I ordered 10 items. I'm satisfied with the product since the quality is good. But only 1 was delivered within7 days. The other 9 took forever to arrive and I needed them for a trip.

The products I received where good quality but did not seem true to size. Had to return most of order for different sizes. One item was cancelled before the reshipment and no credit was given.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!
I was so excited to find such cute outfits for such a cheap price, and although the clothing is good, the philosophy of the business is downright manipulative.
First thing that happens is that you sign up and an immediate 24 hour countdown begins, urging you to buy something, which if you buy within the first 24 hours you get a discount. Of course they dont tell you this, all you see as a customer is how good a bargain you are gonna get for your first buy. It felt very forced.
Next thing I know, I have ordered my outfit and am satisfied until i see that Fabletics has withdrawn $50 from my account. Upon further investigation and speaking with a representative, I am told that once you sign up you automatically become a VIP member and if you dont ablige to certain responses via email, you are charged this amount monthly. Of course non of this is made clear to you when you first sign up. Oh and they wont give me back this amount of course... very very manipulative techniques,
Furthermore, I tried to cancel my account after this since I was so disappointed, but apparently you cant do this online like any normal business. You have to call them personally and go through the whole customer service spiel... ay ay ay, we have another comcast situation playing out here it seems.
Long story short, there are plenty of other good athletic stores that have more humane and less bureaucratic schemes, I would find another store.
The ordering was exceptional and it was easy to do. Being an older gentleman they had some cool clothes for dressing. The delivery to my home was perfect. This would be 5 star.
Hello Adam,

****BUYER BEWARE*** purchase a discounted pair of shorts and got charged two months VIP membership for $54.95. Called phone number on website and was transfer to DirectTV sales and they make you listen to 5 commercial phone ads before giving you a different phone number to call. NO CUSTOM SERVICE!

Shame on me for not reading reviews of this company prior to buying any products. I figured it was a sure bet since it is Kate Hudson-backed.
I feel like I am a relatively bright person (corporate lawyer) but I got scammed big time from this company. There is no fine print (that I can find, anyway). I ordered $200+ worth of clothes figuring I could return them without any issues. WRONG. They evidently only let you return for an exchange and they have nothing in stock... not that you would want an exchange anyway. The clothes smell really weird and don't fit. The arms and legs are super long. Each item I ordered was too tight in one place and loose in another (or too long). An different size would not fix the issue. The quality was really poor.
I returned my items a few weeks ago and they show "in process." Can't get a written response (I tried via online email) and the chats are unhelpful. I went ahead and put a block on my credit card to avoid future charges and contested the initial charges since all items were returned and not refunded.
If you use this site (DON'T!): be sure you read all of the reviews first for tips. If you are making a return, spring for UPS or FedEx to track your return. I'd also get the name and employee number of who you deal with at the company and get a return number.
This company is really unethical. What they do teeters on being illegal.
I was surprised by all the negative reviews. My only complaint is that they are always low on stock in small and medium sized items. I have returned two items with no problem but, I never return with free shipping; I always us the Priority Mail service offered by the USPS for a flat rate of around $5.25 because it includes a tracking number and guaranteed delivery and I let them know how I mailed it and that I anticipate a timely credit to my credit card or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I never had a problem reaching anyone in customer service. The VIP Membership is very clear and I signed up with my business email because I use it daily so, I am not likely to miss the 5th day of the month deadline. I have found the quality to be good; the pants are thick and they wash well. I have a pair of Calvin Klein yoga pants that I have had for less than two months and they are already see through. I guess my experience has been different but, I have a top that I need to return and I am hoping things don't change. These reviews are horrible!
This is what I don't understand... 1. How do people not know they are signing up for a membership? It is very obvious on the website when signing up. It blatantly states that you have the option of skipping the month by the 5th of every month, making a purchase, or if you don't make a purchase or skip the month by the 5th your card will be charged $50 WHICH CAN BE USED TOWARDS THEIR CLOTHING at a later time. How is that a scam? How do people not know this? Why are customer's not taking any responsibility and doing their due diligence in reviewing the website when signing up? If you were inputting all of your personal information, don't you think you would read through everything? 2. How do people not know that a company is charging their bank account for months and months on end and then blames the company for it? It is the customer's responsibility to review their bank statements every month to ensure accuracy. The customer also has a responsibility when it comes to their own money! 3. Fabletics is fabulous! I order their clothing often, I have skipped the month successfully and never been charged without my knowing, I have returned items and been given a full refund with no issues. You get reward points just for reviewing their clothing until you get enough points for a free item.
For all the customer's that say this is a scam, it boils down to the customer not reading through the website and not reviewing their bank statements which is no fault of Fabletics.
Hello Bethany,
You are one awesome member! Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to do business with you!

Material and is not flattering in the least bit. They charge you $50 a month for your "VIP Credit" which is a total and complete rip off. You cannot even process a payment on their website. It will just keep giving you an error message. I have three credits valuing $150 and I cannot use it because the website cannot process payments. Good luck trying to contact anyone from customer support. The phone number doesn't work and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE CHAT ON FACEBOOK OR WEBSITE. HORRRIBLEEEEEE COMPANY NEVER USE

Fabletics seems like a good deal at first, but this business model is so screwed up and shady. They charge you 50 a month and give you a "credit" to use on their website... however, when you go use the credit, they refuse to let you use it because some credits cannot be applied to some orders... that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Why in TF would you charge my money and then not allow me to use the GD credit. Then you contact customer "care" about it and they're like oh it's because there's a promotion going on... well, I want to use my credit on it; that outfit says it's literally 50 with free shipping... sorry but you can't use the credit because of the promotion... This is such a f*cked business model, I refuse to give them my hard-earned money. I cancelled my membership and refuse to ever buy from them again. If your products are so great and you truly want to sell cheaper than your counterparts, then do that. You are more than capable of it since your leggings and bras are so overpriced anyway. Besides, the first deal you get is actually fine, but after that, there are no true deals. Research well before going into it.

I have received multiple ads via tik tok, instagram etc and it advertised shorts for a low price. The VIP Membership is over 80 dollars and is not easily identified as a paid subscription.

I bought fabletics because I was shopping for pants that wouldn't roll during my workouts. These definitely roll. They are comfy. I suggest going to a store and trying them on before you buy.

Great concept, but unyielding. I desperately tried to order an extra shirt that came with an "outfit". I bought the dang outfit as well and was merely trying to buy TWO of the tops. But the only way to buy one more of the tops was to buy the entire outfit again. That's crap.
Then I see I was automatically enrolled in a membership and my next "outfit" was scheduled to bill only days after my purchase. WHAT? Try to unenroll. You MUST call them and go through a tightly scripted beat down before they honor your request.
Then the order arrives and the outfit pant's are super short. I now see that their site defaults to a short length for all pants. So I try one more time--let's see what their return policy is. 30 days. I bought the outfit for my daughter for Xmas, so that won't work.
At this point, I'm pissed. I send an email from their contact form--NO ONE REPLIES. Days later I go BACK to the contact page and suddenly now you cannot return from the form. WHAT? So I have to get back on the phone and go through a similar beat down as I did with un-enrolling from their auto renew program. SUCH crap.
But the best was last. They charged me a restock fee. How's that for insult to injury.
Kate has hired a slick as hell telemarketing team. I"ll give her that, but get anyone off the script--no way. And you'd think they'd offer me SOMETHING off the script since every turn of this purchase was not ideal.
Can't recommend this or support it on any level.
We went into the store purchased on pair of leggings and they suggested the VIP program:. No one said they would be charging our account $49.95 a month for absolutely nothing. We can make a purchase or just loose the money. After a great deal of time finding someone to contact, we call the number, got a third world country, an individual that barely spoke English. After another 30 minutes of debate and repeating over and over each piece of information she got the point. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that there were none at the location. When after she finally agreed to credit our account, she need to go and get it approved. Approved by whom, the nonexistent supervisor. She claimed we will get a credit and will be removed from any VIP program. She wanted us to know we would no longer get the VIP discount. I explained that if Fabeletics was the only store on the planet, we would make our own clothes before anyone we knew would shop at their stores or website.
Run from these people as they will soon go bankrupt based on their tactics.

We are sick & tired of these commercials with women's rear ends, IN our faces on our televisions, RUBBING all over their OWN rear ends, in a sexual way, when we have families, CHILDREN watching, & maybe trying to eat & enjoy a nice dinner! Disgusting you have to do that to sell your "goods."...
Hello Dora,
It is with great regret that we received your feedback regarding our commercials. We hope we can make it up to you! Our Member Services Team will get in touch with you immediately for further help.

You should of course know that they will charge you if you don't skip the month, that's not the scam here. You are charged $49.95 and you get that as a "credit". They show you the 49.95 shop making you think you can just choose an outfit if you forget to skip but they will apply a "discount" which prevents you from using your credit unless you spend MORE money. So basically they are trying to get more than the $49.95 out of you when you actually try to use the credit. As if that isn't bad enough, they hook you in with their VERY aggressive advertising for 2 for $24 leggings but then as a "VIP" member you can't get this deal. But be prepared to continue to see those ads every day even though you can no longer get that deal. ALSO, you will get your monthly email asking you to pick something from the shop but it's unlikely they will have your size, the color you want or a matching top and bottom in stock. Don't expect to see any of the outfits on their social media or in their ads actually available to purchase.

I love the leggings! They are excellent quality and fabric, but the whole set up is too expensive for what it is. A monthly fee, plus leggings that are still $50+ doesn't feel like a deal.

Once you become a member you have to pay way more for the clothing. Monthly payments that auto charge your card, and you end up paying $55 for not that much worth of clothes. It's a scam

As an avid fan of fabletics, I never thought a bad customer service interaction would turn me off for making additional purchases. After spending 2 hours carefully selecting each item for my daughter and I, I checked out and received confirmation. The next day I was told my card was declined. Upon contacting customer service, they informed me that the transaction was canceled because I was shipping to a different address. However this is an address I have used several times and it's not uncommon for people to make purchases of gifts this time of year. After verifying my information, I was informed that I would need to reload my shopping cart and start again with my purchase. This is unacceptable! Well this may be a small thing, the attitude of the customer service person is what made this such a horrible experience. I have never had somebody in this job who interrupted, talked over me, did not listen, ask me the same questions over and over, and just had an overall bad attitude.
I highly recommend that fabletics start investing in the customer experience, improve the website, outsource to a much better customer service provider, and most of all invest in your it budget so customers can actually make purchases!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
