I made an account and purchased VIP membership in the beginning of December. I then decided to cancel my VIP membership for a short time. I had always planned on going back because my first experience went well but then when I cancelled, my credit card was still charged again. I got in contact and it seemed to be cleared up pretty well- they cancelled my VIP plan and promised to put the $50 charge back to my card. They told me it would take 3-7 days for the charge to be put back. After 7 days had come and passed, there was still no money put in my account. Every single morning I would go to their website and try to contact them. I would be left waiting for hours and they NEVER would answer me. Finally, in the box where it asks you to sum up your reason, I just said "membership questions" and sure enough, they answered within minutes. They purposefully avoided answering me when they knew I wanted my money back, probably hoping I'd forget or give up. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never give them another penny of mine ever again. I literally cancelled my card so they have zero payment information for me.
I absolutely love the clothes. I have 6 pairs of pants/capris and wear them nearly every day. I don't love that I missed a month and had to pay. I have bought enough so that this shouldn't be a thing. Also, I don't love that many times my colors or sizes aren't available.

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings (they were pretty soft and comfortable to be fair) on the pretense that it was a first time user sale. (I have since learned that there is always some kind of sale, but once the items get in your cart, the price sometimes changes because of what else is in your cart, yet this is not clarified in the banners advertising the sales) This particular sale was not advertised as having any relation to their VIP service. I looked carefully for this because I got roped into a VIP on another site, where they charge you monthly and then you use it as a credit for purchases. Then 2 months later I saw that I had been charged $50 each month because they did enroll me in the VIP program. The customer service department refused to refund the charges and basically said I was dumb for not knowing the sale was tied to enrollment. I then tried to use the two credits and found that it would only apply one $50 credit because my order was under $100. I then noticed that a month later they charged me again, because they had not cancelled my membership as requested. I had to contact customer service to get the second credit applied, I finally used them all up and will never shop on that site ever again.

I made a purchase for Mother's Day, and paid for expedited delivery as I had just come out of the hospital and couldn't get out to the store. My package was late. Customer Service explained their second party delivery system is still catching up from COVID. Then STATE THAT on your site when you offer expedited delivery. Since standard delivery is 7-10 days, when you pay for expedited delivery you don't expect it to show up AFTER the standard delivery would have arrived. Or, when someone calls to express there is a huge delay - send the product with a service that is reliable and will get it to the customer on time. I was very very disatisfied and cancelled my membership - one that I had used a lot. As a repeat, consistent customer, I expected more from a company this big

I ordered my first outfit for 25 dollars, and as an active college student this seemed perfect. I signed up for the VIP membership (without really even knowing what I was signing up for) and I have to admit, it seemed too good to be true. I very soon realized that I was going to be charged $50 for each month if I did not buy an outfit, or if I failed to "skip" that month. I immediately called to cancel my order, and the woman who answered barely spoke English. She then proceeded to offer me 500 free reward points. Seriously, I watched my father run a company out of my home for 2 decades and I know a bad business model when I see one. Why should you have to offer your customer 500 reward points to stay with your awful company? I cannot believe Kate Hudson backed this company. I ordered clothes last week, and they are allegedly arriving tomorrow. Let's hope I get my package and the clothes are good quality. I will still not be recommending this company to anyone. I will stick to my Lululemon and Amazon finds, thank you.
This company is a total scam. Apparently, if you buy anything on sale, it's considered "Final Sale". However, they do not clearly tell you that on the website. They recently had a Memorial Day sale and everything was half off, well apparently, all of those items were final sale. If you buy anything in their "sale" area, it is also final sale, but again- they don't tell you. It's a rip off bc apparently, the only things you can return are the regular priced items which go for $49.99-$79.99 and up. We should really all get together and report this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Reports. I see a class action lawsuit in the future. This is not how you build a company of loyal consumers. I think it is false advertising, plain and simple. I think the way they get you is when you are first testing out the products, they do allow you to return. But once you become a "VIP" member, is when everything gets worse. That seems another false-advertising scheme, ha, VIP my you know what.

I signed up early in the month for the VIP Membership and dutifully clicked the 'skip this month' button to avoid being charged 49.95. Imagine my surprise and anger when checking my bank account to see... 49.95 gone towards a store credit. I immediately called customer service where I was met with an incredibly fake, apologetic man who swore he cancelled my membership. I even asked directly, is this membership cancelled? After replying yes, he said (so rudely) that a refund was not available. A month goes by and today I see ANOTHER charge of 49.95. I call to hear another fake apologetic voice of a clearly foreign woman who actually cancelled my membership and provided me a refund for the second charge (but still was rather rude, imploring me to use my store credit to BUY MORE OF THEIR PRODUCT). No words about the first charge but I will be disputing with my bank. I will be calling, telling, yelling at anyone who will listen about this experience. I am in high school, so imagine my shock at losing $100 even when using my money responsibly and bothering to read the terms and conditions of the membership. This is might as well be a scam website!
When I purchased some leggings and a sports bra the site AUTOMATICALLY, without my consent, signed me up for their monthly membership which costs $52 A MONTH! They then charged my credit card this outrageous amount for three months in a row even after I called and told them that I DID NOT sign up for it and wanted my money back.

I just wasted an hour of my time viewing items and adding them to my shopping cart, under the impression that, as a first-time shopper, the INTRO PRICE listed would be my purchase price. I was WRONG. I tried searching the Help menu for "Intro Price" but there is no information about it. Apparently, you only get ONE item at "Intro Price" - ONLY if you do NOT take advantage of the "2 leggings for $24" deal. So -- if I have the 2 for $24 deal in my cart already, why the heck does the site have INTRO PRICE listed when I do not qualify for that? BAIT AND SWITCH.
I bought some clothes for my high school daughter a while ago, and unbeknownst to be, they began charging a monthly fee to my account. I found out about this and contacted customer service to see how I could get my money back; they were the least understanding, most uncommunicative people and I had to resort to going to my bank to block any attempts by the brand to take money out of my account. Do NOT join VIP who doesn't want to get scammed and will NEVER be purchasing from them again.

I was completely ripped off. I thought it was a great company to buy some cute, quality workout clothes BUT I WAS WRONG. It is a scam and I am PISSED that they would charge me money for myfirst outfit that I bought on sale for presidents day. So mad. No one ever buy from fabletics!
Ordered items and they were delivered to the wrong house in my subdivision. It took ME almost TWO months to get this all straightened out. I DID ALL THE LEG WORK. Have you know they had already charged my charge card. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM, "FABLETICS". Also. I Will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. BEWARE; IT'S NOT A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I would also give zero stars if I could, I too was signed up for VIP membership without knowing and when I called them I was simply told I should 'read the terms & conditions, there are no refunds, you should have cancelled before 5th of the month'. WELL I WOULD HAVE HAD I EVEN REALISED I HAD AN ACCOUNT.
Absolutely outrageous, I have had no emails to inform me of my account or the cost. Will NEVER use this site again and will warn everybody to stay away.

It's not that we don't understand that it is a monthly membership fee. It's that when you try to skip or cancel they make it impossible, and that they keep your card info!
I liked the pants I got. I decided it wasn't for me when for THREE MONTHS in a row I couldn't get my sizes or the sizes I could get were preposterously off.
Decided to cancel and had to fight with the customer service agent who told me repeatedly, "I'm not going to cancel you, I'm going to give you x amounts of credit." Finally got her to cancel my VIP membership after a fifteen minute argument, only to discover they had kept my credit card info and charged me again the next month! Called to cancel again today and had to endure another upsell conversation where they didn't want to reimburse me.
Not worth the stress.
Don't ever sign up for the VIP account it is a BIG SCAM! They advertise a "promo" of 2 leggings x£24, once you signed up as a VIP member they charge you £49 per month if you don't buy something. Fabletics clearly has no respect for their customers.

I have been charged twice for a vip premium that if you don't read between the lines will charge you a month after you receive your purchase. Did the courtesy of refunding it then BAM! Hit again.

Leggings are amazing. They are super flattering. There is always a new selection of styles and fun colors and prints to choose from. Bras are pretty but difficult find my perfect size.

Most comfortable clothes I've ever owned! The material is soft, stretchy, and super light. They may be more on the expensive side, but once you receive them, it will be worth it!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
