The quality and the style of their clothing is decent but their business strategy is so filthy. they basically just want to make money of you in every way possible. Their system is extremely sneaky. Basically, once you become a member (which you automatically become if you buy ANYTHING from them online and you will be notified after). Once you become their member, you have to go on their website and 'skip a month' for every month you don't want to shop from them. If you forget to do that each month, they will punish you by charging your credit card. Basically for EVERY month you don't want to shop there you have to let them know. If you miss, they don't even have the decency to pay you back even for that month even if you lost your internet connection or something. you know why? because they make $#*! load of money this way so they don't have to beg the costumers to stay...sneaky isn't it? plus now that you have already paid you are probably tempted to stay their member so you can use the credits you FORCEFULLY received to buy their products and that's more business and advertisement for them! DON'T fall into this trap. Don't support them. This is stealing... of course legally, because everything is stated in their terms of use with in font size 2.
Always good customer service, pieces are wonderful. They are so well made they never wear out and so I can't afford to keep buying them just because they are soooo cute!
Definitely recommend to everyone i know my whole wardrobe is fabletics and every single piece i own is still in tact and fits just as good as it did DAY 1

Let me start by saying the shorts are fantastic! I have purchased and/or returned numerous shorts in different sizes when I first looked into them. My issue is simply that out of 10+ pairs of shorts I have ordered (both L and XL), all 10 fit differently! Some are too large in the waist, some fit just right. Some are too tight in the hips, some fit good. Some XL fit like a L, and some XL fit like a XXL. Some of the 9in version fit like a 7in. It's a crap shoot to be honest when I place an order. The craziest thing is that I ordered an XL once, it was too large, so I exchanged it for the exact same size, and the XL I was sent back fit perfectly! It seems like every order I place, 1 pair fits perfect, and 1 has to be returned/exchanged. Either they are being labeled wrong in inventory and I am being shipped the wrong size, or they are guessing when making them. Again, I love these shorts, I wish I could wear shorts to work and I would buy even more. But the constant back and forth of "will they or won't they" fit, is very frustrating.

Nothing is ever in stock, the website is a pain, promo codes have such a short window that you can't even use them.
STAY AWAY. Total SCAM... total RIP OFF! They suck you in with 50% off and 2 for 1... then give you 45 minutes to figure out your size on their schedule... figure out their website... decide what you would like to order AND place an order! After that 45 minutes of high pressure to purchase for a discount, your discounts are over forever! Now, they have your credit card number. You are automatically made a VIP member. As a VIP, they debit your credit card $49.95 per month. Their products are WAAAAAY over priced... even with the 50% off or 2 for one discounts. Legging and tops are EXTREMELY cheap quality fabrics! Powerhold is nice quality but ridiculously high priced! The VIP prices are a rip off... and, if you cancel your membership to save yourself from a $49.95 charge each month... the non VIP prices are way beyond ridiculous! I neglected to cancel my membership and was charged $49.95. I placed an order but never received it. They have chosen a shipper who just drops the package at your door whether you are home or not. There is no way to change the delivery date to suit when someone will be home. There are SOOOOO many things about this company that are just WRONG! I now have a credit with this company but am no long a VIP member. For the $49.95 credit on my account, I get to purchase a product that has a true value of somewhere between $9.95 and $19.95! TOTALLY disappointed!

I have had similar experiences to the others commenting here. I bought the $2/24 leggings so I had to sign up for the "VIP" membership and missed the deadline for the first month, so I was charged $49.95 and was told I had a credit. I start searching the site to spend the credit and then close my account. I found lots of reasonable prices for different items, so started to put things in my cart. When I logged in as VIP, all of the good pricesthat i had seen doubled. When I cancelled my account they told me VIP prices are 50% lesshan regular prices. It was the intro prices that I was seeing, but the math is the same, regardless. So there are decent prices that suck people in, as long as you are not a VIP, but THEN. As a VIPr you pay RIDICULOUS PRICES that are artificially inflated then "marked down" to 1/2 off, I thought VIP meant you got special benefits, not price gauging. I've never seen a company that charges ever month when there is no product provided.
Was pretty disappointed with this after my first order. The pants run smaller and so I submitted for an exchange of 3 items. All three items were apparently out of stock and the cancelled the exchange, but credited my account for only one item. I called and got it sorted it out and decided to cancel my VIP membership. Associate stated I would keep my 3 credits. The website details one credit = 1 outfit. Apparently since I canceled my VIP membership 1 credit = $49.95. This was never conveyed to me and does not stipulate that on the website. When I called about this, I asked to have my VIP membership reinstated for the rest of the month that I had already been charged for. Then 1 credit = 1 outfit. BUT THEN, all of the sudden I only have 2 credit and a store credit of $49.95. I call back AGAIN and the associate told me that it was showing that the associate credited me $49.95 to my credit card? Then why is it showing as a store credit? Finally, I had had it. I had been doing a little shopping online to use my credits and literally 73% of the stock of the items I wanted was sold out. What is the point of being a member of this when I can't buy what I want? I asked for a full refund of all of my credits and store credits to which the associate told me that she could not do because I had already used my "one time" credit on the last phone call after we had just gone over that that was a mistake. Finally, after talking with her manager, I was able to get a full refund for all of the VIP membership charges. I'm done.
I LOVE fabletics, they have the best leggings ever. Life has kinda kicked me when I was down so I had to pause my membership for now but I will be back, for sure!

The leggings and top were excellent quality and great for cycling... but I received my first outfit last week before realising I was locked into paying £44 per month. When I spoke to the representative (I called the number on the invoice, not the one below) I informed her that the organisation was in breech of British Consumer Law for 'inertia selling' (see Daily Mail article 19.03.2016) and requested my membership be cancelled immediately. I asked her to forward me confirmation that this had been done and received an email a few minutes later. I will let you know if anything arrives or money is withdrawn next month... It's a real shame as I love the clothing; but I do not wish to be locked into anything and if i want an item I will pay the price, so as long as I can do this I am happy to be a normal customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Like the many others on this page, I bought two pairs of leggings for £24. Bargain. At NO POINT when I was browsing the leggings did it say, '2 pairs of leggings for £24 (but we will auto-sign you up for our 'VIP' membership and charge you £55/month for the privilege unless you remember to skip the payments, for which we will NOT remind you)'
This is a deliberate strategy by Fabletics to conceal their true objective; not to sell leggings but to steal money on a regular basis from customers to whom it was not made clear that were entering into a contract whereby this would happen. I would wager that there are thousands of people, who don't check their bank accounts regularly, who are just giving money every month to Fabletics with nothing in return. Brilliant, really.
Fabletics will argue, I suppose, that it's all on the order confirmation, but I'm afraid I don't usually have time to review the details of an order confirmation when I'm pretty sure I just bought two pairs of leggings! My mistake, one which I have paid for dearly. Fabletics are utterly refusing to address my request for reimbursement.

There is never anything in stock in my size. Yet still, when I filter for my size only, everything that's out of stock still shows up so it takes like 4 hours to shop for anything just to find something I like that actually has my size. And ummm who made this policy about a 48 hour hold if you have a different shipping address? NEVER heard of that in my life. I put in a large order to be delivered to my parents where I am staying for the holidays. The order was cancelled and no other information provided other than that. Called and was told I have to verify my addresses because the shipping and billing are different. So now there's a 48 hour (business hours) hold on my order until they can review it…. For "safety". So now I have to go back and REFILL MY CART, because they won't hold it for you, in 48 business hours and supposedly it will be fine and i can place the order with separate addresses. Somehow I doubt that, and that's actually 4 days since it's Thursday. I assume everything will be out of stock and I will have to start my 4 hour search again for anything that I want that fits. Just so i can use up my credits and GTFO of this bull$#*! company. Cancelling my VIP and NEVER shopping with them again.

Such a scam. Horrible website. Almost impossible to find the location on the site to skip a month. Canceling is also nearly impossible. Don't fall in to this $50 a month trap for some ok leggings.

Purchased the 2 pairs of leggings for £24 and a hat - Total purchase £33.65 (incl delivery).
Didn't realise that if I didnt click a box at payment stage to say non vip membership they would take money (£49) from my account every month. This is a scam.
It does not say at the box that they would take £49 from my account every month if I failed to tick the box.
Managed to get 2 mnths from me before I realised (came out of my paypal account).
Customer service no help.
Just state that this is a membership fee you pay every month.
What you get for membership I do not know - Just nonsense. It is a scam to take money for nothing.
They say you have to call monthly (before the 5th) to "skip" the direct debit but if you did not know they had scammed a direct debit from you, then you dont know to call to "skip" or cancel.

I do not know anyone who wants to spend £49 per month on work out clothing.
No money back. You can only purchase their cheap goods at extortionate prices.
They will Cancel membership but then the cost of products goes up to approx £74 for a pair of leggings. So the £98 in credit is worth next to nothing.
Leggings not worth the cost advertised. Even at the reduced price of 2 for £24.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
Buy from a reputable company. There are better products and companies out there.

Very bad experience. Will never order again. I was disappointed when item arrived. It said shiort but it was very long.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
