Some of the product is good quality but a few of the leggings gained runs in the material soon after purchase. I hate that I have to "skip" every month or risk being charged for a "credit".
I have wanted to cancel my membership for over a year and still am stuck in this stupid contract. If you don't "skip this month" each month they automatically charge you for the most current outfit (often the most expensive and full price not the membership price). If you don't use your "money" after they charge you within a certain number of months you LOSE YOUR MONEY! HUGE SCAM - I CAN'T STAND THIS WEBSITE!

I PURCHASED FROM THEM MAYBE 2 WEEKS AGO, THE CLOTHES LOOKS CUTE BY JUST LOOKING AT THEM THEN I WORE THE VIVIENNE SHIRTS AND IM EXTREAMLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE FACT THAT THE SHIRTS SEEMED TO LOOK TATTERED. I love my workout shorts. Would buy again. The only problem is they charged me for a membership fee that I didn't ask for. They cancelled it when I called but have yet to refund the money.

For me it was very frustrating I generally wear a medium as I'm a small person but had to go up to an extra large on the leggings in order for them to fit me properly and not feeling like I'm cutting off my circulation. I assumed that the tops would fit the same as well so I purchased an extra large top unfortunately it was extremely too big and I had already thrown the packaging away for it so I'm sure I couldn't return it once I did that

They make it seem like you are getting great deals but, other than the first order, you are over paying for cheaply made garbage. The Thea don't last anywhere near as long as other brands. Stay away.

This is the 2ND time that I have been charged even after clicking the 'skip the month' option. I got a confirmation screen each time but when I called they said "It looks like you skipped but it didn't process properly." SUPER ANNOYING because before they charge you, you don't get any warning, they just randomly take it (not on a certain date, like 2/3 weeks later) which sucks because I am supposed to go on a day trip tomorrow so now I may not be able to go.

I did not understand that if you put stuff in your cart that the next order cycle would process the order. When I called on it they were more than happy to return it with free shipping
I love the clothes and the quality. The xxl is an excellent fit for my tall torso. It's not too wide. I get recognized almost every time I walk in and they ask me how I'm doing.

Love Fabletics. The quality and variety is great. Their powerhold leggings are my favorite. Also buy men's workout and golf wear. My man loves them.

Not notified before the monthly charge which is auto-converted to store credit - you lose all the store credit when you cancel your membership! Basically they charge money, and keep the money when you cancel the membership.
DON"T BECOME A VIP MEMBER!
They don't email you in advance about what they intend doing!

I have been ordering from Fabletics for over a year now. I love the style and quality of the clothes. They wear well and hold up really well to regular washing. You can get an entire outfit for the price of one "named brand" piece in other sports retailers. I really like that their designs are different and not the same thing everyone else is wearing. I am a VIP member and at the first of the month I get an email reminder to opt out if I don't want to order. Their VIP instructions to tell you that you will be charged and your account credited for future orders if you don't opt out. I think that some people have just not read the sight / instructions clealy. Some of their items do run small depending on the material, but when that has happened I have had no problems exchanging items for the correct size. I agree that the styles do sell out pretty quickly, but there are always new items coming out that I like just as well. I haven't had any major issues or problems and overall I am very please with the clothes I get from Fabletics and my VIP membership.
Company does say in terms and conditions that when you sign up they will take £44 from your account each month - THIS IS VERY WELL HIDDEN AND NOT CLEARLY MENTIONED WHEN YOU SIGN UP. No other company I know runs a business model like this and its a truly unacceptable ethic to assume this is a general term or condition to purchasing goods or items from this company.
I've been finding that due to the many different styles available and at such a high monthly speed, quality of the products isn't as reliable as it's been in the years past sadly

Quality is fair, fit is hit and miss so it's not worth being a VIP. It's too bad the clothing is made over seas as it shows. I'm looking for made in America.

Overpriced leggings, always out of stock in my size, threads coming out after a month. Plus add in foreign tax fee at checkout, just makes it okay. Nothing great, nothing horrible… just meh.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
