I have tried several times to look at certain items and the links won't work. I have talked to customer service and they weren't able to fix the problem. It is very frustrating.

Since I have been a member I feel that the fit has become inconsistent. I am not experiencing the same quality or fit that I enjoyed when i first signed up. I will be cancelling my menmbership soon.

I don't see the need for a subscription, who needs workout wear monthly? However, I do love the quality of their leggings. The bra's aren't for me, I have tried a few times, they just don't do much.

The highwasted pants smooth out all the right places and the fabric is very nice. When folding forward they are thick enough the keep all the things covered. Excellent products!

They do not tell you your card will be charged 54.00 a month total scam. They told me i will get a refund will we will see about that. The clothing is nice the compay it self is a scam

6 months ago, this company was decent with decent products. I'll always think they are over priced and put higher retail to make you think you're getting a good deal. But just a few months ago, they completely changed their membership program and its quite shady now. They're items are always on sale. So 6 months ago, your $50 credit can get you a bra and leggings. Now, your $50 credit gets you ONE item, whether it's $20 on sale or $40 leggings and there is no money left in your credits. Idc if the retail is $80. The # i see that I'll be paying is what matters. I then had an issue with skipping months. Middle of the month I tried skipping and wasn't given the option. Then I had placed an order, received everything and noticed inconsistencies with the sizing. And when I pre-ordered the Justin sweatpants, they were on sale for around $25. They charged me over $50 for them with no warning. Came time for the return - it took literal weeks for them to get the return then more WEEKS just to issue the refund. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will never buy from here again. I can say CS was kind and helpful. Thankfully I didn't have any issues. Somehow fabletics put a return in as a replacement () so they were able to cancel it. You have to really keep an eye on everything when it comes to this company and you shouldn't have to do that.

Members receive constant SALE emails and presented with SALE PRICING while logged into the website, upon checkout prices changes to VIP PRICING that is HIGHER than advertised. Example: Semi-Annual Sale $12.00 Top drops into the cart for $39.95! As a Member, you NEVER get the ADVERTISED Sale Price.
You are offered $49. Outfits that are in limited stock and SOLD OUT. I have trying to spend my credits for over a year and nothing but Sold Out $49 outfits or VIP outrageously priced items. But wait there's more! Don't cancel because now you lose the $49 crappy discounts. Skip a month till you find something... one year later. I can't find a $49 outfit I like in stock nor access to SALE pricing.
Members have two choices -
1) Use your credit without any other advertised discounts or
2) Get advertised discount and can't use your credit
Members get the special VIP treatment and given the highest prices available! Terrible business model. You have paying customers that want to shop, committed to a membership, and you don't provide Sale pricing... you charge MORE! Very dissatisfied customer!
To be fair, their products are outstanding!
I had the misfortune of requesting an EXCHANGE (and not a RETURN) and was assured that it would be mailed out to a friend based in California.
But instead, it was mailed out to an OLD out-of-State address (that I already changed a long time ago) as I would be receiving my latest orders at my NEW out-of-state address.
And I communicated this with Customer Service, and haven't heard of any updates.
I guess it has come to this; when overexpansion and miscoordination sets in without looking at Quality Assurance to focus on Customer Satisfaction (or Attrition).

Sent the wrong leggings twice. So far. Also, I'm not. A fan of high waisted and ultra high waisted leggings. Not much options after that. The site shows too many options that are sold out.

I purchased multiple pairs about three years ago. Those leggings are amazing, still in good quality condition, no fading, no whoops boolies, no thinning at the thighs, not see through, the tops are compression excellent and very high waisted and don't roll down when I bend and they never ever stained. I bought 5 pairs a month or so ago and the one pair was so buttery soft but instantly got whoolie boolies (lint balls stuck all over) and they're thinning at the thighs and crotch. They stained easily too. This pair fit as expected. The other 4 pairs were all too small, little stretch, not a true high waist (they are about two inches under my belly button where my pairs from three years ago lay about 1/4 inch over my belly button) and the tops roll as well as they stain easily. I'm quite disappointed because I always bragged about how much I love Fabletics and how I can trust the sizing, quality and comfort with their stylish designs. The sale prices are great but I almost wonder if their sale prices are existing right now because of the poor quality right now.

If there is an active lawsuit against this company- I would appreciate being added to the list of people who have attempted to allow Fabletics to correct their despicable, dishonest business model. I made what I thought was a one time purchase 7 months ago and as I reviewed my last credit card statement, I noticed a charge of $49.95 and a rock landed in the pit of my stomach- with the force of a meteorite. I am an intelligent, detail oriented person. In my professional life, I work as an ICU Nurse- attention to detail is an understatement. With that said, my level of self awareness is keen and I can wholly identify when I have been dooped by faults of my own. My experience with Fabletics is quite the opposite- I have been FINANCIALLY VIOLATED to an extent I have never experienced. This is outright THEFT. This company should be shut down immediately and damages paid out to those of us who did not consent to an auto-enrollment agreement. Please contact me if legal action is taking place. I have already started exploring my options.
I purchased leggings back in December and got 3 faulty pairs. I first noticed the issues 2 months after purchasing the leggings, I attempted to contact the company about them. It took me 7+ tries to get to someone, I tried called and using the online chat. My leggings had holes in them, so what did I do? I got rid of the leggings. Why would I keep 3 pairs of leggings that have holes in them if I cant wear them and I cant get a hold of these people?
I finally was able to get a hold of a representative tonight (3-14-19 3.5 months from the time I purchased the leggings, 1.5 months of trying to contact these people)that I told all of my issues to, she told me no problem we will process a store credit to your account. She then asked for the leggings to be shipped back to the wear house, well I informed her that I no longer had them because I couldn't get into contact with anyone about my issues, I wasn't going to lug them around with me. She told me that was not possible, nothing can be done unless I returned them. She then asked if I could get them out of the trash? Uh, no. I am disappointed that they are refusing to help me after I already spent a fortune on their products that only lasted me 2-4 months. Not worth it, won't shop with them again.
Of course, I couldn't put this review on their website as they do not accept bad reviews on their website.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
