This is the 2ND time that I have been charged even after clicking the 'skip the month' option. I got a confirmation screen each time but when I called they said "It looks like you skipped but it didn't process properly." SUPER ANNOYING because before they charge you, you don't get any warning, they just randomly take it (not on a certain date, like 2/3 weeks later) which sucks because I am supposed to go on a day trip tomorrow so now I may not be able to go.
