a supervisor some name gentleman named SIENI who said no Tiffany was wrong we have to wait until we get back the package when you're returning a package to them it can sit at the United States post office is dark for 3 to 4 days until FedEx picks up.
Tiffany told me now all companies do that and I politely try to correct her and tell her no Nike doesn't do that nor does Amazon when they receive that the shipper has the package they issue the refund immediately they don't wait weeks until they get back to package!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $68.
The attached right now is it's status and yet they're refusing to refund my money being I've never had possession of this item. Nine out of 10 companies would've given me the $68 the second it was shown that I never had possession or was returned to the carrier.
I wanted to let you know of the excellent customer service Cristin provided me in resolving an issue I had with a damaged product. Cristin was very personable and immediately concerned with helping with my situation when we initially spoke on the phone. She validated my concerns and assured me she would help me through the process from beginning to end. After our phone call, she made immediate email contact as she said she would with next steps. She remained in constant contact while a replacement product was processed and then helped to close the issue with a new replacement product delivered.
Here is where I feel like Cristin's customer service truly stood out. All of this happened during the height of Christmas orders/deliveries and I have no doubt it was a crazy period of time for her. However, she treated my situation as if it was the only one that mattered to her in that time. She had great intentionality to make sure that I felt important.
I appreciate all Cristin did and whomever is reading this should be proud to have her working for Fanatics.

Elysha provided be with unbelievable customer service on an item that needed to be returned to Fanatics then returned back to me. She communicated every step of the way, by far the most attentive any Customer Service Agent has ever been to me in my life. Fanatics is extremely lucky to have talent of her caliber.

Item showing shipped two weeks ago, but when you check the tracking. It was never shipped. Assured it would be shipped by the 27th after holding for 40 minutes... Still never shipped. Called today, hit that I was placing an order and call was answered in 2 minutes (then placed on hold for 7 minutes when I requested a supervisor), to be told no supervisor is available. The service provided by this organization is horrible and the fact their live chat is unavailable and there is not contact information for any executives in the organization shows they don't really want to know what their organization is doing. I will never order from them again, and I will let everyone I know of this experience.

I ordered five Chiefs hoodies on 11/29. Order was confirmed for free shipping within 21 days. Money was withdrawn from my credit card immediately. I started sending emails inquiring about the order on December 16. Sent one every day. Finally someone responded that I would have them by Christmas. On Christmas Eve I received two hoodies that were very poor quality and terribly mis-sized. I still have no idea about the other three products, but have written that I do not want them and want a total refund. Fanatics has not upheld their agreement on the purchase. I expect a total refund or will take this to my lawyer on principal. So very angry to see my grandsons so disappointed. Fanatics had my money and ran me up to Dec 24th with hope. No time or money to replace these gifts.

Placed an order on November 26th. The order said allow 12 to 15 business days. Contacted them multiple times and was told I would absolutely have it by Xmas Eve. Its now Dec 31st and still no order. Excuse was holuday delay, but was never told that when I placed the order. If I hsd kniwn I wouldnt have the order by Xmas I wouldnt have ordered it.

I ordered two baby onesies on December 6, plenty of time to get here by Christmas, right? WRONG! It's December 30 and I'm STILL waiting! According to FEDEX tracking, the package has been sitting in Las Vegas since December 11. Why does it take 19 days to ship it from Las Vegas? What are they doing in that warehouse?
This is the worst company ever. Oh, and the online pictures don't really show what the item looks like. I ordered a dark green women's polo and what showed up was an ugly green checked polo. When I tried to return it, they want $20 restocking fee. Never mind! I'll just use it for a car rag or something. Better than giving them my hard-earned money. STAY AWAY!

Ordered my items to get as gifts and was given a coupon code that stated if I don't get my items by Christmas I get my money back and now they are stating I would have to have gotten expedited shipping will never order from them again.

Worst company ever. Ordered Christmas gift for my son on 11/27/18, and I am still waiting for it on 12/27/19. Customer service lies if in fact you spend 1/2 a day trying to reach a person. I was supposed to receive the package I ordered on Dec. 16th by the 27th. That date came and went and when I called their automated system says it is still in processing (11 days later) and I will receive a confirmation email when it ships... so it hasn't even shipped and we are past the delivery date? Have held for customer service 3 times and they hang up on me every time. They shipped the wrong item and size. Held for over 30 minutes each time. I can print a return label and send the item back but I think they should credit me for shipping. Not sure I'll get anything resolved. But I'll never order here again. I received the sweatshirt I ordered for my son, turns out it was way too small. I called to check on an exchange but they don't do exchanges. You have to return the item, they only refund you for the item itself. They deduct the shipping cost from the order that was shipped and the cost on the return. They just made $24.99 off of me and I have nothing! You have to re-purchase your item which is no longer on sale! Such a rip off!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
