Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself. What a horrible company. Placed an order MONTHS ago, still don't have it. They sent a replacement and that was also conveniently "lost". No one is helping me and my $$$ is now gone. Just keep being told to "call back in 2 days." And I "may" have a resolution. I just want the products I PAYED FOR. So angry and frustrated with its this HORRIBLE company. I'll keep leaving bad reviews until this is resolved. Do not waste your time or $$$.

They will ignore you at every turn, there is no way to speak with someone over email! ONLY live chat and over the phone! And even then they will straight up ignore you! Not to mention they make most of their money by scamming people out of the monthly membership fee. If you forget to skip they will charge you $65, oh did you wanna cancel now? Too bad you HAVE to speak with an agent on the phone to cancel where they will gaslight you and try to make you stay. This site is disgusting and the quality is not even that great, do yourself a favour and DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. (I have uploaded photos of them ignoring me on multiple of their "convenient chat channels")

Everything I have ever ordered has been of the upmost highest quality and I have never had a complaint. I'm learning over time, what cuts and styles fit me the best. I was able to order my 3 daughter-in-laws a couple of outfits each, as part of their Christmas, and they were just as thrilled as I was! Thank you!

Purchased several pairs of womens underwear and they all started to disintegrate at the seams, liner came out. They refused to do anything than offer 20% off more, asked to speak with a supervisor and couldn't even get in touch with one after waiting over 20 minutes.

I signed up for VIP without understanding the concept. So I missed PASSING for a few months. I figured I be careful and not miss again and eventually use up the misspent money. I don't even like their clothes and I don't do the gym or yoga that much anymore. WHAT A CONCEPT buy something every month. I don't live in the movie star world. And now my points expire GADS

Of course when the New Year's come around we all hear, "new year new me" lol! So of course I set goals for myself this year and needed a sports bra and altho I've been a customer of fabletics for some time now, I've never tried the sports bras and boy I'm glad I did. It fits really well and holds the "girls" in place. Took a minute to get out of, lol but overall it fits & feels great on the skin. I would highly recommend. Stay true to your size though I messed up on my 1st order and got a bigger size and had to return it.

I went in to exchange some leggings I'd gotten via credit in store because I was trying to match a pair from 4-5yrs ago that was before the style name was printed on the back. (I mean that's impressive itself that I have 5yo yoga pants that are just as good as they day I got them)
The store sales staff was amazing. They helped me figure out which style they were and helped me build an outfit with them to get more bang for my member credit. I got two sports bras with the two pairs of pants.

I love the styles and the way the clothes look and feel. But I am very disappointed in how long each article of clothing lasts before it starts to de-thread or unravel in a way. I love the way Fabletics works and again love the clothes, except they are starting to not become worth any of my money with how instantly the clothes start to de-thread and form holes. Most recently I bought pants, and after one wash the correct way, two buttons popped off. Very frustrating because up until now I have spoken very highly of Fabletics and even though I have had several clothes form holes, I kept buying thinking the next article of clothing would not quickly unravel but it would. So it is frustrating liking this brand so much and how high quality it looks and feels, but just does not last.

Skipping the month is annoying and they purposely make canceling the membership difficult in the sense that they berate you to stay and offer you a discount I would really like to not have to speak with someone directly over the phone or a chat to cancel my membership. It's a smart marketing design but I find it irritating.

Order more fabric in each pattern! Everything on your website is put of stock. If customers don't order everything you make in a specific pattern the very 1st time it is posted they can never have matching sets of anything because every item you make out of a certain fabric will be sold out never to be available again in less than one month. I think that should be embarrassing to you that you can't keep up with the demand. I keep Fabletics because I am cheap, just like you. I don't want to spend a ton of money replacing my plain black gym leggings all the time. As the ones I have wear out I buy another pair of the same inexpensive, simple leggings. Why would any company want to be thought of for using the same cheap, tacky, tricks as Lu La Roe!?!? Look at what happened to them. Look where they are now. They used the same ‘limited time offer', ‘ better buy it quick, while you still can!' sales tactics Fabletics is using. Makes this customer wonder if the companies have anything else in common.
Just buy more fabric in each pattern so you have enough supply for return customers, so you can offer items longer, and so you can actually replace/exchange identical items.

I used to love Fabletics but I feel it is moving in a different direction. I am a person who came here for their staple basic pieces and their high quality leggings. Now all I see are bright colors and patterns. I haven't found anything I really love in a while and will be dropping my VIP membership shortly because I don't see further use.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
