I have enjoyed the products, especially the VIP bundle options. That said, the website is really odd (a separate listing for each fabric style of each cut - why?). And, shipping is amazingly slow.

I am a satisfied customer who spends more money than I should with Fabletics which speaks to their marketing and user friendly website. Orders seem to take a long time to arrive sometimes.

My wife is a medium, but the last few items I purchased did not fit at all, I mean they were small if anything.

Kate Hudson should be ashamed. First of all, I was aware of the monthly charge for VIP. I joined as a VIP to get an outfit for $25; instead I was charged $39. When I emailed customer service they gave me an excuse that did not address the situation or make sense (something about the VIP membership, and waiting 24 hours?!?).
So okay, I thought I'd give them another chance. Bought an outfit and returned it, had to pay a restock fee. Ticked, but OK some companies do that. Ordered another outfit in November and returned it because I did not like the fit/style. I took a store credit because of the restock fee.
However, in order to get my $50 credit, I had to spend at least $100. WHY? It's my money, and I sent back the clothes. They were essentially holding my money for ransom. I could have the money I paid for items I returned, but only if I spend $100 mor?. Ridiculous! If I had known that would happen, I would have went for the return fee.
To make matters worse, I went to the website in February to opt out, and I saw that my credit is gone. Huh?!? Now I'm out 50 bucks.
This was the last straw, so I tried to cancel VIP. Had to call three times and spend an hour of my time before I got to talk to an actual person. The virtual customer service representative "Anna" would not let me, and repeatedly hung up on me when I asked for customer service. When I finally got to talk to a person, I actually had to be rude to get her to stop giving her sales pitch. I would not recommend buying from this vendor!
You are lured in by this "Half price first outfit" deal, and become a VIP, sounds good no? I personally didn't know why I'd been made a VIP but thought as a first time buyer I was simply getting my first outfit free to encourage me to but from their company. I checked my bank account last night and they've taken £44 from me, two months after they've taken money from me for an actual order I placed; I hadn't placed any since. I call in and explain why I'm rather angry about this random sum of money they've taken from me. Turns out if you choose the "half price first outfit" option, they take £44 off you the next month as part of your "VIP membership" as a credit for their store i. E. you can only spend it on their stuff and you can't get your money back even though this was not and is not made clear when you go through the initial process of buying your first outfit. They only inform you in the small print of your first Order confirmation, so watch out for this because they'll take £44 off you and not give it back. That's 10% of my student loan gone for this month. Not impressed at the lack of information supplied about this ridiculously high membership fee when you actually sign up, and they only tell you in small print at the bottom of an order confirmation email? Surely not? But yes, this is how sneaky they are and I wish I didn't have to buy from them again but may as well because they won't give me my money back anyway. They must make millions doing this, sneaky sneaky company.
Opted out for the month, was still charged. The site is hard to navigate on an Iphone. So i wasn't able to see the sceen fully and when i was chattig with a rep... she asked me to "hold on" and 13 min later still had not come back. I asked many times if she was still there. She neve responded. So, i had to go an do it all again. Tried to order joggers and it would not let me order because of an error with my shipping address (eventhough this has worked a few weeks ago when i ordered). So, i was unable to order and now have missed the 60% off promotion. I returned items the end of Dec. And still have not gotten a refund. I asked about it and was told it was "still in transit". I did what i needed and need my money

The quality of items I have purchased from Fabletics is extremely disappointing and misaligned with the pricing. For example, after just one wash, the stitching on both pairs of leggings I have bought in the last 2 months was already coming loose. This is unacceptable for leggings that supposedly retail for >$70. Additionally, the fabric used in socks and tops feels cheap and not breathable.
In addition to poor quality, the sizing of bras is not clear or inclusive and makes it difficult to guage what will fit when shopping online. I went through several disappointing rounds of ordering and sending back bras that did not fit or support my body before deciding that I would not find a bra that would truly fit me from Fabletics.
Finally, the variety and design of clothing, especially in the outfits section of the website, is impractical and binding. I wish there would have been the ability to select desired items for an outfit from a repository of options rather than having to choose pre-selected pairings. This is especially important when you don't have proper sizing available for all products: in my case, my inability to find properly sized bras made many of the outfit options unacceptable for me.

I bought two shorts and they were exactly as advertised and got here quickly. Best quality gym short that i own, amazing.
Bait and switch when it comes to advertised pricing... Have to be a "member" to receive the price in advertizements. Extremely slow shipping times... Won't purchase again!

My items were misdelivered. Customer service was no help. These were Christmas presents for my sisters and they never received them. Dealing with fabletics is a nightmare.

The return process takes very long, their needs to be more of a variety in the black bottoms more styles and designs everytime I wanted something it was always sold out in 1x

I just want to start by saying I would give this a zero if that was an option. Also excuse my language. I ordered only one item. But little was I informed it signed me up for a "VIP membership" which is total bull$#*!. This so called memebership is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I got an unexpected charge on my account for FIFTY $#*!ING DOLLARS and what do I get? NOTHING! In order to cancel this membership you have to CALL which is the most inconvenient thing. You can't delete your account, remove a card or any information set up on your account. And when I called to cancel this stupid $#*!ing membership scam, the foreign chick on the end of the line, that barely spoke any English, said that they "sent an email that gave you the option to skip the charge for the month" AND GUESS WHAT EMAIL WAS NEVER SENT TO ME! I know I never saw one and I double checked AND IT NEVER CAME! So now I'm out $50. NEVER used this website.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
