My siblings bought me a $50 gift card to Fabletics, so I visited the website to try and use it. First I tried to put in my cart an outfit that was listed as $19, and two pairs of leggings for $24, but the outfit wouldn't reflect the sales price. I tried calling the company and they said that the two promotions can't be used together, which was annoying, but I guess companies have annoying policies, so I went back to my shopping cart and changed the order. I kept the two leggings for $24, and added two shirts, which were $12-$14 each, for a total of $57. I was excited about my order and went to insert my gift card, but then got an error message that gift cards cannot be used towards the promotions. That is a completely ridiculous policy! At any normal store you get a sale price and can use either a credit card, cash or gift card to pay. The method of payment does not change the sale amount. Just for comparison, the amount of merchandise in my cart with the promotions was $57, but if I chose to use to the gift card to purchase the same items, I would have to pay $108. And then I'd have to sign up for their scam, which according to all of the reviews below is very annoying and difficult to cancel. What a horrible company!

I started running and thought fabletics looked great I'm only 13 and was hearing it from dancers like maddie Ziegler the lot so I ordered two pairs of leggings at £24 checked out just normal and my leggings arrived fine and I had no problem with the leggings at all, now months later I keep checking my bank and I have no money so I looked into my bank statements and they were so overdue as me being only young with no income, fabletics had been taking £50 OUT OF MY BANK EVERY MONTH I only ever ordered once not signing up to anything and they are using my details to take out money, it's shocking not happy at all if your gonna order WATCH YOUR BANK

Online shopping for new leggings was a breeze. My order arrived as expected. The leggings are great quality. They've been my faves for many years.
They catch you with the first outfit for $25, but the outfits that are $25 aren't even worth $10, so you pay extra for what you really want.
Here is my experience: I got my outfit, 2/3 items did not fit even though i used the sizing chart.
I exchanged the items online for a bigger size and a different color, but to only be sent the same exact size and the same exact color.
I called for a refund of the two items, and to cancel my account and demand the money that was "promised" the credit i had once the account was cancelled.
IT NEVER HAPPENED. As if I spoke to no one.
This company is a joke. As a business major, I am applaud that this even made it on the market. It must be nice to be a rich celebrity, not need investors and scam everyone. If you're gonna claim to be affordable, at least do that, and if you're gonna suck as a whole, then let people drop from the membership... signing up once, is as if you're signed up for life.
STAY FAR AWAY! Put those 50 bucks to Victoria secret or something with much better quality and customer service. I've never been so infuriated by a retail company. With all the competition out there, you need to either be cheap or have great customer service, not lack in both.
I hope this company goes bankrupt and fails.
Order was timely. I had to exchange some items for a didn't size. It was easy and no problems there.

WHAT A SCAM. The 1st outfit also includes a charge for $49 to be charged later. Their customer service is very poor I have just had 2 online chats and been on hold for over 30 min to be disconnected.
Poor customer service. I placed an order online yesterday, got notification that the order was processed, and was charged the amount due. Today I got a notification that there was an issue because they were unable to process my credit card (even though I was charged) because Fabletics stated my credit card company could not verify my billing address. My billing address and shipping address are exactly the same - as it is in my profile online with Fabletics. The email states to call customer service to resolve the issue. I called them and they said because my previous orders didn't get shipped to this particular address they canceled the order. They escalated it but then it takes another 24-48 hours for them to "fix" it, but I have to call and make sure that this has been done. They cancel your order rather than leaving it open so you can fix any issues. Since they canceled the order, you now have to take the time to go back and re-order the same items. If I didn't have so many member credits that I'm trying to use up, I would just leave it and never shop with them again. I have canceled my membership and now waiting the allotted 24-48 hours before I can re-order. What a waste of time.

I joined fabletics a few months ago and have only ordered once after my initial purchase. I've skipped months and used my VIP credit. At the beginning of August, I signed in and skipped the outfit for the month and didn't think about it again. Today I received an email saying I didn't skip and that the credit was on my account. My mind immediately went back to the "horror stories" I had read before joining. I thought it would be a difficult process where I would be on hold and need to argue to get my credit reversed and maybe not get anywhere. This couldn't be farther from the truth. I started an online chat and was put in contact with Amanda (after about a 5-10 minute wait). She looked at my account and saw my previous activity and that I had skipped months in the past. Based on this, she processed a refund for the VIP credit. This was all taken care of in about 4 messages once Amanda was involved. Thank you Amanda for your help! The quality of clothing I have received has been great and my interaction with their customer service team has been exceptional!

I have never dealt with a more deceptive company. They give you VIP membership without you knowing it and then charge your credit card $49.95 per month for something you didn't buy. I should never have fallen for their first time customer 'schtick' I thought I was buying just leggings and a workout shirt. I thought that if the product was really great I might consider buying from Fabletics again in the future. Instead I got an 'ok' product, and I got a company taking money out of my credit card without my ok. Fortunately I caught it, but I'm sure there are many unsuspecting customers out their that don't look at their credit card statements real closely each month, and I wonder how many of them don't even realize all the money that has been taken from them! What a great way for a business to make money!
I called Fabletics today to talk with them about the issues. They wanted to keep me as a customer, I told them they were being deceptive to their customers and asked that they pass that information on to whomever should get the customer complaints. He still tried to get me to stay, I said 'no way', and he hung up on me. Great Customer Experience!
Stay away from the frustration you will have with this company. I hope that Kate Hudson is becoming aware of the customer complaints and does something to turn this around. There has got to be a better way to do business.
Fabric is very thick and irons easily. Chose the royal blue color and it fits comfortably on my body
I feel extremely taken advantage of and have no hesitation in stating what this company is doing is FRAUDULENT.
I've finally gave in and made a one time purchase in December 2021. They reeled me in with a fantastic sale that was what I now understand, too good to be true.
I used an older email account because I knew in my gut I would be getting a ton of marketing. I also used my PayPal credit account which I rarely use and hardly check my statements.
Lo and behold, it's May now and I have been being charged every single month since my original purchase in December. Yes folks that's January, February, March, April and May. It looks like I'm being charged $49 a month or something to that effect.
I honestly had wished I'd made this initial purchase through my bank because they would've resolved it right away however, I had to reach out to PayPal and got someone who's English was not so great.
Anyway, when I reached out to Fabletics via chat and told them I never signed up for any kind of membership and could they please provide proof as to when I agreed to a monthly subscription? I was told I was "automatically enrolled" in a VIP membership but the person I was chatting with had no idea what my last name was and said there was only a first name on the account. Account? I never set up an account create an ID or any kind of login. When I asked for my money back I got this very weird and confusing response that I could skip a payment by logging into my account. Then when I tried to respond that I felt their company was scamming me I got no further reply and could not make any more comments!

I am a VIP member, and have spent over $1000 from just the last 6 months, but have been experiencing bad customer service in the past two months over and over again. The online chat service reps are rude, but so are the telephone reps... you can waste a good 20 minutes of your time explaining you issue and they literally will not get it.
To the point;
I've been charged month and month again for the monthly membership, although I make sure to skip it. It's a fight to get a refund, and even when I do I lose money in conversion from the US dollar.
I made a purchase of 4 items for $100. No one contacted me to let me know one of the items wouldn't be coming in and no one contacted me when they charged the additional $75 off my account before replacing the initial $100.
I know understand this is all a scam, and this company was too good to be true.
* I have wrote a bad review in the past, and all the rep said was "they were sorry I felt this way" and offered me store credit, for the money I lost in conversion at their fault... disgusting way to treat customers, especially loyal ones.

This company promotes a great price for a product and then requires the customer to pay 3-4 times the purchase price in a "membership". Why waste peoples' time with smoke and mirrors? No respect.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
