I tried calling and had no help. It was all automated systems that 100% of the time tell you to go online which Is the worst possible thing when you actually need help with fradulent charges. I found a number that sent me to people who bairly speak English and don't want to help me because "he doesn't feel like it" the guys name was Peter brown which was 100% not his real name. He refused to help in any way shape or form. It was the complaints department that I called and I don't even know what to do from there. When the complaints department says they literally don't feel like helping I feel the company is inherently flawed and a scam. If I could in any way express my displeasure with the company but the one place you are supposed to be able to call for help or ways to improve the service literally said to me "I don't feel like telling you my name". If I could involve the police I would in a second. The individual asked me to buy a prepaid card and give him the number which is exactly what a scam would be. Worst possible experience. Never have I been treated so badly in my entire life. I would never recommend this service to anyone for the rest of my existence and I will do everything possible to let people know and help people avoid the dehumanizing treatment that I have had to endure. If I could give 0 stars it would be to good of a rating for this garbage company.

Got a promotional ad from Facebook about getting a sample of a Joanna Krupa endorsed product called Cellogica (actually sold by a company called Eco Health for $2.48. Never got the sample. But what I did get was a charge on my credit card for $2.48 and ANOTHER charge for $129.95 (less some discounts - probably from Facebook of $34.53). So the charge on my credit card was actually $95.42. However, I never got ANY products. Neither samples nor whatever it was that they were charging me for $95.42. Contacted my credit card company at CitiBank to refuse payment and they were "investigating". Also wrote to Cellogica and they finally responded that they would credit me for the $2.48. Had to write to them again to get another credit for the $95.42.
I don't know who this Joanna Krupa is, but if she's endorsing this company then she is as much to blame as they are. She should have had her attorneys check to see if they are a legitimate seller and not some type of scam operation.
Beware of this company and CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS.
Shame on Facebook for allowing these scams to be promoted.

Facebook we all know for contacting and chatting to our social friends, but the flip side is that Facebook is the most dangerous to use.

In recent years Facebook has made plenty of news headlines for tax evasion and poor security matters, so what has Facebook done since then, NOTHING, Facebook is still full of security issues, scammers and hackers ready to try and take your money or scam you in some way. Facebooks policies are so lapse that they will target anyone in order to try and scam you.

Facebook has no proper way for you to contact them when you do have issues because they dont care, if you get scammed you have to find your own way of finding help through fraud protection companies.

Facebook's own help centre is the most pointless page that ever existed with no help available except from other frustrated and annoyed people.

Facebook is not a platform, Facebook is not for the people, Facebook is a scam in itself with fake advertising, NEVER spend money on facebook for advertising as it simply wont work, find a different place.

Facebook will never help you because facebook is a money scam all they want is your money there profiles that you have never work properly, and it's interface is totally broken.

There are far better cleaner, scam proof Social media sites out there, if you're thinking of joining FB they look away.

You guys put people in Facebook jail for stuff that is not scamming and sending people unwanted porn. Instead you put people in Facebook jail for sticking up for themselves. Fix your program

Easy to use site. I like Amourlee. There are many easygoing women and I like it. I spend many evenings with them and all the time it has been fun and I need something like these.

Too many spams and fake id's. Harmful for children. People share illegal videos and pictures. Sexual content is too much. People text personally with fake id's.

I am so pissed off with facebook now. Wtf! I will not send you idiots id! Do not voluntarily submit your id to facebook! They have your IP address and they already know who you are. DO NOT TRUST FACEBOOK. I will not use my real name! Your site is not secure you have prostitutes and who knows who else on there. My photos and name where stolen of this stupid site and posted on a gossip site thanks to your $#*!y security. I had an account for 10 years which they just blocked me out of asking for id? I had 4000 photos of myself on there now u need my face pic. $#*! fb! They have sold out to the police and now they are forcing people to identify themselves so the police can troll and profile people with ease though google. Next time you are pulled over for a traffic stop all the police will have to do is google your name and bam all your facebook info, family, friends ect ect will be at there finger tips. I hope fb stocks plummet and I hope people stop using facebook because it is a violation of our rights to privacy!
