I was very excited to try them hearing great things about you guys. I ordered a large and I wear a medium/large usually and they were a very small fit and I wasn't impressed at all..

I was charged with three credits and I didnt know that. And also it was so hard to get my refund back. They only refunded 2 credits back (worth $99 something). That's after one phone call and another online chat. One told me i can only have one refund back and the chat told me i can have two refund back. I had to purchase for the one credit which i did. I canceled my VIP membership after purchasing and they still have my credit card information and there is no way to delete it by yourself.! I had to chat with them again to delete that. It wasted so much of time and energy just to resolve that. It's a terrible business model taking advantage of their clients! DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT. $24 FOR TWO LEGGINGS ADS IS so appealing but LADIES! READ EVERY WORD THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEB WHEN YOU SIGN UO!

I have never felt the need to leave a review for a company like this, but the customer service with Fabletics is pretty awful. Like many others, I was intrigued by the "2 for $24" offer that they use to get you to sign up for their VIP membership. I have signed up for one of these before (AdoreMe), so I was aware of the "skip or be charged" deal. Unlike AdoreMe, however, it is ridiculously difficult to cancel your membership and get a refund of the $49.95 membership credit, should you forget to skip the month. I had even called to cancel my membership, but was still charged the fee. When I used the online chat to try to get a refund of the membership charge, I was told that there was no record of me cancelling and that I would not be refunded. Because my credit card had already been charged, the "money had been turned into membership credits," and there was no way that I would be getting my money back. Luckily, I had researched this beforeb so I knew that people had been issued refunds, and I decided to call instead. To his credit, the man that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. He apologized and issued me the refund almost immediately. The quality of customer service is inconsistent at best. While the clothes I received were okay, the misinformation that I was given and condescending tone of the chat were really enough to make me never want to purchase from this company again.
I got there leggings nd I literally loved it soooo very much
I am gonna get more n more leggings from fabletics n for sure recommend it to all my friends

The website is not user friendly, and unless you are super tiny or super large, you will find VERY little in your size--small and medium seem to consistently sell out really quickly

The price of the membership has increased and the styles have declined. I feel I get a better deal by skipping each month and ordering peices separately and still receiving the membership discount

Nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Sat on the phone on hold for 3 hours trying to cancel. Wouldn't recommend unless you literally cancel your card after using your deal 2 for $24.

The quality is good. There is a short inseam that is offered. My negative is you have to subscribe and that's 50 bucks a month. That's pricey and you only get 1 credit.

Wasn't what I thought I was getting, and I was automatically enrolled in the VIP with a monthly fee even though I said not too. I will never buy from there again, I will continue with pop fit they've always treated me like a VIP.

I have not made any purchases in the last 30days. The last purchase I had was in May. I do not understand why I am being asked for a review in June. Has someone hacked my account?
So the first few months maybe even up to a year I received emails to remind me that it was time to buy or skip. Then the emails quit coming. At first I thought maybe it went into SPAM folder and I just missed it no biggie. Then the next time it happened I called and told them I did not receive the reminder email and they were kind enough to credit my account. So far all is well. I made a note on my calendar to check Inbox/SPAM/Junk all folders between the 1st - 5th of each month - no emails, I called and was told my provider must be blocking? Funny thing though I ALWAYS received an email to confirm a purchase. So I let time rock on and again missed a month so got charged. Again went through all folders - no reminder email. So I called and cancelled. Interestingly enough - I received the cancellation email. Now I am receiving all sorts of promotional emails from them. Hmmmm, no reminder emails, yet somehow all promotional emails come through to my INBOX... Sorry Fabletics but I am pretty sure that is intentional way to getting people to purchase.
SO interestingly enough, since I cancelled my account, I have no problem receiving emails from them and yet reminder emails never could make it through. Plus I can buy just as cute, if not cuter, outfits at Target that are the same price or less.
Poor customer support, couldn't exchange pants that were ill-fitting. Way too expensive for the material used. Won't be returning.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
