The quality of the fabric is terrible (you can see through). The cut is even worse. I bought 3 tops and was unhappy with all of them. Pay attention to the return policy as they do not offer refund. They've offered me 15% refund for 3 terrible tops or they would refund me if I had sent it back to China (via tracked Royal mail and not any other delivery option). Royal mail to China does not offer tracking system and may takes months. I had not confidence that I would even received my refund so I had to give the tops to charity. I am not even sure if they can operate legally in the UK as they added 'Armed Forces UK' to my address (I guess they are evading taxes). They also have not declared the real value of the purchase to the post. Avoid this company by all means!

I bought three items and paid for expedited shipping, which was listed as 3-7 business days. I received an email from the website three days after the order that one of the three items had shipped. It is not four business days (seven total since ordering) since that email and I clicked the tracking number. It has not even shipped yet! Neither have the other two items. And I paid for "expedited" shipping. I sent an email to CS asking them to either ship all items immediately or cancel and refund the entire order. We'll see what happens.

I made a costly mistake when I ordered from FairySeason. When people joke about a delivery was on a "slow boat from China" well this is the truth. It took a MONTH to receive my order. I placed my order for 3 items; A shirt, a sweater and a beach blanket Pizza themed. Each item arrived separately - taped in a plastic shipping bag from China. The shirt was paper thin and constructed wrong. The sleeves are very narrow and the shirt is not true to size. The sweater arrived damaged with a hole in the arm. I sent them a photo and they agreed Yes it's damaged. The Beach blanket was the worst. It's a BEACH blanket but it was made out of thin nylon scarf type material. And it's so small. In the website ad they show two people sitting on it at the beach. What a joke. The worst part is trying to get them to refund my money. They just keep replying to my emails with the same message but a different "name" - They are offering me a refund if I PAY to ship it back to them! Or better yet they offered me 15% of what I paid and I get to KEEP the garbage I paid for! UNBELIEVEABLE. Do not order from them and tell your friends - I will be looking into way to report them to Facebook for false advertising.

I ordered 3 tops from this company and received two of them today and am very disappointed with the style and quality. The tops look nothing like the pictures and even the material is not the same as pictured. I ordered size small and they are a bit loose fitting which I was surprised with given that they are made in China. I am waiting for one more top but will not hold my breath on it being any better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You're better off spending a little bit more money and supporting stores in your own country.

I ordered from the original 'vessos' 3 months ago. In that time there name changed and this is after I had already been constantly emailing back and forth with them telling me please wait another week. Please wait another month. Told me to wait longer 5 separate times and this was all after a month. I still have not received ONE item of the three I ordered and will never and hope no one else ever orders from this company who obviously is a Scam. I would have never known there name changed if I didn't look at reviews. Cus while I was emailing them. It started saying it was no longer sending cus that email didn't work.

I'll start by saying that when I did finally receive my order the two blouses that I purchased were EXACTLY as pictured. Good material, I love them! It did, however, take over two months to receive them. In addition, I ordered two separate sizes (L/XL), but they both fit like a large. I also ordered a bra, very large size for the order, it wouldn't work as a training bra for a little girl. Way too small. I would have been being peeved, but the blouses really are fantastic... And I used money I'd been given off of a survey to buy them, so I wasn't really out anything.

I was getting ready to place an order when I remember I ordered a jumper to wear to an all white party. I ordered a size larger than I normally purchase and it was 2 sizes too small and it was cheaply made. I contacted the company and they said something like somethings are poorly made that is how they are able to offer low prices. They would not offer a refund. I was just about to enter my credit card information and I remember... so I said let me check the refund policy. Which is basically non-existing, so I decided to check out the reviews and boy and I glad I did! Thank you to everyone that took the time to write a review!
