My experience with Fabletics is wonderful. There are a lot of bad reviews on here about this product but I have bought multiple items from them with zero complaints. Recently I lost around 35lbs and needed some new workout gear to help me lose even more. Their outfits are so cute I have a hard time deciding which one I am going to get.
When you sign up you MUST KNOW that you are signing up to a membership contract. This shouldnt be a surprise to people as it is the same as Just Fab and Adore Me. They do let you skip the month, my only complaint is that they don't make it easy to get a refund if you end up forgetting. This happened to my friend more than once and she called them and got refunds everytime. I have "forgot" to skip the month multiple times and I just see it as an excuse to get some new workout gear and keep me motivated.
The 4 things I have bought from this site have all arrived quickly (in Canada) and looked exactly like what I ordered. I am about 5'5" and 165lbs right now and ordering a medium fits me perfectly and usually I am a medium/large and size 10 pant. I do like having my workout gear to be smaller fit so it doesn't go anywhere while I am working out.
These ratings do not give this site a fair shot because you should know that you are signing up to a membership contract. I have yet to cancel my account because I make sure to log in at the beginning of every month and skip. Even if you skip the month you are still able to access your outfits and shop no problem.
I've been a member for a while now and have purchased MANY items from Fabletics: leggings, shirts, sweaters, and sports bras. There have been MAYBE 2 leggings that I truly like and wear frequently but most of the time I am very underwhelmed with their products. Most of the leggings run a size too small, and tend to roll down throughout the day and are overall just uncomfortable. I purchased a leggings and shirt set, and I HATED the material of both. It was so uncomfortable and unflattering I literally threw it away because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. I've never liked a shirt I purchased, the material always feels cheap and again, uncomfortable. I have a sports bra that I do like and a sweater that I wear every now and then but again, they're just OKAY. Nothing special about them. I have decided that I am going to cancel my membership because I am mostly dissatisfied. I want soft comfortable stretchy clothes that I can wear all day! And unfortunately fabletics is not that.

I have been a member for 3 months. I think the quality of the merchandise is good for the VIP price, however, the service is really bad. In my last order, I got a confirmation email of the items that I ordered. When the order arrived, one of the items was missing. There was nothing about it in the package. I waited a couple of days to see if another package was coming. Nothing.
I called their "customer service" number to get a status and they told me that the item was out of stock. They clearly have an issue with their inventory systems. They also have a problem with their phone support. The lady who answered the call said that I should keep checking back and order it later. I asked her why I should order anything else if what is confirmed is not really available. If they had good service, they would let me know that the item is back ordered and they will notify me when it is available again. Then she told me that the best way to order is to get on the phone and get someone to confirm that what I want is available! How many times do I have to try and buy something?
If they really want to grow this business and make it successful they need to hire someone from Zappos or Lands End or LLBean to make their operation something that is STANDARD in today's ecommerce world.
They also need to teach their service staff to address the client's issue and not just explain how their process is working when it clearly does not serve the needs of the client. Really bad.

I absolutely love the items I've purchased from fabletics. The fit is perfect, the quality is amazing. The ONLY thing I didn't love was when I'd miss the time frame to opt out of the monthly fee.

At first i thought this was great, but until i had to deal with them, lack of customer service, scams, poor quality. Lack of followthrough. Unable to cancel easily
When I first signed up for Fabletics the quality of clothes and bras were very good, I was convinced they were the best leggings around! Over the last few years, the quality of leggings just plummeted, the selection was limited, shipping time seemed longer and longer and you still have to pay an extra $5 for shipping, and styles would sell out so quickly that there were MANY months I had to skip my subscription because the items I wanted were sold out and I didn't need another pair of black leggings. The last 2 orders I placed arrived so late I had forgotten I placed an order until I received the package. One pair of leggings I ordered had the fabletics logo stitched on the thigh (which I didn't realize was there when I placed the order and would have never ordered them as I thought it looked like a stain) and after 1 wash the stitching of that logo completely unraveled and now there's a hole in the middle of my thigh where the eyesore of a stitch used to be. Another pair of basic black leggings I had ordered and had worn maybe twice ripped after my dog jumped on me to say hi when I came home from work. I understand that is out of Fabletic's control, but my dog jumps on me every day when I come home and that has never happened to even cheap leggings. Long story short, the quality has significantly decreased while the prices remain the same. I've cancelled my subscription after 4 years because I'm so dissatisfied and feel like this is just another one of those companies that don't care about their products, just the money.

Nice clothes but the pricing is ridiculous.
I made a purchase and didn't know that I was automatically signed up for a monthly membership with a fee. I canceled immediately. Will never buy the product again.

Is all I hear from friends. These shirts are worth twice the $19 I paid for 2. Great quality and nice fit! I love the color options too.
I initially became interested in Fabletics because of their two leggings for $24. My first order was two leggings, a bra, and a tank top. A few days after my initial purchase I decided to buy another outfit, at checkout I used "Honey" and received a 70% off coupon. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Fabletics, however when making the second purchase I realized the sizes I choose on my first order were going to be way to small! I spoke to a costumer service rep who cancelled the first order and assured me that I would still get the two leggings for $24. After choosing the correct sizing, a new costumer service rep told me that I was no longer eligible for the two legging for $24 because I used the 70% off coupon with my second purchase. The first rep assured me I could still receive this deal and I would have never cancelled if I was aware I would lose the promotion! I was originally planning on using my monthly membership credit to order clothes on a monthly basis but now I think I will cancel my membership. The company needs to have clear and consistent messages from their costumer services reps.

I loved the product that I bought from Fabletics and it is some of the best shorts I have I tried to get the deal of the 2 for 24 but they only sent me one pair, which I was okay with but then realized that they charged me for a background subscription to their VIP platform that I didn't know there was a 54 dollar charge for their VIP platform and that was not money I wanted to spend. I had to call their customer support line and convince the rep that I needed the refund as it wasn't enough to be confused. In the end, I love the product after using it for 3 months but hate that I only got one and that it was a subscription-based system.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
