Scam Company
June 5, 2020

Ordered a power cable for my Celestron telescope and received a Celestron adapter for foreign power plugs. Totally not what I ordered. When I contacted customer service I was told they were not accepting returns or exchanges due to Covid-19 and I would just have to live with what I received. Agent then hung up on me abruptly. Just filed a dispute with my bank card. This company is a pure scam. Avoid at all costs.

They sent me the wrong batteries and made me pay return shipping and a 15 percent return charge when it was their mistakes.The customer service person did not make any effort to resolve the problem and treated me badly and I was nice to him.

Do not order from this store period. They'll send you broken merchandise and then make you pay to return to it just to get your money back. That makes sense, send consumer's a defective product and then make then cover return shipping for YOUR defective item. Not even to be reimbursed on the back end. Just a complete waste of time and money dealing with these people. Save yourself the hassle and just pay the $5-$10 more it costs at the store down the street.

Looks like they do this on the regular... send a re fab unit on a gps, I bought what I thought was a new unit, waited forever to get it only to find it was a used rebuilt one! No where did it say this when I ordered it! I see several other people had the same issue!

Bad business!

Customer service is a joke. No response to multiple emails. Finally was able to chat with a person who said that they would cancel my order, refund my money, and send a confirmation email. No email confirmation, no cancellation, no refund! So far (it's been a month), I think that I just got scammed!

Should Be Jailed!

In late January I ordered 6 batteries for Dewalt drills. They picture them as Dewalt but when they arrived they obviously were not. Still, they seemed to work fine initially so I ordered 6 more in early February. Suddenly in March they started failing. Barely made it past 30 days, which OF COURSE is their warranty period. Now, 9 of 12 are crap. Notified company and was basically told to pound sand. After filing a report with BBB, Crooks Outlet called and said they would REPLACE these crap batteries. Why the hell would I want more junk to replace junk? I am now out almost $500 but still taking the fight to these criminals. They refuse to refund me but I am not deterred. Should be against he law for these cons to sell their cheap China made crap as legit replacements. Something else amazing is that only one review site has these crooks rated as "good". I can only assume they are affiliated by some membership. Protect yourselves and your wallets. Stay the hell away from these thieves!

The full order never came. Finally I canceled the remaining items after 3 months. Ordered a stern thruster kit that came with thestern tunnel and that was it. If you call their customer service you won't find anyone who speaks English well. I could go on for hours about howbad this company is.

Order for anti bark dog collar OK but replacement spray canister not included as ordered (~$10). Customer Service gave me repeated, ongoing run-around maintaining their paperwork showed item was included in original shipment. Basically they questioned my honesty rather than fixing the omission. I finally got weary of chasing my money and gave up on trying to resolve. This company has problems! Additional peeve - they included a gift (=stock they couldn't move) of a timer driven 2 stage pet feeding station with my order. They might think they did me fine but the waste and the extra trip to Goodwill was an additional bother. More stuff is only welcome when it's GOOD stuff..

This is the worst on line store - purchased 4 new phones and headsets. Headsets were not compatible with the phones even though the rep stated they were. I called customer service and was on hold for 35min. The rep was so rude and didn't give a $#*!. They want me to pay shipping and restocking fee on there error. Don't buy from this store they suck. I will blog this store wherever I can to keep people from getting burned.

Bad customer service
October 13, 2021

I returned a minn Kota trolling motor in a timely manor as required. I had a tracking number the date and time it arrived and who signed for it. It wasn't until I called to inquire about my refund three weeks later did they even acknowledge receiving much less processing my return. Their return paperwork was difficult to understand so I called for the same supervisor and was told she "Jane" was tied up but would call back within the hour. Well that never happened either. Minn Kota is a good product but I will NEVER but anything from the factory outlet store again. They seem to think that they are doing me a favor dealing with them. I'm done with these guys and most likely minn Kota since this is the people they chose to deal with

Don't use them!

Placed an order November 9th. Was told the 1st of December, I would receive items by the 7th or 8th of Dec. Today is Jan. 4th. Nothing yet. Have left multiple email contact messages as well as voice mails with no response. Wished I had read the reviews before being ripped off!

I went to the AT&T site looking for a power adapter for my phone. They directed me to FOS. Did not see the adapter, so I called.
Told the clerk my phone make and model. Paid $21.95 for the adapter.
When it came, it was a Panasonic adapter, and completely wrong for my phone. I called FOS, and was told that they did not have the adapter for my phone, but would email me a Return Authorization.
Email never came, so I went to their site for an RA. Sent back the adapter, paying $6.10 for postage.
They withheld $6.29 of the refund, apparently for shipping.
So I'm out $12.35, because the first clerk did not handle the order properly.

Factoryoutlet scam

Don't trust this company they switched my order an billed me over 2000$ on my credit card. They wouldn't respond with any response except to say they would respond in
1-2 days. Which never happens.

My remedy worked filed complaint with my credit card company. In 30 days the cc company deposited my 2 k in my account.

I also on line filed a complaint with New York attorney general office consumer protection.

They followed up as well

Buyers be AWARE!

The worst customer service ever. I bought sportdog collar for $208 plus 2 years warranty and paid extra priority mail. After 3 days STILL waiting for confirmation mail and tracking number despite the site says ships next day. If you try to contact customer servive they will put you on hold forever. VERY RUDE! Dont try to make my mistake. They are fraud. Never ever again. BE AWARE!

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! I purchased a Garmin GPS from them that was a worthless and defective piece of junk so I called to return it, after being on hold for 30 min. They tell me I have to pay for the return shipping, I let them know how upset I was which did no good, I still had to pay it. Then after returning it they refunded me $93 even though I payed $120 plus $7 in return shipping! I call them and a after being on hold for 30 more minutes they tell me I was charged 15%, if I was charged 15% then I still would've gotten back $102, not $93, I explained this to them and all they did was act like they didn't understand me and put me on hold again for 20 min. Do not buy from the Factory Outlet Store! They will rob you blind! I lost $32.00 plus a lot of time from this company for NOTHING! I would give them triple 0 stars if I could, they don't deserve any stars!

Shipping scam
August 3, 2016

Like others, I willing to pay ($65) to expedidite. 04 lb depth finder card for fishing trip. The way they used Hummingbird on their website I thought I was dealing with authorized distributor. Hummingbird never heard of them. Item showed "in stock"when purchased with one business day delivery. On second day assured would be there that day. On third day got apology and promise to reimburse for expedite. Later on third day got another message denying all and now saying item was backordered. They said they sent an email. They have not produced and I have tripled checked. Still shows on site as available. If ever told expedited delivery was not possible, would have never made purchase. Others had it cheaper but not in stock at the time. They have offered to pay 10 of the 65 they didn't deliver on.

I ordered an expensive "refurbished" Panasonic Toughbook computer from this online "Panasonic authorized" retailer. It was supposed to arrive within 2-5 business days. I called 3 business days later to inquire about the unit since I had not received any shipment tracking notification. The person informed me the computer was still being tested. I called again 2 days later, still without tracking info, and canceled the order. Agent said it could not be canceled because warehouse was closed. I finally disputed charge with CC company after 4 calls and no relief. A refurbished computer should be ready to ship, not requiring testing. This company no doubt has many used computers in pieces and only cobbles a unit together when an order is received. Stay away!

I think this company is located in India but using a NY shipping address, which is fraud. Worse service and customer relations I've ever encountered. Company says 2 til 5 business days for delivery, I order on Jan 8th and received product Jan 25th, what calendar are they using. Never again.

I ordered a battery for my laptop and it worked fine until after about two months it stopped taking a charge and was basically a $30 brick. They refused to accept it for a refund as it had been over 30 days.
