I ordered an egiftcard and the website said it could take up to 2 hours only. I call customer service after going in circles with getting the please see FAQ all reps are busy. She stated it could take up to 48 hours. I would bot have ordered it, if it had stated that. Look at the screenshot from their website.
This company does not stand behind the quailty of the products they sell. Refunds are not complete, with taxes and shipping not being credited. Do not buy from this comapany.

Purchased a long sleeve college shirt after my team won their bowl game. The picture looked great, price was ok but I was willing to take a chance. I had a good deal with free shipping. The shirt came fairly quickly. The quality was awful. It was thin/cheap material, screen print was not high quality as depicted, and barely big enough. I had ordered a size larger than normal just in case. One wash and it would have been too tight. I conbtaced to get a refund and they did respond. Refund was processed quickly but they charged $10 for a return fee. I would not order again and would avoid at all cost.

I ordered 2 items supposed to be her more than a week before Christmas, only received shipping info one one. Called a couple days before Christmas and told them i wanted to cancel the item i didn't get but they assured me it would be there by Christmas eve. Still didn't receive. Couldn't get through by phone, no way to e-mail so i disputed by pay-pal and since they provided a tracking # they wouldn't refund and now i still don't have my second item. I will never order from them again and have made sure everyone i know wont either.

Long story short, I ordered 2 items and 1 of them was a customized tumbler for a soldier serving overseas and the local post office lost my package and didn't seem to care at all (still haven't received it by the way). The amazing representatives at Fanatics kept in touch with me to stay updated on the situation and even mailed me out a replacement and I greatly appreciated that. It wasn't their screw up but they rectified the situation anyway.

While I've ordered plenty of items off if fanatics, it is nearly impossible to get an authentic Adidas St. Louis Blues Jersey and I don't want the cheap fanatic jersey. All the Adidas jerseys say they are almost gone. If they are the prime dealer if nhl items they should have plenty if all items and if not they should be restocking. Also issues with Adidas and the NHL, if they are in partnership shouldn't their website sell more than 20 items if NHL? They seen more interested in basketball? Last i know they aren't the primary jersey supplier for the NBA.

I purchased 3 49er jerseys from this company 2 years ago and one was to small for my wife so I tried to return it. The reply I got from their service department was (in very broken English) please keep it and we will give you $10 off your net order. REALLY? I didn't want it because it wouldn't fit. Then this year the 49ers were in the playoffs and again I ordered from Fanatics, because that now seems to be the NFL ordering site, and the product quality is very very cheap. I can't stand this company and they seem to have gotten all the business for the NFL and MLB. WTF?

Sorry I have been absent for a while. I had a lot going on with a move and a new job. In any case I recently have had good luck with fanatics.com. I ordered several things off their sight for christmas and now some birthdays. Every shirt and item I have received was very good quality. They may be on sale but they don't sacrifice quality. Also there shipping is prompt and I even made a mistake on my address. I meant to ship the item to my dads house in NY. Instead I chose my house in Florida. I called them up as soon as I recognized the issue. They fixed it right away and even shipped the item to NY early. So far these guys get 5 stars from me.

I needed an item by a particular date, and I was told by Wyatt Zellar that he would be able to fulfill and overnight the item in order to get it to me (still estimating this would take one full week). Then, on the date of the promised delivery, I get an email with tracking info saying it will arrive three days later. When I called to ask about this, I was repeatedly hung up on by various reps (including Jeremy who listened to me for a bit then just hung up). I finally was able to get through and leave a voicemail for Wyatt, which was not returned. This is a company I would have used again and again... but after this experience I can only say: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. There are so many great resources on the internet that I'll simply use another next time. And I recommend that others do the same.

On January 26,2020 I purchased a Item Kobe Bryant Los Angeles Lakers Fanatics Authentic Framed 10" x 18" Vertical Photo Collage with Team Used Basketball- Limited which was the day of the accident. It was limited 250. The on January 28,2020 I received an email stating that the order was canceled. Fanatics canceled the order due to the accident and refunded my paypal. If they didn't want to sell the item, then they should not have had it listed on their website. Fanatics canceled my order 2 days after the PayPal transaction took place. I've ordered from Fanatics and never had an issue until now. They did not run out of the item.
I do not have an order number as I have cleaned out my email inbox. In place of the order number I used the PayPal transaction ID.

I ordered 4 shirts as Christmas gifts. 2 of them were the same shirt, different sizes. Only 3 shirts were in the box that arrived (missing one of the 2 shirts that were the same). Fanatics (shop.acc.com) refused to refund the shirt they did not ship! Do NOT buy from them.
They shipped me the wrong size hoodie. They refused to return or refund me. Stay away from them! Customer service here SUCKS!

I placed an order for a gift card for my son. I needed to cancel this because he already had the items I was ordering for him. When I called to cancel I was told that I was unable to because the card had already been email to him. I ask if the card could be cancelled as it had not been used. Answer was no. I'm sure there is a way they can cancel a gift card before it is used to refund my purchase. I will not be using this site again. We wary.

Took two weeks to receive my t-shirt. I called fanatics and they advised that was the normal time to receive an order, also fed ex takes their time with delivery's. Will not purchase again.

Do not order from this company unless you absolutely know the item you are getting and sizing. There is a $9.99 charge for all returns. I will not order from this site ever again. Go to an actual store or order from D icks Sporting Goods, heck even Kohls has nice items and a better return policy.
Waited a full month and item has still not even been shipped I called the customer support and all they wanted to give me was a 10% discount on the item. They list the products as in stock only to charge you when in reality they do not have the products. Will never buy again unless they make up for this big time.

Placed order on 11/2 for a Christmas gift. Originally contacted them in mid November when everything else had been delivered. Was told it's shipping in a couple of days. Contacted again at end of November and was told supplier no longer had the product and I was being refunded. Contacted again on twitter after never getting a refund and was told someone would be in contact with me. Yesterday 1/15/2020 over 2 months later contacted them again and was told supplier doesn't have the product and I will get a refund. Haven't heard that before.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
