Made a purchase on May 27, label was created May 31 but the package reached the shipping company only on June 4.

Constant misinformation from Rea #*******, Mia #******* and Kaye-all supervisors. If they are supervisors, I hate to see the level of service from lower ranking CSRs!

I was also unknowingly signed up as a VIP member, wasn't told about the $50 monthly charge, or that you have to "skip the month" to avoid the charge! I only found out when I checked my bank account and saw the money gone. I tried calling 3 times and the wait was 15-17 minutes each time (even though their website says their wait time is ONE MINUTE!). I waited longer than that, and the phone was never answered. I resorted to the live chat. I had to sit on there 3 times to finally get help. When I told the "agent" I wanted to cancel my membership and to get a refund, they asked me, "You don't want to use the credit for a Fabletics purchase?" NO! They kept giving me the run around, saying I was provided the Terms and Conditions and knew what I was getting into. 1. THAT'S FALSE, otherwise I wouldn't have signed up and 2. Instead of patronizing me, just cancel my membership like I asked! They refused to give me a refund, which I don't understand. I was finally just so over it that I didn't even care anymore. Luckily, they did cancel my membership. I know that other people weren't so lucky!

Fabletics is probably the sneakiest, scammiest subscription based service I have ever used. $50USD a month will be automatically charged if you do not scour their site for the "skip this month" button. I had forgotten to press the button this month (my second month using this) and noticed that I had received no emails, no notifications whatsoever reminding me of this or confirming that I had spent the $50 this month. I am a frequent subscription service user and the other services I use always remind you to check this month.
Also, now that I have a $50 membership credit (since I forgot to skip the month), I tried to purchase something. However, I noticed that if you purchase an item that costs less than your credit (I tried to purchase a shirt for $45) and they will not apply your credit! You have to purchase an item worth more than your credit in order for it to be applied. How is this even allowed!
As for their products, I have ordered a few pairs of leggings. They're okay. Not even close to Lululemon quality or comfort. They are thick though, which I like; however, they pill extremely easily. My newest ones are starting to pill and I've washed them only 2 or 3 times.
Their entire business is made to trick people into forgetting to press this skip the month button. And if you've made that mistake, they will want to continue sucking as much money from you as possible, in return for very average quality products. It's honestly not worth the hassle, and not worth having to deal with their shady business tactics. Do not sign up for this!

Let me preface this by saying that I have been a customer of Fabletics for years. I love the clothing and the leggings are amazing. The clothes are the only thing preventing me from giving them a 1 star.
One of my shipments got lost in the mail in November 2018 and USPS retrieved it and sent it back to the Fabletics warehouse. I contacted the carrier and Fabletics several times regarding my missing items to no resolution. I called Fabletics a month later after my order had shipped out and they said that they received the rerouted package at their warehouse and they didn't try to contact me to let me know (after I was already charged for all of the items). After asking for them to resend the items back out to me, the representative told me that they had sold out of one of the items that I ordered and they were not able to send that item back to me! SO... they received my returned package and proceeded to restock my items in their inventory and they didn't contact me about it once! I was then offered a refund for the item that they restocked and sold out of but I am absolutely dumbfounded by the entire situation.
Purchase with discretion and avoid customer service if you can help it.

They said they would stop my membership it is still charging me after they said they canceled it and after making multiple calls they are still charging me!

Fabletics has charged my bank account 46.87 for an order I PERSONALLY DID NOT PLACE, *******@AOL.COM. MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND SOEMONE USED MY INFORMATION... THEY PLACED THE CHARGE BACK ON MY ACCOUNT. THEY ARE THIEVES!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
