Canceled orders

Placed two orders, both canceled even though I was charged and it took 2 weeks to get my money back. Completely ruined my experience never ordering fabletics.

Stole 1200 dollars from my account. Returned 590.00 still owes me 699.30. Turned them into the fraud department of my bank. They are filing charges against them as we speak.

Snotty customer service rep when I was considering cancelling. Would rather pay full price than have horrible people to talk to. Won't be using fabletics again.
Clotheso are not worth the attitude.

Poor quality customer service

Tried to return items I needed exchanged and the proses was a head ace. So bad that I still never had them changed. Honestly just let it go but what a waist of 35 bucks

Scam company

This company signs you up for a membership and makes it nearly impossible for you to cancel. Their clothes are nice, but the corporate culture is garbage. I do not reccomend them at all.

Worst customer service now and really cheap quality. The jacket I bought this month tore at an inner seam the first wear. When I called to complain they now make you send back the old item to get a replacement or refund. This has not always been the case. What kind of untrusting company is willing to pay the shipping an additional two times (I'm sure they pass it on to the consumers by marking up their overpriced cheaply made products).
They also go ahead and charge your card and send incomplete outfits if the products sell out in your size, without warning you ahead of time.
They are capitalizing on people that don't have the time to complain or follow through with returning.
Their attitude is "don't like it, cancel" and their customer service managers (most, not all) are not friendly and act too busy to assist. After being a member since this brand began, I cancelled and the manager who identified himself as Juan I spoke with didn't care at all,
They also know tack on an additional import tax fee from China at checkout so buyer beware the price you see in the cart will be boosted in the end by 10 or more bucks.

More Warm Weather

Much more expensive than I thought it would be once shipping, taxes, and Canadian exchange were added. One of the items had a hole in it after 2 wears, I won't order again unfortunatly.

Love this subscription!

You can skip anytime, if you forget your money goes further, clothes are great. Some "sweater/sweatpants" pill a-lot but the athletic gear is really amazing!

Ridiculous
December 6, 2015

Bought some Leggings for £22 great I thought. Took 3-4 weeks to get here because their customer service team can't get an address right! They also use Hermes delivery who don't have a direct phone number. Finally got my Leggings and the size is not true to fit. Thought I'd keep them and give them away, seeing as they are £20 and can guarantee I'd have a nightmare trying to get my money back. Two months down the line and Fabletics have taken £44 from my account... Without warning they had signed me up to be a VIP member. I was totall unaware that this occurred whilst paying for my Leggings. At no point on my phone whilst ordering did I see anywhere where it said obviously that you were signed up and paying monthly for rubbish clothing. I despise this company. I work in customer service and the retail/end user side of the business for a UK distributor and I know how to operate a good customer service experience and I VERY rarely leave a review like this. Fabletics is not what I expected. Don't waste your time or money.

AWFUL SCAM
February 22, 2016

This is an awful scam! You call to cancel and the lady will pretend she can't hear you. And will repeatedly do this and they will charge your credit card and make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Fraud. Scam. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
