I ordered my Fabletics and I was aware of the waiting time and I live out in the middle of nowhere so I'm fully aware of longer wait times and I've come to terms with that. But for an order to be "undeliverable" is un heard of. And the tracking said it went from Cali, to Richmond, to Chesterfield, and then to NC… So it passed where I lived and then said it was undeliverable. So after two more weeks, because again I'm aware of longer wait times at my living location, and then I called and they said that now half of what I ordered is no longer in stock and that they wouldn't give me my money back but they would give me a credit. I bought what I ordered when it was on sale so the refund would t even cover the price of one pair of leggings vs the 3 items I would've gotten. Moral of the story. There are packages on Amazon that are way cheeper and more comfortable and just as cute and squat proof.
Do not agree with being a member, shorts are poor quality. Got charged three months without knowing. Didn't get a refund. Will not shop there or refer people there again.

The leggings. Not so much. They said soft grey, they looked real white. They were very thin and not flattering whatsoever. I expected them to be thicker

If I could give negative stars, I would. A HORRENDOUS company! Absolutely a scam. Disgusting. I spent several attempts trying to get through to a customer service person, only to be hung up on twice. Then, when I finally got through - spent 45 minutes attempting to return. They told me there was a "restocking fee" and that tax would not be refunded. Somehow, this magically resulted in them stealing $24 dollars off the total I had spent. I asked to speak to a supervisor THREE times, and each time was placed on hold, only to never be connected with a supervisor. It is so shady. Then, after arguing with the woman on the phone, she then told me she could "over-ride the system" to remove the "restocking fee", but still that meant I was not getting a full refund. Who has ever heard of returning items and not getting a full refund? They claim on their site that returns are free and easy -- that's a lie. Also, when trying to cancel my VIP membership, I could not! I even then tried to "skip a month" and the link on the site to do that was not working! The link to buy was working fine... coincidence? Hardly.
In any case, STAY AWAY! Horrible, cheating company. AWFUL!
I have been a member for a long time. The quality of clothing has gone down hill. I am ready to end my membership.
Customer Service is VERY Important to me, along with someone invested in my shopping experience to find someone I like. NOt only did I walk away with clothes that I love, but I also bought more than I thought I would as she brought me a few outifts I would have never tried on and once I did, I love them. Love having some favorite items to wear and something new outside of Lulu and Athleta. Thanks!

My boyfriend got me a $100 gift card for Christmas (2017) and I've been trying to spend it for more than 6 months... It is absolutely ABSURD that Fabletics has a policy that treats gift cards as "store credit" that cannot be applied to sale merchandise of any kind. There have been probably five instances in the last 6 months that I've been interested in promo deals only to get to the checkout page and find out I have to choose between paying full price and use my gift card value, or take advantage of the promo and pay with my credit card. My first order that I decided to just suck it up and pay full retail ended up being $67 instead of around $30-$35. I was shopping two days ago and added a $49.95 (regular VIP priced) item to my cart, plus saw an advertisement for 2 for $20 dresses and had to choose between using my $35 store credit or taking advantage of 2 for $20 dresses. My total, by the way, had I chosen to NOT use the promo and instead use my gift card, would have been $60. I ended up having to place two separate orders, one for the $49.95 outfit, and another for the 2 for $20 dresses PLUS pay a $4.95 shipping fee.
Absolutely unacceptable experience, and I'm dreading the nightmare of an experience I'm about to have when I call to cancel my membership.

Great sales person who was very helpful. Only issue was store was small and did not have my size in much so had to wing it and order online
I responded to their survey after I had completed a call to their Call Centre:
"I'm am surprised at the questionable and ruthless marketing and business practices.
The inflexibility of the processes - one is unable to cancel a pending order made 1 hour earlier.
The inability to opt out of the membership online - I have read reviews from users that after cancelling over the phone, Fabletics failed to cancel the membership and PayPal confirmed this. The customer had to ask PayPal to cancel any direct debits.
The operator at the call centre seemed brainwashed enough to not budge from a response which they have been provided.
I doubt I'll remain a member and will post this to the review board.
I gather from reviews that the product is satisfactory. I don't understand why Fabletics employ such desperate methods to get members through an ambiguous process and don't seem to aim for customer loyalty by treating customers with intelligence and respect, allowing them to make their own decisions.

Most of what I order, especially shirts and jackets, are much smaller than other company products. I would say that fabletics XXL is more in line with others L, so roughly 2 sizes smaller.

Made an order with the company, the site (which is dog water) said I couldn't checkout because I didn't have a payment because I used a point, so I bought a hat and expedited shipping, and after the 2-3 days it said it'd be ANOTHER 2 days, so. And their point system sucks, some months you'll go to skip and it either won't let you, or it's already charged you early.

Ok. Without me checking my bank, They have charged my credit card for 5 months now for 49.95 monthly. I AM IN SHOCK AND DISGUSTED MOOD for this business. It is like a SCAM. How are we supposed to read all the tiny print when we shop online? How do we supposed to check and hit "SKIP" button (which I never found where it locates) every month while we have thousands of emails coming in everyday? The business idea is STUPID. I WANT TO BUY CLOTHES WHEN I WANT IT AND HOW I WANT IT. Who would want to be pushed buying clothing every month? (not even decent quality, and GYM clothes, come on, who would need to buy gym clothes EVERY month? One word, STAY AWAY, DON'T SIGN UP, DON'T BUY from this site. Their products are OK at best. If you want any kind of customer service forget it! I called to cancel my membership, and the man wouldn't even let me talk before he finished his spiel. I asked him to cancel my membership and then he ignored me, explaining all the perks of FABLETICS, and why I shouldn't cancel. I asked him to send me confirmation of my canceling and hung up. They still have not canceled my membership after emailing them and calling them!
This company stopped making things I want to wear/buy - the designs have gotten SO BAD! They also went so WOKE! Not everyone has the same opinions! Will take my money elsewhere!

I am a tall athletic curvy girl and FABLETICS is my go to for leggings for all types of workout! I feel sexy in them and most importantly confident and comfortable. The PureLex and Trinity material are my fav!

Fabletics has made it REALLY difficult to skip the month!
It used to be so easy, I'd get a reminder on the first of the month and I could go straight to the homepage and the Shop or Skip button was right there.
Now I don't get anything until the fifth of the month and I have to click around to find the skip button. I don't like the credit system, and I feel like they are making it difficult on purpose, I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my membership.

I decided to try fabletics after seeing a tv advertisement that offered 2 shorts for $24. This advertisement is the bait to lure people into signing up for a vip membership. The membership is free the first month, but then costs something like $50 per month. You can skip a month and not be charged, but what if you forget to skip? The only advantages of the membership is access to exclusive products, and discounts on products. Keep in mind that the "discount" is after the $50 membership, so whatever money saved in the cost of the product is being spent on the membership. In addition to that, my order took over 2 weeks to arrive. I could have opted for faster shipping, but it costs extra. I feel if someone is a vip member, that faster shipping should be included with the membership. The items I received were ok as far as quality, and how the sizes fit. I didn't think that it really was anything special. I can find recognized name brand athletic clothing like nike or under armour at a big box store like kohl's or $#*!'s sporting goods. I won't have to pay a membership to get a "discount", and most of the time, it will arrive within a few days with free shipping. I honestly don't see how fabletics can even compete. It's a rip-off internet merchant.

I brought a set from the yitty line and honestly it's amazing. I hope I can find it somewhere else because I never want to deal with this company again. The customer service and the shipping timelines were crap. I paid for 2-day shipping and when I contacted customer service, at the 2 day mark and it still wasn't even shipped, that's when I was told that it still wouldn't show up for 5 days. Are you kidding me? What was the point of me paying for that if it wasn't even going to show up in the time that I paid for? When I asked for a refund I was, of course, denied because still it would show up sooner. I will never buy from the site again.

I canceled my membership via live chat with a representative months ago, but I kept getting charged by the retailer so I spoke to a rep for a refund. This has been a reoccurring issue. Every single month.
I spoke to someone today named Chad and asked to speak with a manager. First they ignored my request, then they wouldn't give me a refund because supposedly there wasn't a record of my cancelation. Chad said that they could only process a one time refund and the system won't allow more than that.
LIES. I assured him that the reps who I have spoken to before confirmed the cancelation as well as processed refunds. He continued to argue with me. I then demanded to speak to a manager again, then he immediately gave up and agreed to give me a refund. What horrible customer service.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
