I cancelled my subscription after my first order arrived without a couple items and incorrect sizing for the yoga pants.
The moment you come in the store the sale associate is very accomodating and helpful... it makes you really not to get out the store without buying an item from the store.

The sale days are obviously my favorite. The powerhold material is durable and fits nice. I love the sweaters. I think the only thing that is missing for me is nice tanks

I originally saw fabletics advertised through its partnership with the UTR website, so I assumed it was an organised company ready to ship to Australia at least, if not internationally.
Sadly, it was not to be.
After looking at the website and the products offered I was quite impressed. There was a great range of apparel suited to tennis and all at very good prices. However, it was all an illusion.
I tried to check the website to see if products could be shipped to Australia, unfortunately I could not find that information but when I placed an order it was possible to enter an Australian shipping address without it being prevented. So I ordered a few things and tried to pay. This was the first hurdle. The payment method was not accepted and there was mo explanation as to why.
After leaving it for a few days, I came back to the website, ordered a few things and paid for them. This time it worked... despite nothing being different from my end to the previous occasion. After once again ordering and paying for quite a few items I was happy to see the payment received message and eagerly awaited my delivery. Alas, it was not to be. I received an email a few days later from fabletics informing me an item I had ordered wasn't available. However, after reading the email, it wasn't only one item, it was every item I had ordered!
It really seems like fabletics is not quite ready ti do business internationally.

I signed up for the promotiono fo 2 items for $24 and I went ahead and ordered. The jacket was great, but the leggings were such bad quality that I immediately gave them away and that person did not even want them. The material was rough and had zero stretch to them. I did not know that i was siging up for $49.95 to come out of my account and 7 months later (I don't check my account often) I realized close to $400 had come out on these recurring payments I didn't sign up for. I called and they told me that they could only refund 5 payments and that the rest had to be left in my account as credit I could use on clothes. I told them I did not want any of their clothes but they said there was nothing they could do about it. I checked my account and they only refunded me for 4 payments! I called CS and he had no clue what I was talking about and I asked several times to be transferred to someone who would not give me the run around. I had to explain the situation about 4 times before he realized what he was telling me was wrong and agreed to refund me for that last month they promised me. I am still left with $100 in "credits" to use on the site and not happy about it. This happened to me with ShoeDazzle and come to see that they are partners... go figure. I would never imagine Kate Hudson would agree to all of this =(

I did buy legins from them but next month they charge me 44 pounds and when I call them they told me I have monthly contracts with them. Scam, be careful with them.

I was charged for something I tried calling in about to cancel and was charged anyways. Couldn't get through to their customer service. I think it was intentional.

I am VERY displeased with Fabletics active wear and am wanting to get the word out. They say you get your first outfit for $25, then when you make the purchase it signs you up for VIP membership. And if you are sleep deprived like me (5 kids 6 and under), you may not read all of the fine print and then the next month you are slapped with a recurring $49.99 from your account! If you like their clothes it is supposedly a good thing to be a VIP member, as was explained to me by their phone representative, because you get VIP pricing and could possibly save you money if you buy from them EVERY month. But if you don't like their clothing (I found it to be ill fitting, and bizarre combination of colors) then it is not a clothing option for you. Btw- I made it back to my pre-pregnancy size of 5'5 and 124 lbs and generally clothes look really good on me but I returned all but 1 shirt of the 3 that I ordered from them. The one that I kept was comfortable as it is a long sleeved sweatershirt so I kept it but the collar is not to my liking (it rolls up on itself in an unattractive way) and the vented - sleeveless vest, and the tank were just hideous both for the way the material flares out on the top of the shoulder and the tank's colors was hideous and not at all like pictured!
I'm very unhappy and disappointed with this brand. I tried to cancel my membership on multiple occasions. The first time my membership was supposedly canceled, I was charged $50 a week later. I was furious. I emailed fabletics multiple times and I never received a reply. I finally got it taken care of a month later. The customer service truly sucks and I feel so disrespected. Their products aren't with the money and the hassle. COMPLETELY REGRET EVER BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS BRAND

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered an outfit back in August 2015. After months of going back forth between Fabletics and their shipping company, neither who wanted to take responsibility, I finally was re-sent the outfit and recieved it in November 2015. Something they forget to mention is the fact when you sign up, you're actually signing up for a $50 a month subscription. The only good point about this company is how friendly their over the phone service is. I would not describe them as helpful though. In March, Inrang up for a refund on my credit and they told me they had stopped the subscription service. In May I had to ring up again because I was charged AGAIN. They gave me the refund and told me they had canceled my membership. It's now June, and I have just had to ask for ANOTHER REFUND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
Don't trust this organisation, it's a scam.
I'm not impressed with the 5 articles of clothing I bought. I bought them based on their size recommendations and between the 5 pieces, only two fit me okayish. The bodysuit/dress thing was the best piece, but I still had to make an alteration to keep the straps from falling off and it fit ok, but apparently I'm too long from crotch to cleavage and too short from cleavage to shoulders. It was a weird fit. The shapewear shorts and leggings were completely unwearable. Oh, I got them on, but they were designed to look like I was wearing thongs under them and that was visible in the mirror. They were designed to make impossible for me to wear them out of my house without getting the side eye and embarrassing myself or causing secondhand embarrassment in others. I thought it was just how they looked on the models, not that They were designed to be completely unwearable. Besides just being ridiculous to look at, I could only comfortably sit in them for about 5 minutes. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. The crop top was fine as long as I wear a bra with it. Otherwise my nips peek out the bottom. The body suit was well, it's unwearable too. Shape wear: 0/10, crop top: 8/10, bodysuit/dress: 5/10

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
