When I walked in the store not one employee offered to help me I needed to exchange sizes and couldn't find the item or size I needed. In the end I had to go up and ask them to help me myself and she seemed annoyed.

I love the products, the leggings are literally the best leggings on the planet… but I have tried several times to cancel my membership that automatically charges me every month unless I remember to skip it, and I have never been able to. I've tried canceling through the app, calling, chat with a representative, emailing the company and I just get the run around. I hate it. I would continue to purchase their products, I just don't want the membership.

I've had no issues with placing orders, receiving them on time, sizing, or anything major.
My only complaint is that there are not a lot of colors in my size. I've been waiting for the 5 inch small light blue shorts to be restocked since I created my membership.

I have loved fabletics for soooo long! They were great quality leggings, didn't take long to get here, and I got them for just $50 a month. But the past few months I've been severely disappointed with how things have been running. They are constantly sold out of the small size if I don't order them as soon as they drop. My favorite pair of leggings never seems to be restocked anymore. I had a pair of leggings that took almost a whole month to get here and it wasn't even the holidays. I completely understand that things happen and companies make mistakes. But I haven't been happy in several months with the service and quality of leggings. All the leggings and new releases aren't even meant for actual physical activity, just lounging around and looking cute. Which I pay $50 a month to get cute active wear to wear to the gym. I don't want to stop ordering from here but I'm considering it very very much.

The site has a tendency to automatically prevent you from looking at and purchasing something for the opposite sex. I wanted to get something for my daughters, but every time I would try and click on a women's outfit it would send me back to the men's site. OMG was it frustrating. I had to logout of my account, put it in my cart then log back into my account in order to actually make it work. Why do that to your customers? It still happens every time I look for something for my girls.

I love the power hold leggings. But I have returned a few items I never got credited for. I would prefer it was just a purchase site instead of a monthly subscription. I feel like I would probably buy more that way. Really like the quality of the power hold but very disappointed in purchases that were bad quality items such as a few outfits that were suggested to me

Some items have been great, others not so much. The seams are very rough and scratchy and the leggings run small.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
