I wear Fabletics leggings for my gym workouts or just a walk around the block. I buy the high waisted and like the fit. I have not bought a pair that I didn't like. The quality and the wear of the garment is fantastic.
Called to cancel my membership and they kept pushing for me to keep my membership, they did this like 5 times and I recently ordered from there and they said if I canceled my membership they would cancel my order, not pleased at all.
I attempted to purchase a gift card as a gift for a friend and could not have had a more difficult time. There was limited customer support, and when there was, it was hardly helpful or solution oriented. I could not get confirmation that my digital gift card was sent to the correct recipient, to the point where I had to try to order it multiple times, and was told to forward a very spam-like email with a hyperlink to the intended recipient. Not at all the presentation or delivery that should exist for a digital gift card. I had a thought out and personalized gift message crafted, and it had to be abandoned because the only option was to forward the email that came to me instead of the recipient.

The clothes are decent quality but a bit pricey. It's not bad if you can get a set or a coat with the VIP points. If you aren't a VIP then I wouldn't think it would be worth the money. Everything is quite expensive.

It was not clear that I was enrolling in a VIP monthly program with Fabletics at the start.
The items are clearly not for all. I ordered was a Large sports bra, I exchanged it for a Medium which I could not get on. In exchanging the large for the medium, I asked not to get two of the same bra, I did not want two of the same color. I was told the colors would be different. Nope, got two identical ones.
I found returning items had a "scammy" feel to it. I was told I would be getting store credit. It was not until I ask for the refund to go on my credit card was that an option.
Cancelling my VIP subscription was not as easy as it appeared. Originally, I did it online and then received an email about my next order. I had to call to confirm that I was actually cancelled (which I was not) and then received a sales pitch to remain a customer, no matter how many times I indicated the clothing is not a good fit for me.

I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of leggings, which feel so nice and fit so great. I didn't want to become a member, so I just canceled immediately after purchase, which was very easy to do. I only wish that they had a more affordable option if you didn't want to be a member.

I've been a Fabletics subscriber for about 1.5yrs now. I must say, after trying everything out there, they make THE BEST activewear. Completely life proof, hike proof, squat proof. I like that I can skip a month when I want to. My only gripe is that sometimes they will do a great drop before I have my member credit for the month, and I will miss out because it sells out quickly. Or I will use my member credit and then a week later something new drops that I want. It would be cool to be able to manually purchase a member credit anytime during the month.

I would never order from this company again. Took forever to get what I ordered and before I even got my first order they were charging me another $50 for my "monthly" outfit. When I finally got my order some of the items were very cheaply made, tried to go to account to return/exchange which I couldn't do because EVERYTHING is a "final sale" even though the items are still available on website for full price. Worst customer service.

It's a bit difficult to understand how Fabletics works when you're a VIP member. Also when I don't skip it seems not to match the amount due. When shopping I feel welcome and when I make a return I don't feel as welcomed.

I tried to order for the first time and my order didn't go through for an unknown reason. However, I was charged 2x for that order. On top of that I got no confirmation email. When I called the customer service line they told me not to worry my money would be refunded eventually. When I asked for an email confirming the order canceled and I was to be refunded the company refused stating I'd have to trust them but they could not provide confirmation.

I placed my order on May 16th. I paid for the expedited shipping. I waited to receive my order and still to this day on May 26, I have not received my order. I was given the refund for paying the expedited shipping but still very unsatisfied with my experience especially because this was my first time ordering from here.

I really like the pants that I purchased but I wish they were a little stretcher. I have cancer and my lymph nodes swell as well as my spleen and these pants are better than what I have been wearing but could be better if they were a little stretchier.

I really have had a good experience with Fabletics, but consequently, decided to leave because of the delivery service they choose to use. I only hold them accountable because they continue to use them. DHL lies about delivering items and where they delivered them. Then, they lie again when they say that they investigated when it's clear that they didn't. In my case, they took a picture of the delivery and it wasn't even at my house. Their reviews online and with the BBB will prove all of this. I would come back if they choose a different service. I cannot order items and wonder if I will receive it.

I called to cancel (since you can't cancel online) and I was told I could skip a month, and I explained that I've been doing that for a while; however, I want to cancel. I could lose my member credit so instead I had to place my order to then cancel.
I had the wrong address on the order- (I can't change this online) so I of course call and they weren't able to help.
There's not enough functionality one can do online, and the phone lines are terrible help.

I received a charge on my card today from Fabletics and when I called, I was told it was a membership fee and that I didn't "skip" this month. I was notified that I had to, and now have been told that it will take up to 7 days to get my money back! Canceled my membership and never shopping there again.
I couldn't figure out how to use my gift card. I spent awhile on the phone between 4 calls and lots of time I was able to placed an order. The items arrived and were a different color than pictured on the websight. The items are unusable to me and I find the company difficult to work with.

I was a member for years and spent hundreds of dollars on workout clothes. Unfortunately, I ordered a cosmetic bag that broke the first time I used it. After contacting costumer service, I was told they could do nothing for me. For 20 dollars, they couldn't replace a bag. I quit the membership service and will never shop there again.

Return was nightmare. Since I don't have a printer I couldn't print a label from the site and had to call twice for assistance which took forever on the phone x two. Then I had to call back for refund which took an hour on phone

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
