I've been very pleased over the past years. I've never had to send an item back. Only discouraged as an item sells out fast. But it is to be expected from time to time
My story begins with Facebook, where I kept seeing Fabletics ads pop up everywhere. "Wow, those clothes are super cute and my gym clothes are worn out, I think I'll try this brand!" Blindly, yes blindly, I sign up and purchase $113 worth of items. Only after my purchase, did I realize I was now a "VIP member", which really just means they have your credit card number and they WILL be charging it on a monthly basis. No, I didn't find this out via their website, but through other dissatisfied customers who felt they had been scammed. You see, the website is not up front with customers about the dirty details of being a "VIP member", instead you find this out later in tiny writing. After all this, however, I thought to myself: "Fine, that was my fault. I should have researched a little better." Fast forward to receiving my clothing, and finding that none of it fit correctly. I ordered one size too small - oops! I go to exchange my items, only to find that 4/6 items are not returnable/exchangeable because they were "final sale". What?! Yes, final sale. I found this out later as well, and you guessed it, in more tiny writing. When I shop, I want to find good quality products and honest business practices. Not to be mistaken with a wild goose-chase Sherlock style... which is certainly how I feel $113 later.

Most things are made well. The lead warning bothers me. During a rough time in our life, I racked up a ton of monthly payments. Skipping a month is vital. Don't foret!

I can't see how people are being so negative in their reviews. My niece turned me onto Fabletics and I love this service!
I only had to call customer service one time to cancel something I accidentally ordered twice. They were friendly, quick and efficient.
The quality of workout apparel is superior and very comfortable. The styles are super cute and I like how different size models are shown wearing clothing.
You cannot find these styles in your local sporting goods store and if you go to a higher end place the price on just one item is the cost of 2 or 3 Fabletics pieces. One item I received in my package was very similar to a top listed on Amazon for 3x the price!
For me, I wanted to get back to the gym but had zero workout attire, this service has not only given me incentive but I'm hitting the gym in style and comfort.
At one point I may cancel my VIP membership but right now not ready to do so.
I'd say go for it! You won't find anything else like it!

Where do I start? My experience every month LOL is such a great, warming, comforting time! I always am treated like gold by all the ladies, gaining confidence, & having clothing that actually fits me! Being a gym head & attending about 6x a week; new gym pants or sports bra is always NEEDED! After posting on this site about my bad experience with Fabletics, I was contacted by a rep and all of the monthly membership fees were finally returned to me; o) The refund took a week or so; my experience from initial contact (not great! - actually pretty bad) to refund took over a month! But it was very helpful to have my $$ back, and has changed my overall experience for the better. I hope that all customers who were mislead by the membership fees or skip month option receive the same customer service; we as consumers truly hold some power - we don't have to shop with bad companies! Let's keep these large companies honest by sharing our experiences, word of mouth is like the front of house!...
But in the end, I truly love the fit of the items I bought, and the quality wasn't bad (but I did pay 1/2 price- VIP pricing--> membership...!) I think they nailed the small and extra small clothing sizes. It's so tough to find athletic clothing for small women! I may purchase again in the future - but this time with eyes wide open! Saving $20 instantly might not be worth the membership...

I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to shop with. I purchased one order in May of 2017 and was automatically enrolled in a membership, likely because of confusing terms when shopping with them-to get VIP pricing. After I spend my $150 credit, $49.95 fee a month for the last 3 months I will never shop with them again, which is too bad because they do make great leggings. The person resolving my dispute was reading from a script, it obvious they know exactly how shady they are.
I have been a member with Fabletics for about a year. When I signed up, I made sure to read the fine print where it very clearly indicates that if you do not wish to purchase anything a certain month, you must log in to your account by the 5th of the month to hit "skip". I have a reminder on my phone on the first of every month to do just that and - guess what - I haven't been charged $49.95 any of those months.
There's definitely some misinformation on this site. Yes, if you forget to skip by the 5th of the month (which I have done once), they will automatically charge your credit card on file $49.95. However, this isn't just money Fabletics pockets. It becomes a member credit on the site and you can use it toward an outfit. I can see how the automatic charge could be frustrating, but there isn't deception going on here - they make it perfectly clear on their website what the policies are when you sign up.
So far, I have found the clothes to be good quality - I've owned everything from target brand, TJ maxx, lululemon and it is on par with the better quality pieces from those places and often in more attractive designs and patterns.
Haven't spoken to customer service yet, so I can't speak to that. I usually receive my orders within a week.
Bottom line: if you give your credit card number to a company, read the fine print. Many of these reviews are discussing problems that simply could've been avoided by confirming Fabletic's policies before signing up.
The last time I ordered from you was in November but I see a reference to a recent order number I do not recognize. I did not purchase from you on January 1.
The last time I spoke to customer service I asked to cancel my membership, which they did and also asked that they delete my CC information from your site, which they DID NOT and now I have an unrecognized order. Very unhappy.

First, the automatically sign you up for their "VIP" program that will automatically charge your credit card every month unless you call them between the 1st and 5th of the month. All such "automatic" cram downs of products should be outlawed by the government as unscrupulous business practices. Lot of companies do this, but Fabletics is the sneakiest of I have seen. I managed to read their small print at the bottom of the order and stopped this VIP scam immediately.
Second, if you have to return something at the very least they will charge you a "restocking" fee if you do not want an exchange or a store credit. I paid this restocking fee even though they showed the item being returned as "out of stock" and therefore could not be exchanged and I wanted nothing more to do with this company so I certainly did not want a store credit.
Lastly, you really can't do anything except buy stuff online. Anything, like stopping their VIP scam of getting something returned requires a phone call and service by a staff that is marginal from a capability standpoint.
Bottom line, there are a lot of better places to buy athletic wear and Kate Hudson should be ashamed of having her name associated with such an enterprise.
For the price I paid, I expected them to feel softer and more comfortable than a pair you could buy at Costco for the mall. They are just average and within a week the sweatpants stated to tear at the seam, I enjoy my hoody from express more and my sweet pants from Costco better than the set I purchased, and so does my wallet.

Being a poor, college student I decided to take Fabletics up on their offer of 2 for $24 leggings and free shipping. Seemed like a steal to me. A month later and I get an email from my bank telling me I am in a negative balance, which made no sense to me because I had checked the account earlier in the morning. When I saw the $49.95 charged to my account I immediately thought the website stole my credit card information. I went back to the original order email and saw in TINY PRINT that if I do not log on for a month they will charge me $49.95. I gave them my credit card information to BUY TWO LEGGINGS. Not to keep it and continually charge me every month. Now, not only do I have to wait a week for them to process my refund- I also have to pay and overdraft fee. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Company charges import taxes and has terrible customer service. BEWARE will charge you 49.95 a month and won't answer calls to cancel. The call had roosters going off in back noise. CSR told me to file a dispute with my card company. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of her terrible business practices. I would not recommend unless you READ ALL THE FINE PRINT and understand by making a purchase they sign you up for a MEMBERSHIP in which you need to call monthly between the first and the fifth. Then when they don't answer calls you have to try to log onto your account to SKIP MONTH. Wish I would have SKIPPED PURCHASE. It has been far to much of a hassle

I love love love the Define Power Hold and Define series so very much, but the only colors I can ever seem to get in my size are black and a couple of the cream colored which are very unflattering on me. I will continue to keep an eye out for releases and restocks, but for now with only seeing the same colors, I will likely be cancelling my VIP.

The website is terrible and the mobile site is worse. I just tried to do a live chat and there's no send button when you type in the dialog box! What a waste of time!
I shipped a return with a prepaid label and can't track it because it's taken from USPS by another shipping company and I don't have that tracking info. Not cool! I've had more than one package that didn't get delivered and more than one email that never got a response. I've also been promised a discount on my next order since one of packages I didn't receive was on sale and no longer available to be replaced Never got that discount.
I used to put up with all the negatives because I love the clothes, but even the quality of those isn't that great anymore.
If you don't already have a membership, I wouldn't bother. It's not worth the hassle. Honestly, it feels like this company is borderline crooked. Thinking about cancelling my membership and selling all my stuff on Poshmark. At least that way someone would get Fabletics apparel at a REASONABLE price!

This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT buy from them. You WILL be scammed. My mother-in-law fell victim to an add on Facebook and bought me a $100 gift card that surprise surprise, CANNOT be used! I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company other than automated responses and the $100 was wasted. For those good reviews on here - ALL FAKE and I guarantee it is a part of their marketing strategy to cover their asses, but good luck because I am taking you down Fabletics if we do not get our money back.
I used to LOVE Fabletics. I signed up two or three years ago, and they had some top notch stuff. It was quality, and it was cute. As a plus-size, it was fantastic to be able to work out without looking like hot garbage. There were cute prints for leggings (some that I still have and get compliments on all of the time), cute tops, lots of variety, and the leggings were top notch.
Now it's like, "Here's the same stupid sports bra in 15 colors." (I don't wear sports bras - at least not those - I have high-quality ones I prefer.) "Here are the only two tops we're offering this month - one has long sleeves, and the other won't cover your belly." "Here are three crop tops." (Again, won't wear them.)
WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? The quality went down, the selection is disgusting. Flesh-colored items that make a fat person appear as if they're naked? Bodysuits that have only one strap? WHO works out in that, without a bra? Maybe I'm "old" now - maybe I just don't get it. I just canceled my membership today. I don't mind paying, I used to love to pick out a new outfit each month... but something seriously has changed.

As someone who reads BEFORE I sign up, I knew the first outfit would be 50% off and that I would be signing up for a VIP membership, so I don't have any gripes about that^.^ Lesson to all those one-star reviews: Read carefully before you click, as with many things in life;)
I run/yoga/climb regularly, and was looking cute things I could wear, mostly to yoga and climbing. Although I have drawers full of technical apparel, I was specifically looking for cute and fun things to wear in addition to name-brand, "high-tech" things.
I've been a member for about three months now, and have overall been pleased with the products received. They're cute and fun and are plenty technical for moderate activity. I might not wear the short shorts for 10 mile runs, but none of my other clothes are a fraction as cute, so they are what I was looking for.
In one order I had a pair of shorts start to unravel along the leg seam after a single wash. I called customer service and they set up an exchange immediately without any trouble.
I love the clothes I get. However, the prices are a bit high. Every time there is a sale, it seems like everything is sold out before I can get anything which is very disappointing.

I love the quality of the leggings and a tank top. Everything always fits perfectly.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
