Great value and price but order process and delivery process is very frustrating and disappointing. Ordering process and delivery takes time more than I thought. I tried to go to the store to purchase instead. When I actually go to the store, sizes or colors are not available.
My only option was to just place an order and forget about it. Yes, that's the term I use and my friends use about this VIP service. You place an order and forget about it… then sometime later, package will arrive. I'm seriously contemplating about canceling this membership.
Bought a few shirts, liked them. Then saw I was having $50 drafted a month into the site for some VIP points. (Got signed up to a subscription plan, unbeknownst to me)
WEnt to there website to cancel, can only do it if you call. GGGGRRR WIll never buy from this outfit again.
I lost $100 to this stupid scam and will never buy from again.

The thing I don't like is that every month, whether I order or not, I have to "skip this month" so I won't get charged the monthly fee. That makes no sense! Ff I order, then I shouldn't have to "skip this month"! Very annoying to have to remember this.

I am usually able to skip a month, and on months where I made a purchase the monthly membership would not be charged.
Recently I made a purchase and was still charged the membership fee. I was told I would still need to skip the month to avoid that. I found that odd, I wasn't skipping, I was making a purchase.

Bugger the monthly subs they want per month. They told me I had 44pounds credit to use, and when I ordered more goods they took from my paypal acct. Then said they never received the PayPal monies. Clearly on my PayPal acct. It showed they had the money. PayPal blamed them and they just burn my time up! You have been warned.

Terrible experience left me so disgusted, I didn't even get to the shopping part. There was an issue with my password. I use a password protection app to save and autofill passwords. I tried logging in, but couldn't. I tried a password reset - which required my email. I got an error message telling me there was no record of me having an account. I figured I had done something wrong when I set up my account, so I decided to create it - again. I entered my email and was told I already have an account on file. Great. So buried in the FAQs is a message about issues with passwords - if you have a problem you're told to reach out via Chat or phone. The customer service chat line was hidden even better. I gave up trying to have a chat after 10 minutes of sitting in a queue. Bye-bye.

They continued to charge me after I kept closing my account, I would have a credit but in order to use it I had to activate my account, and if you dont close it out they continue to charge you. I had to talk to customer service every time to close out my account, suspending the account or skipping doesnt close the account

Fabletics has given me an okai experience. The orders can be delivered timely and the fashion choices are great. The quality of the leggings is fabulous but I've ordered other items where the quality was lacking. On the mommy and me collection the hoodies were missing the straps.

People you need to stay the hell away from this company. The literally STEAL your money! They will save all your personal information, especially you credit card information and there is NO option to delete the data you ONLY once had to enter for ONE purchase you made in the past. I just received a $50 charge for some membership which I NEVER agreed to sign up for, and in their blasted email they state something like, "we know you are too busy to check your email frequently, so we will basically $#*! you over and charge your credit card $50. And if you don't reply within x days, then we cannot refund the money. Please be aware folks. I am about to call this money-robbing company and give them a good piece of my mind!
January 21st 2021 I attempted to make an order which the charge was $26.04 the order did not complete did not go through for whatever reason so I called the company and they said the order didn't go through so I told them to cancel whatever account or membership and to refund the money that was showing pending for $26.04 they said that they could not refund until the charge went thru the charge is still showing pending 5 days later they said to contact my Bank I contacted the bank they said there's nothing they can do and I had to wait 10 days so I have a hold on my money for 10 days and neither company can do anything the representative i had I could not understand, my call was dropped twice and I called back I was on the phone with them for over an hour holding I just want my money back I feel like this company just took my money and left me with nothing

I thought a was getting a GREAT deal for their 2 for $24 promotion, but was completely unaware that autmatically signed me up for a VIP membership, which takes $49 out of your card every month if you don't make another purchase. This information should be clearly stated and wasn't anywhere to be found during my first purchase. Called customer service and they FINALLY gave me a refund of $99 for the two months I was a "member." I had to call three times before this happened. Leggings were good quality, but membership sign up was a total scam and I won't be purchasing from them again. If the information had been presented clearly I would have never signed up for the promotion.

I placed an order and it was all on sale, but when I got it they charged me full price, and did not get everything I ordered, and when I contacted customer service they use said sorry they don't control the pricing ugh...
I got scammed too. I bought 2 pairs of leggings and then I got charged 50USD a month after that. Luckily I realized after 2 payments. I called them today and they said they will refund my last payment, but that I have to spend the first one on their website.
I'll have to keep an eye on my account and see if they actually refund me.
What a scam! It is not clear on the site that if you sign up as a VIP you will automatically be charged a monthly membership.
What a horrible company. Shame on you, Kate Hudson.

I am happy with the products I ordered but I canceled my subscription. The commercials I saw said try Fabletics, don't pay high prices for workout clothes anymore. Fabletic prices are just as high as everyone else if not more.

I signed up for fabeltics. As it states on the website you can cancel at anytime but when I went to cancel (due to the economical issues going on I couldn't commit to future purchases) they told me my previous order would be cancelled as well. I was very confused as I had placed the order and wanted to cancel my next one so wasn't sure why they would cancel my previous one. When I asked the guy on the phone to point me on the website where it stated this he couldn't do so. Therefore in order to cancel my membership I had to cancel my previous order. Honestly it's the worst experience, especially given what''s going on in the world right now. When companies are doing their best to help people out they're being ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs and support other companies.

I bought several items I was charge for my items plus 59 dollars for membership that was not a clear advertisement that I would be charged a membership so not happy about that will not buy again and will not recomend to friends and family.

I LOVE Fabletics leggings. However, I was never able to order any because they were always sold out of everything in my size. I was a Fabletics VIP for several years and they only had what I liked in my size a couple times. I ended up finding another brand that I liked just as much that has what I need in stock.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
