Terrible experience left me so disgusted, I didn't even get to the shopping part. There was an issue with my password. I use a password protection app to save and autofill passwords. I tried logging in, but couldn't. I tried a password reset - which required my email. I got an error message telling me there was no record of me having an account. I figured I had done something wrong when I set up my account, so I decided to create it - again. I entered my email and was told I already have an account on file. Great. So buried in the FAQs is a message about issues with passwords - if you have a problem you're told to reach out via Chat or phone. The customer service chat line was hidden even better. I gave up trying to have a chat after 10 minutes of sitting in a queue. Bye-bye.
