I had really believed that it would be a simple matter to "skip". This turned into a near impossible task after talking with Ana at customer service. It seems somehow I had two accounts... email address and my cell phone address. Now, I am continuing to get notices.
I WANT TO CANCEL ANY ACCOUNTS WITH MY NAME ON THEM.
PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOURSELF A HARD TIME? STOP ORDERING FROM FABLETICS!
I have ordered a pair of running trousers for 17 pounds. I have received the item and paid for it. Few weeks later I went through my bank account when I realized that 44 pounds were taken off from my bank account. I spoke with a member of staff at Fabletics, who informed me that I have joined to be a VIP member. I clearly haven't join to be a member, as this was only an one off occasion I wanted to buy something from Fabletics. I have claimed my money back and I have been told that there is no way, that my money will be returned to my account. Please read the reviews before you shop! It says a lot about the company. I CAN'T BELIEVE that this company can get away with ripping off people.
Honestly, I used to love your products and they were quality and the price was great… But the last two years the quality has gone down down down and the prices while I understand do to life I've gotten up, but I didn't expect the quality to go down as much as it has. I canceled my membership because I kept on trying and honestly it was a waste of my money, and I gave away the last three of my orders because the leggings were just that bad.

For a short guy like me the 27" pants were perfect. Quality of clothes are amazing as well. Couldn't recommend the pants and shorts any more!
The quality of their products is good, but the 6-14 day shipping is too long. I would shop here more often if the items arrived faster without having to pay a higher shipping rate.

I bought some Fabletics in the past but they were pretty tight. I normally wear a large, but decided to try the XL and I am very happy I did that! No more muffin or camel toe! DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO UP IN SIZE!

This is a scam. They take your money and then make it almost impossible to return items, use your store credit, or cancel your membership. Plus the clothes and selection is horrible. STAY AWAY.

I dunno how they do it but these shorts actually are the best. I bought one pair, and now I literally have 6 pairs, and a pair of pants too. Light, comfy, stretchy, and good value for money.

I've done two months of Fabletics, that's probably all I will do. I don't think what I get is worth the money. I wish I there were more options for outfits, maybe multi packs of sports bras, etc

Every article that I've purchased has been very well made and has never had issues. When I've needed to return an article for whatever reason, the cost is promptly refunded to my payment method.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. I got a email tell me it would be shipped soon but yet it hasn't. I can't even accept this threw my account.
After "skipping the month" on Nov 1st, I was still charged on Nov 13th. When I contacted Customer service there was no proof of this "glitch". I canceled my membership and made sure they took my card information off of my profile. They scam you out of money if you are not careful. Even if you skip the month you will STILL GET CHARGED. DO not recommend to my enemies.

I was unaware that I was automatically signed up to join for 49 a month and at 5'4" and 107 lbs nothing fit me very well. I usually have no problem with other brands.

I am mostly satisfied with all my purchases. The reason I say mostly, is there are times when items don't fit as well but that is because I should have chosen a different size.

Everything that I have ever purchased from Fabletics has been quality products. My only issue is that if you do not buy on 1st day of month lots of stuff is out of stock.

A membership for clothing through fabletics is not worth it. At all. There are options are out there for quality. This one isn't it. I recommend being more thoughtful about where your money goes.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
