I bought some clothes for my high school daughter a while ago, and unbeknownst to be, they began charging a monthly fee to my account. I found out about this and contacted customer service to see how I could get my money back; they were the least understanding, most uncommunicative people and I had to resort to going to my bank to block any attempts by the brand to take money out of my account. Do NOT join VIP who doesn't want to get scammed and will NEVER be purchasing from them again.
