I received what I called the gift of a lifetime via mlbshop. A Customized Marlins' Jersey with my favorite Player Isan Díaz. #1
Unfortunately, when I opened the packet and looked at the Jersey, it had a defect. I was quiet disappointed about that. I have made several attempts to contact the MLB/fanatics Customer Service and the employees Hung up the call in 3 different occasions. Do the land Lines also have a defect? My intention was to have a Spanish speaker, there is no option to select for a Spanish Speakers... after a 30 minutes wait... I finally got in touch with a male employee who immediately put me back to the main menu when I requested a Spanish Speaker. I speak and write English but I am more comfortable communicating in my first language.
Then I spoke with a lady name Uche who took all the information/description of the defected Jersey. Then again phone got disconnected. Duration of Call 1:38 minutes
Then I spoke with an employee named Mary. Who took my number in case of the call getting disconnected. After another 30 minutes wait... she asked me to describe the defected Jersey. I got very upset because I waited too long and the transaction was just about to be done with Ms. Uche. Then she put me with her floor supervisor who appeared to be listening to the call. I explained her my frustration, the situation did not get any better... and again the call got disconnect.
I am in shock, beyond disappointed about the poor customer service and the poor land line service MLB/ fanatics has to deal with their customer. Here are my phone logs reflecting how many attempts have been made and no luck as of yet.
I tried to contact this company twice. First time on hold for 40 minutes, let the rep know once I spoke to a live person. I couldn't hear her and told her, she said I can put you in line again, I said "no thank you I have been waiting for 40 minutes. Then She asked for my order number but I didn't have it on me so I asked if she could look it up through my e-mail. SHE HUNG UP ON ME ON PURPOSE! WHAT THE HECK?!
So disappointed. Who does that to someone? I tried it again. This time 37 minutes... still no answer. What exactly are you doing Fanatics? All I need to do is a return but my first order is not traceable in your return department online which is why I needed to call a live person, only to be treated this way. Thanks for nothing

Ordered a Penn State Jersey - lasership tried to deliver it 5 times saying they needed more information. Emailed them 10 + times and no response. Called many times and never got through to anybody. I asked CS at Fanatics to contact the shipping company and they said that they could not make outgoing calls. What a sham company. They seem to have a nice selection of product but the service sucks!

Ordered floor mats at $68 and a pin for $5. Paid $28 for express delivery and all rec'd was the pin! Why would we pay $28 extra for a $5 pin? After an hour wait on phone they said that is what the extra delivery money was for, not the mats! They have no tracking or delivery information for the $68 mats! DO NOT order from this site, probably coming from Overseas and no way of knowing if even a legit business.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Had two orders and a total of 5 items of stuff I bought as Christmas gifts. One order, which was really expensive I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas and it never got here. Says now it's due to arrive December 27th. The other order which was supposed to contain 3 items, a Michigan hoodie, and Ohio State kids t-shirt and and Ohio State onesie was completely wrong. I got 2 Washington Nationals t-shirts! This company just ruined my Christmas gifts for 5 different people! Want my right items AND my money back! And will never order another thing from them.

Ordered some clothing for a Christmas gift and paid the extra $13.99 shipping and handing to GUARANTEE BY CHRISTMAS EVE they advertised on the website. Well, it's now 11:03 PM eastern on Christmas Eve and I do not have my items and when I go to track the item on lasership it says ARRIVED at facility and hasn't changed all day. What a scam company. I will never ever ever ever ever buy from them again, lesson learned.

Complete BS. The address on the site is a hotel in Miami. Can't even talk to customer service after trying to call numerous times. Ordered on December 2nd. Said they sent on the 6th. Total lies with tracking numbers that don't really exist in all their email. Disputed on my credit card. They sent an email saying there was an accident with delivery and sent a news article of a fed ex truck (even though) I had no fed ex tracking number. Then asked me to cancel my credit card dispute because they will refund me themselves in "timely manner". Don't fall for it like I did! Scam site that tried to replicate fanatics.com logo. I should have known when they don't accept PayPal.

At least they are consistent - this is the third order they have messed up since October! And I am a fool for trusting Fanatics with the orders. I will never, ever, ever give them another cent of my money. First order arrived 9 days after the two-day delivery I paid for. Fanatics could not understand why I would return the jersey that arrived too late. Second order NEVER arrived! Against my better judgement, I placed a third order from these clowns and guess what? The package arrived 7 days late (I paid for 2 day shipping on Dec 15) and had nothing in it but plastic air packaging and a business card for wine! Let me repeat that - nothing but plastic air packaging and a card for wine! WTF! Shame on everyone at Fanatics and shame on me. I should have known better. Of course, no one answers phone now and on-line chat cuts you off. All I can hope if all the Fanatics employees friends and families ordered their Christmas gifts from Fanatics too. I hope they all enjoy their wine card and plastic!
I ordered three times from this site on December 18 with a promise of delivery before Christmas or the item would be free. Two of the times were received in a timely manner. The third is still in transit and will not be received until December 31 (per FedEx). Customer service informed me that this was disclosed on my receipt. I would never have placed an order for a Christmas gift that was due to be shipped a week late. Customer service offered no valid explanation.

TERRIBLE_ AVOID! This was the only site to have the t-shirt my son wanted. WAY overpriced, but since it was a Christmas present, I decided to spend the extra $$.
2 weeks later (Long after ALL other gifts ordered from other retailers were received), 2 days before Christmas, I get a shirt that was ruined. It was wadded up with the screen print on the front stuck to itself. Ruined. Complete garbage. Now I'm short a gift for my son, and no time to replace it due to the terrible service and prooduct from Fanatics.

I ordered and it took weeks to deliver, when items were received, one item was missing from the shipment. I can't talk to anyone in customer service, the automated system hangs up on you and the chat lines are unavailable. Can't navigate the website customer service at all! Don't bother, find another retailer, this one sucks!

I ordered 2 items for my husband. The first item, a watch, arrived safely. The second item, a Cleveland Browns brown robe, arrived in White. I called, and since it was their fault they sent a return label and said they would waive the return shipping, and they would send a new robe. 2 days later I found the return label for the WATCH in my inbox. Still nothing for the robe. I called again. She informed me that no, they had no intention of sending the right one i had to order it (pricing is different now of course and time is running out.) and that she did not care if they kept me as a customer. She did at least send the right return label. I ordered the new robe, and it arrived in... WHITE. Again. Disgusted, I called again, was sent a new return label. By this time I didn't even want their watch so I used the watch label as well and returned both items. Once I got all the refunds, they didn't even refund all my money. As far as I'm concerned they really don't care if they have my business, I will sell my gift cards to someone who wants them.

Ordered a jersery on December 5. Received an email stating that it shipped out on the 12th. Now it's the 23rd and it's still not here. It was supposed to be delivered today, but I just checked and it's not showing delivery until tomorrow (Christmas Eve). It's almost 2020... you're telling me it takes 12 days to ship ONE package from Indiana to Mississippi? Heck, I could have driven there and back by now 12 times by now! This is simply HORRIBLE customer service! 19 days from order to delivery (if it actually shows up tomorrow)! Fanatics has definitely lost my business!

I was really scared to order from this site because of all the bad reviews i read. However, that wasnt my experience. Maybe it is only on Apparel, unsure. Anyways, i ordered some Florida Gator Nike Shoes and when they arrived they were exactly like the picture and great qaulity. I ended up having to return them bc the pair of shoes i looked at for my boyfriend happened to be the 1 pair out of all of them that wasnt his size. Ugh. I logged on to the site and went to my order and hit return order. It generated me a label (at no cost, i seen people saying they got charged to ship it back, maybe things have changed idk) i placed it in the box and sent it back. No problems at all.

Late late late late! I was supposed to receive my package on December 18,2019 I still haven't received it called FedEx they said that they couldn't even find the package I didn't upgrade the tracking number didn't even come up in their system. Call the company over and over again their automated system kept hanging up on me two they send you to a automated texting thing online and those people lie to you the one time that I did get somebody on the phone they lied to send me a bogus email stating that they upgraded my shipping order and it still didn't get to me next dayThe email that they sent me to confirm that they upgraded my arm order delivery time didn't even state that the delivery time was upgraded I will never order from them again

Brianna gave top notch customer service and I am so glad she was the one to take my call. She was professional and straight to the point. I wasnt on hold for very long at all for her to get everything situated and when came back on the line she gave me the best news. Not only did she put my order in to be shipped next day to arrive on Christmas eve but she even noted to make sure the item was operational before being sent out.
