My experience with Fabletics so far has been great. The material is very nice and I'm so glad they have pant size long as an option for my long legs!
Great shorts! Comfy and functional for working out, swimming and (almost) everything in between.
I still have not recieved my order nor have I received a notice as to where my order is. I tried emailing and received an automatically generated email informing me that fabletics does not deem email communication as a worthwhile option for them. I then tried their online chat and was never connected with a representative, even after waiting 10 minutes; I doubt heave the time for a phone conversation nordo I feel like it is my responsibility to make this happen, they already have my money, it IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FABLETICS TOP MAKER SURE I RECEIVE MY ORDER. I realize these are unprecedented times, AND I AM STILL WORKING ALSO, so maybe make all forms of communication an option. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.
My package still has not arrived and I was charged $25 extra dollars I ordered two leggings duringa sale it was a 2 for $24 sale and I was charged way more and my package still has not arrived and I have not recieved any emails explaining why this has happened
I've had memberships for food delivery and other items, so i thought I knew what I was getting into. But Fabletics membership, pricing and timing is quite confusing. Even when you want to order an outfit, it's difficult because the sizing is not available. If you have a return and want to reorder using "credit" -- forget it. If you see a good price on an "extra" item, but then you don't spend enough money -- you don't get the lower price shown despite the membership -- you need to hit a spending target on that purchase. RIDICULOUS! And then there is the sloooooowwwww shipping. Should you need to exchange a size, it's a 2 month ordeal. When I called customer service, they couldn't find the order and the background noise from the other reps was so loud that i could not hear the rep talk and she could not hear me. After months of purchases, the entire thing was so frustrating that i cancelled the membership. It's just not worth the hassle. I have never regretted an arrangement more. It took about 4 or 5 repetitions of my request to cancel before the representative did it. At the end, the rep let me know i could still purchase fabletics clothing at full price without the membership in the future. I will repeat my answer here: I will never, never, never, never purchase anything from fabletics ever again. It's just a horrible and frustrating experience.

I've used the website and their 1-800 number and you either don't get an answer or they run you in circles. I ordered a jacket 2 months ago and my order was cancelled for no reason. I called and the man apologized but said he would put another order through for the jacket. That one was cancelled also! By the time I got the jacket a couple of weeks later it was the wrong size and the wrong jacket. When I called customer service, they were not apologetic but matter of fact in telling me that when I re-ordered a couple of times they must've been out of the one I actually wanted. Well I didn't cancel my order to begin with so there's that, but this does explain all the cancels and reorders it shows on my account to end up with the wrong jacket. BUT, no one emailed me to let me know this, or when I called, why would a company ship me something else? Why cancel and reorder three times and not just call me or not charge me? It's insane. This jacket has a hole in the shoulder and is not my size or the one I want. She told me to wait until they restock the one I want and then do a return. Well they never restocked the jacket I want AND since it's been 30 days there's no option to return my order. Somehow only dealing with this company a couple of times I knew they don't do restocks, maybe she sneakily meant someone might return the jacket I wanted in my size, but come on. $65 for a light zip up that I can't wear & still no help form this company.

Excited to write the first review for this company, they are AWESOME! It's a new company that carries AMAZING quality sports apparel. I got my three piece set and I'm so pleased! I really like the Suki cycle shorts I got, I intentionally wore them for my run in the morning yesterday, washed them and then wore them to bed. I basically wanted to see how they held their compression and shape after long wear, and I'm impressed! They didn't feel one inch loose in the morning, they didn't roll up on the leg or down on the waist. They have enough compression but they are not uncomfortable at all. Those and the sports bra are really the same quality as a pair of leggings and a sports bra I have from a ‘citrusy site' that is about 4 times the price of Fabletics!. Oh and when I woke up this morning I went straight for a 2 mile run, changed out of them, set them aside went back to try them again later in the day and I feel the same compression as when they arrived brand new (time to wash them again and have them ready for next wear). I know you will not be doing what I did, but I wanted to try if their quality was really that great, and it surpassed my expectations. I'M HOOKED!
I would not recommend this company. I understood the VIP membership when I signed up and let's be honest, I only signed up to take advantage of the 50% off promotion for your first purchase. Since it clearly states "You may cancel your membership at any time", I thought I'd make the purchase then call Customer Service and cancel. The phone rep seemed nice and spoke English well, however it took a long time to talk him into cancelling my account. After he finally did, he informed me that my purchased was cancelled (he did NOT warn me that this was going to happen). I said that's not fair, what if I had waited two weeks, received the items in the mail and then cancelled? All he said was "we don't encourage people to do that" — of course you don't but I am allowed to and I don't appreciated the runaround. I requested to speak with a supervisor and she was helpful and instructed me to place my order again (if the items were still available... luckily they were) and that I can call back after they ship to cancel. I received an email saying they shipped so this morning I tried using the chat option since it's 'open' 6am-9pm and although it's 8:30am, it's closed. This company needs to make a lot of changes if it wants to be successful. I certainly don't support their bait and switch method of marketing, they are only making customers angry. I'm also disappointed to hear that the quality is low; now I'm not really looking forward to getting my clothing and I wish I had never wasted my time and signed up in the first place.
I absolutely love Fabletics but there's definitely room for improvement! As far as the quality goes I'll give it 5 stars. My issue comes in with the shipping time mostly being past the date listed and the returns process. Most of my packages were late. I do understand that shipment times have been effected by covid, but this shouldn't consistently happen. Also, the return process has been a pain. The initial s process of "starting the return" was simple, but after that it went downhill. I'm currently waiting on my refund for two items and it's been over 2 weeks. When contacting customer care I'm told that I have to wait another week. It's also very confusing when a credit is issued. I received an email about one of my items, but it wasn't clear as to which one. Even the customer care representatives were confused.
The quality keeps me here, but if it wasn't for this I would've left the club. Hopefully, in the near future this can be fixed! I really love my outfits and have even started buying items for my husband.

I wanted to write a review for Fabletics because I feel like they have so many bad reviews on the interwebs and I love their products. Their high-waisted powerhold leggings are seriously amazing. They hold you in so well and are super flattering. It is kinda annoying that they sell out of colors quickly though and I wish they had more options for the capri and crop styles.
I started shopping there this year and their customer service has been amazing. Before starting to shop there, I had done my research and read some reviews. Review after review from when the company was first founded was negative, especially around customer service. That is not the case at all anymore. I always am able to talk to someone over the phone very easily and they are always very helpful. They definitely have taken the criticism and shifted their company in a positive way.
For all the people complaining about the membership. It explains it several times what you are signing up for. I don't get how people feel "scammed" since it's explained so much.

Kate Hudson is a millionaire and scamming middle class people! I saw a commercial with a offer and went with it. Until my credit card keep getting charges. So I tried doong the online chat, what a joke! Got charged $100.00 for memebership ohh what $99.00. Still paid for top and bottom, which don't fit and return policy is crazy! They make you fill out a crazy size chart (NOPE WASTE OF MONEY)! GLAD KATE HUDSON HAS A LITTLE MORE MONEY! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I signed up as a member and placed an order on in February for the 50% discount outfit, but never received an email confirmation. When I tried to login to the account I created, the website rejected my email and password. Password retrieval didn't send anything to my email. However, I received my order and my credit card was charged for more than advertised -- $50 when my order was supposed to be $35. I thought that maybe I made a mistake and the VIP account wasn't actually created, so I wouldn't be charged for subsequent months (since I can't even login to skip the month).
WRONG! Now I have been charged $65 for March, even though I still can't login. Password retrieval is now saying: "We do not have an account on file with the email address you entered." I have tried repeatedly to use both their website chat feature and email form -- they both don't work! I will be calling their number tonight so we'll see what happens. What a headache. The clothes are average but going through this was NOT worth it.
I was stoned one day looking through TikTok and this ad came up for a very nice pair of shorts, I went to go buy some, but keep in mind I'm under the influence of marijuanah, so I didn't read the "Terms of service" so I got sucked into this VIP Membership that I never wanted, and I'm a old teenager so I don't make much money, and everytime I try to cancel, they try to convince me otherwise and it always ended up working in their favor, so I have no idea if I even successfully canceled this stupid membership yet and I feel like the same thing can happen to other people

I'll start with my being mostly happy with my purchase at fabletics. Only issue is that one time my shopping experience wasn't as great. I can't remember now how it even happened (if it was me being absent minded or if the website really just glitched and messed up my order). Either way the folks at the store were great in helping me with exchanges etc. after a few visits to get it right. I ended up with one pair of shorts that is supposed to be a large that fits like a medium. Now I've worn these and also washed them and didn't decide to go to the store out of frustration that this would now be the 4th time trying to get this one order right. If someone could help in putting me at ease that a pair of worn shorts will be exchanged for the right correct true size I'll be a happy camper. Otherwise, the styles are nice, the deals are somewhat good (that regular price point is damn high), and all the other items fit very nicely. Only other thing I'd add is I wouldn't mind seeing more styles for men (women have a ton of options for many reasons and I get it).

The whole reason I even bought anything was for the scrub set, I ordered and they only sent the pants no top. Half of the rest of my order was canceled as well. Just support annoying.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
