I bought Fabletics for the first time because of the promotion and I loved it. I did 2 more orders after that.
I finally clicked on Fabletics and thought I would give it a try. My size is a typical "M" and imagine my surprise that every single pant, legging, short, etc that I wanted was not available, except in black. I don't want black. I wanted to try some of the cute ones that are advertised! NONE of those were available in my size. When I changed the size to a small, large and XL, I noticed they weren't available either? Whose wearing the cute colorful jogging, exercise wear as advertised on UTube? Just wondering?
Wonderful, I love every piece from this brand, I love doing my workouts in these clothes, too comfortable
All items have exceeded expectations.
My only complaint is a navy blue-trucker-hat, (from
My last purchase), that arrived stained / damaged.
Besides that, I'm very happy with Fabletics.

The clothes are good quality and I really like the fit of most of the pants. HOWEVER, the customer service is not good. I had to return a sports bra and for some reason the Return option disappeared from my account, so I had to contact customer support to initiate the return. This went smoothly. It wasn't until today that I noticed the money went back as store credit instead of back on my card. The customer service agent never asked if I wanted store credit and just processed it that way without asking. I contacted customer support and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I complained about that and they finally said I would get a check in the mail in 8-12 WEEKS! Absolutely ridiculous. Its not about the money at this point, its the fact that the customer service agent knowingly processed my return as a store credit and never even asked me. This issue could have easily been avoided. I wont purchase again after this.

I ordered three items one a pair of tights and a sports bra and another pair of tights and the sports bra and the tights were damaged and then I just couldn't bother to send it back and yeah so I was unsatisfied with the experience unhappy.

I have mostly enjoyed the clothing and the sales. However, the shipping delays are frustrating and the app is sometimes very slow. My other issue is that the workout pants aren't very comfortable. I need something lighter weight. I actually got a rash thing from the oasis pants. I have loved the skirts that I got and I would love more of those (not skorts, skirts)
I live in the mountains near Vail, CO. When I do take the risk of driving to Denver, I always stop in to the Cherry Creek store. They are very bright, product saavy and it is always fun to go there. I also get in and out quickly so I can drive back up the mountain to Vail.

Wouldn't let me exchange 2 pair of shorts because the tags were off. They make it to where to tags come off super easy. I'm a fabletics member and I spend quite a bit of money with them every month. I don't think it's fair that I couldn't exchange these shorts for a bigger size. I had one pair of shorts that the tag didn't rip off and I was able to get a credit to my account for those but everything was full price for members when I went to attempt to exchange these.

The zipper is small and plastic and very easy to break. I have lost two pairs of pants already while just unzipping or zipping the pants. I enjoy the pants that I have, but after that tiny plastic zipper comes off the rails, the pants are unwearable.

I made a large purchase of 6 items in March, 2 of which were shipped separately. I never received those two items and when I called about it i was told that one of them would be reshipped and one of them was out of stock and that I would receive a credit for the out of stock item, neither of which I got. I paid for two items and never received them or the consolation of the loss of those items.

I have purchased many items from Fabletics. Most of their outfits are great for doing workouts or just using for going to work.
The only issue I have is that sale items I want are either not in stock, sold out, the color I want is not on sale or not in my size.
Some of the points I had accumulated dissappeared from my account. I had no warning. Therefore I closed my account.

Like what I see so far. Haven't worn them but I have tried them on and they fit perfectly and the shorts are so comfortable.
I have spend sooo much money buying cloths from fabletics uk, everything i bought from it been excellent quality are great designs are unique cant find anywhere else and price is bit high but it worth it
Only thing about it is i have to keep skip it everymonth which is bit annoying
I was finally able to obtain the Royal Blue in the scrubs. I initially bought the Method top in a 2 XL (too small - even though that my usual size in other brands) and the Ion pant in an XXL/1X (too big - I ordered a size bigger than normal because of the sizing of other clothes I have bought at Fabletics). I don't worry about returning because it is always so easy especially since we have a store near to my home.
Yes I returned both items but only after I ordered another set. This time the Ion pants in an XL (no more baggy butt!) and the Evolve top in a 2XL (different shape love the fit). I have to say I love both items, they look really smart on and the quality is excellent. In fact I had so many compliments about these scrubs that I am going to buy more, and a friend bought 3 pairs for themselves

I had two membership credits I wanted to use. I had to call in today to have someone remove an outfit from my cart I didn't want. Then I tried to put an outfit in my cart and was unable to. Then I found a second outfit I liked and when I tried to order it, I had to have someone apply my membership credits for me. This was ridiculous. I have a membership with AdoreMe and it is SO much easier to use and they do a better job of ensuring the happiness of their customer. At least offer me a pair of leggings for my time!

I placed an order on 3 items. Aside from their dumb business model of VIP Membership, they waited a week and half AFTER i placed my order to send my order to USPS which is basically called Snail Mail for a reason.
Dont think for a second that the reason for this isnt obvious. They do it intentionally so next time you order from them you will pay the $20 "rush" delivery fee.
When i called them about it they claim there was a "warehouse stock issue" which is obviously a lie because i was not informed of any of these issues at all throughout my order.
My compensation when i called to complain was 50% off one item on my NEXT order with them.

Ordered Feb 27, did not receive product until March 20. Received email saying product shipped with tracking # on March 6. No link to the shipper to track progress. In fact, it was just a long number and didn't identify the shipper. Had to enter the # on FedEx, UPS and finally USPS. When found on USPS said a label had been printed but they had not received the product. When it finally arrived, it was the WRONG SIZE. Received 2 emails from Fabletics stating the my QR code was included for the return. Neither email contained the QR code. Had to waste 20 minutes with customer service to get the code and finalize the return. Fabletics did not refund the shipping cost.
During this time, they flooded my inbox with spam to buy more pants, because everyone needs to but 3 or 4 pairs of pants per day, right?
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I got a new debit card and didnt update my card yet and this site got my new card and charged my monthly fee for being VIP i told them to refund it back and asked how they got my new card since i didnt update it and they said they call the bank and get it they dont do it someone else... the hell

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
