I love the clothes (workout wear and smoothing underwear) so much! As a new mom of twins these are the only clothes I feel comfortable in. Website was easy to use and I always receive my orders fast!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SCAM!
This company took unauthorised payments of £44 per month out of my bank account. When trying to resolve the situations they basically laughed at me and told me i would not be getting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My bank cancelled all payments and eventually the company did refund. This just goes to show what they are doing is wrong. This should be illegal.
Wet poor customer service. Product not shipped correctly and not correct when gotten. Comedy of errors best explained. Would not buy again or recommend.

I was charged $50 for one VIP point. When I went to buy clothes I added 2 pair of shorts on sale to my cart and was charged $50. When I went to pay with my VIP points I was charged my one VIP point plus $50. To make matters worse, the shorts were on sale for $20 each the next day…not feeling very VIP!

I love the leggings but I paid 30$ for them when I could have got an extra pair for 24$. I called customer service they wouldn't do it so I canceled my account.
These people have been charging my cancelled account since June and to this day I can't get my money back. Spoke to manager and she told me to call my bank then when I got the banker connected confirming the charges she hung up the phone. If you want to give money away sign up. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM!

I am beyond shocked regarding the customer service care. The reps who answer the calls are polite and are doing the best they can. This has turned into a 40 day nightmare.
The shock is that Kate Hudson would support shipping her customer service to foreign countries where they are not able to get in touch or be on the ground floor of what is happening to us as customers over here in the US specifically California, where Kate Hudson and her family live.
To recap, the purchase delivery was weeks late, and because it was so late when I tried to cancel the order I was told "just return it and you will be completely refunded". I was told this numerous times, as I contacted them numerous times regarding my order. When I received the order, two weeks late and past the gift giving etiquette, I returned it immediately. Two weeks later, and after given a partial refund, I can't get an answer about why. Then a week later, I called back and they told me only part of the order was counted and they would expedite the full refund request and someone would contact me within 48 hours. No call, no refund and I have no choice but to let you know, don't use their services. If you notice, 9 out of 10 reviews are negative and I must support them. Waiting for my refund still, contact me please.

Primarily purchase leggings. They are great quality and fit perfectly. I am not a gym rat, so I have no need for the workout wear except as loungewear. I did buy one comfortable bra.

Cant believe that a company can deduct £44 recurring per month off your debit card (not direct debit) and if you don't spend it within a month they keep it and take another £44

There must be a duty of care from this company to inform you properly that your credits are being lost not by email lost among a 1000 spam mails they also send instead of banking the easy money.
I was lucky i caught this early but some unsuspecting customers have been losing money for years without them realising because they only check direct debits

Overall, Fabletics has good quality athletic wear. However, shipping is terrible. Also, the sizes are unreliable- often running waaaaaay too small and sometimes too large.

I cant believe another rich movie star trying to get more rich by scamming fans into a "MEMBERSHIP" just because you ordered clothes she endorses and put her name on! If it WAS that good, WE WOULD ALL KEEP ORDERING! So why scam us for monthly fees! I WILL NEVER SEE A KATE HUDSON MOVIE AGAIN!

A package Fabletics sent me was either misdelivered or stolen. They were unhelpful in resolving the situation, and I ultimately just had to give up. That is $63 that I'll never get back.

I am £176 down for a £22 one-off (so I thought) and have reported them to Standards Authorities!
Just get same mumbo jumbo about their t&c's yet HUNDREDS of people are finding themselves tricked into it too!

Totally unimpressed. This is very misleading who has the time opt out of an email every single month to not get automaticlly charge $49.99 a month for an outfit that you don't even have... CRAZY...
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
