I had a very frustrating experience, the lady was extremely hard to work with and was not hearing my complaint but instead gaslighting me and ignoring my requests and was trying to avoid the solution (cancelling this expensive subscription that I was not informed about) and was fighting me on cancelling it after I explained how it was a misunderstanding and a huge financial obligation for me but just felt like she wanted my money and not acknowledging my needs as a customer.
Live all the clothes: fit, fabric, design, color, texture options, especially the lounge wear. Fabulous customer service and prices.

I have ordered many items from Fabletics and I'm generally pretty happy with the quality and appearance. However, the website could probably use a re-design. For example, if you want to return something, it's easy to print the label but impossible to find a return form. And trying to order outfits can be challenging. If you try to change the size or color of an outfit, and one of the items is unavailable, the website will keep ordering the original outfit. Unfortunately, there isn't a message saying that an item is unavailable so the whole experience is frustrating. That said, I wear some of the bottoms almost every day as I work from home and one of the vests is a real treasure. Would also like more items that a normal-sized 60-year old woman could wear (5'6" and 135 lbs.) Can't run around in a crop top or a bra with leggings. That's a sight no one wants to see.

I don't care for and will never again purchase any of your tops or sports bras. There is no shoulder adjustments to tighten or loosen for a better fit. I do however keep my membership for your power hold leggings. I've tried your other styles and dislikes the compression and material/ fabric that shows every imperfection.

I love the items I've gotten from Fabletics over the years; good quality fabric, they fit well and they look good... I especially love the leggings/shorts with the side pockets. They are my favorite things to wear!

Each month you are charged $50 unless you skip. All fine, but when I go to the site to shop, a pair of shorts will say "$30, or 1 member credit"
What? That member credit cost me $50! So I can build "credits" but it's cheaper to not use them and just pay cash? How stupid. Canceling my membership ASAP.

I find that the need to have a monthly membership does not serve the general population fairly. Most people don't have $50USD to spend on clothes each month. The automatic payment is frustrating. Having to "skip" to avoid the payment and only having a 5 day period to do so is annoying. I have forgotten to skip so many months because of the small time frame to do so.
I bought a few pairs of leggings that fit well, however when I bought a different style in the same size, they were way too tight. I also bought a cropped zip, loved it and bought another which also fit completely differently. Some consistency in the fit between different styles is suggested.
Aside from the above, I love the fabric. It really is buttery soft as described. Unfortunately it shows sweat VERY easily and I'm finding that the fabric pills quite fast as well.

It's been fine the quality is okay, but for being a VIP member you should be able to receive stuff up to the value of that credit not just use it for one item that often times is priced less than $50. They really get you by getting you to sign up for that. I've ordered my last of things I can use from them and am going to finally cancel the membership.

Unfortunately, Fabletics men's offerings are very limited, but to add to the disappointment, many sizes/colors are not in stock when trying to order. I will be cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

I like to get the most for my money, so I wait until there's a sale a normally I would buy matching sets. Lately while trying to pick matching sets they are always unavailable or sold out especially in size medium.

Quality has gone down since I joined. The latches on the bras start coming out after a couple of wares. Also the length on the straps of the bras have lengthened which has not been good for me because I have it on the tightest and it's still a little on the loose side

Quality of fabric has lowered. I used to love every fabric and never see my underwear, but that is no longer the case. Also the new releases are not my taste at all. Have not like anything in months

I hate that Fabletics is subscription based and you can only get discounts by being a member and having to opt out on months I don't wish to buy anything. It is a poor business model. I only participate because my teen likes your leggings.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
