I had been a VIP member for over 6 years when my family purchased a gift card for me for the Black Friday/Christmas sale season. I was about halfway through using it when all of a sudden my orders kept getting cancelled. When I called, they said there was a hold on my account and wouldn't explain anything from there. A week or so after that, they cancelled my account entirely. It's been FIVE MONTHS and they still haven't addressed this issue despite my sending the original gift card paperwork and everything. I started out in absolute shock because I've spent literally thousands with the brand over the years, it represents 80+% of what I wear every day. This experience shows just how much they really care about their long-standing members.
BUYER BEWARE!
My last order and others before, I used my credits from months i did not purchase and after I purchase my item never shows up but you take my credit away. My purchase on August 14th still has not gotten here.

I have been a member with Fabletics since around 2018 I believe. I absolutely love the products and would recommend to my friends and co-workers. Nevertheless I have an issue with my package and had called to resolve the issue. Absolutely bad experience from the way the representative was dealing with me to the attitude that I wasn't expecting to receive.

I'm a poor student so they weren't able to take the £44 out of my account for over a year. Got transferred my loan so i was able to pay my rent at university and they took £88 within a couple of hours, which meant I wasn't able to pay my rent. It's a shocking and disgusting business which is essentially stealing from their customers and are incredibly unhelpful in resolving it. DO NOT JOIN
The quality of the fabrics has gone way downhill and they never have much in stock. I can't get just a regular pair of black leggings in my size. Fabletics brags about having such a wide range of sizes, but they never have them in stock. After my last purchase with Fabletics, I am done. I am canceling my membership. The fabric is just junk now.

I like the jacket I picked out for myself but I made a mistake on the pajama top I got for my mother. I thought I was getting a set with shorts but it was only the top. It was on sale so not gonna try to return it. Wish they wouldn't picture it as a set if only part of it is available. Not much of a sale then. But my mistake I guess.

How did I get a membership for $64 dollars a month? I don't remember seeing anything about a membership. And then when I canceled Fabletics keeps my "credits" I feel like I just got scammed
The product I was pleased with It was the automatic subscription I was not pleased with. The company charged me two subsequent months after my first purchase before I realized it
This is not an item I need to replenish monthly!
I will shop when I find it necessary and I do not need a company helping themselves to my bank account! They promptly refunded me but what if I wouldn't have noticed! This is NOT acceptable business practice

I absolutely love the pants! I bought a few pairs and they are the best. I bought a few tops as well and one I wasn't that impressed with but the others are okay. The sports bras I bought 3-4 and I love those as well! Cute backs and super comfy, I wear them all the time. Overall I love fabletics and will definitely keep buying from them

Picked up several items during the sale. Unfortunately, most of the items I wanted were already out of stock, but I still got a few things for more than 50% off
I recently ordered a dress from FashionMia. When I received it I was very surprised by the quality and workmanship. Very poor. Even though I ordered this 3 sizes larger than I normally wear it still didnt fit.
I also recently ordered from a sweatshirt from Rosegal same problem. Poor quality and workmanship. Also ordered 3 sizes larger than what I normally wear of course it didnt fit. Fortunately I paid by Paypal so I wasted no time filming a dispute. Also FashionMia is being investigated by the BBB because of so many complaints. Beware dont order from either of these companies.
The app kinda sucks and is annoying. Often I have load errors or shopping cart errors. I am excited about Yitty and think you could have better workout tops. Leggings on point, bras on point, tops meh.

Extremely low quality and ridiculous customer service. I could say I wouldn't suggest this site to my worst enemy, but I'm pretty vindictive, so really, I would. And then I would just laugh and laugh!
I just placed an order for the most expensive shorts ever in the beginning of this month because I had a hanging 1 credit of $50 forever and had plans to cancel this crap of membership. Even tough, I bought something in December during the first 5 days of the mont, Fabtletics still charged me for the membership, another $50 this month. I canceled the membership immediately and send a notice to Paypal for unauthorized charge and no accept any chargers for this business.

In April 2016 I started an order with this company and when I found out that you have to pay $49.95 each month I never executed the order. Now, 14 months later I have a $49.95 charge. Their customer service can not find the charge (surprise) even with my name, email, credit card and cell. So they apparently have no way to refund the money. Now I have to cancel my credit card as the bank considers this fraud. It is not an overall fraud it is the company not being ethical with their database. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I spoke with Diane on June 12,10:20a mountain time for 17 minutes- all unresolved.

I bought my first two pair. What they shipped me was the wrong size. I was then told I could one exchange the one I hadn't tried on. I send it back to exchange for the size I order. Now they tell me they don't have my size and to go to the website.
While they were on the phone with me I ordered the size I wanted. I received those two at full price with no problem.
I got my first VIP order and needed to return an item. I went to the store and the associates were so helpful and explained everything so well. The return was super easy and I found something else I wanted in the store. The price was so amazing I couldn't believe it. VIP is definitely worth it!

The Are a compleate scam and have ripped me off! I signed up as a member and with that I was supposed to get A $25 dollar deal on first outfit with free shipping. Turns out only about three outfits had that deal the rest were $30 or more so I decided to buy an out fit any way the total was around $40 dollars including shipping. About a month later I got a $40 bill which was the cost of the outfit and then the next month I got another bill for about $40 when I hadn't bought any thing else! I figured out that being a memeber is signing up to pay $40 each month even if you haven't bought anything from them! And to cancel your membership you need to ring them and cannot email. Which is hard for time difference when living in Australia!
I really love all of the merchandise and I completely understood the process of being charged if you don't skip a month and I even forgot to one month and was charged and just had credit on the site. However, this month I skipped, I got a confirmation of skipping, the site said I skipped and my account was charged anyway! It withdrew $49.95 from my account and I got charged with overdraft fees from my bank. I had no credit on my account. I emailed them and they responded telling me I don't have an account. I called them and they told me it wasn't up to them for the charge and I had to contact my bank. When I decided to cancel my membership the woman talking to me was short with me and extremely rude. I am very disappointed because I love these clothes and I had high hopes for it. I will never use this or any other site associated with it again.
I made my order 10 Days ago. I just got billed today and my order has not left their warehouse. I wish I had read these reviews prior to my purchase of 19 ITEMS. It wasn't cheap. I am not satisfied with the service at all because of their really intense delay. I mentioned this to customer service and they told me to check my local post office to see if it was there on hold. I checked my shipping number online and the order has not even left their establishments. I called to cancel my order and they told me I couldn't because It had shipped already. Also, they kept saying they could not hear me and that I was cutting off everytime I mentioned that I wanted to cancel. HONESTLY, I just want my money back as I had a bad experience and I have not even looked at the clothes.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
