Outer fabric had a hole in it upon receiving so that was disappointing coming from yhis company. Returns are a hassle so I didn't bother sending it back

Somehow they obtain a person's permission to join a VIP membership for elite pricing. But how many cheap clothes does a person buy to make a $54.95/monthly fee worthwhile? And then they double charged my account on a monthly basis, and said there was no visibility on their end of double charges. Excuse me? I don't believe that's possible when it's happening twice a month for a few months.

I love the clothing, but when it comes to some items, I got some that weren't sewn right and some slippers that seemed way off with the sizing, other than that the leggings and sports bras are really good.

Quick shipping, nice products and along with the subscription they have sales, I love a good sale. The better I look when I workout the more I workout. So this is a great concept, I don't need a new outfit every month but when I do I know where to go.

I placed an order yesterday with my VIP account that I have kept since August. The agents were very helpful in honouring a price match so i went ahead and confirmed the order and got charged for it. Then this morning I see that the account was cancelled without my knowledge and my order too. When I called the support team they tell me it is because I had multiple accounts from the past. These accounts are from over the years and I havent been using them. I have ordered so many things from fabletics and have been telling everyone to buy from fabletics because I am a fan of your brand. I have shoes, bras, tops from your brand (so not just the 2 leggings for $24 FYI). But it is very unacceptable that you cancel my account without notice and your agent goes on trying to humiliate me for having multiple accounts. She says there was a "hard cancel" on your account prob because you had many accounts and then goes on to list all the accounts that I have had over the years as if I am trying to hide something or deny that I have had many accounts. I am very well aware of the accounts I have had over the years, your website did allow me to do that for years with no problem. Then I tell her that my order this time was from VIP account that I have kept since Aug (I was gonna order a lot more in black friday btw). When I tell her I should have been notified before cancelling all she says is that "I didnt do this, it was somebody else" and "well you had to follow the rules which was having one account only". Not only there is a language barrier in the communication with this agent, she also didnt want to listen to my complaint and kept trying to cut me off. Just letting you know as a big fan of your brand, I am very disappointed with this service. I called to reactivate my account and reorder my items but instead I was just shamed. I am very well aware that I had many accounts but they werent supposed to be active (i used to cancel them always not to get charged monthly fees which is where they scam people the most btw). When I raised my concerns through Facebook chat and they are like 'sorry your account was cancelled and you felt humiliated, is there anything else I can help you with?'

I decided to try a Fabletics membership for a couple of months. The return on the monthly membership fee was lost on me. For $60, you get access to Old Navy quality activewear. Some of the styles look cute online, but were always tackier in person. I would not recommend at all.

I ordered around 6 items I believe. Returned 3 of them and got like a $16 refund. Which was only the value of one of the items. I did not even bother correcting it thinking it was a waste of my time and it would hit my account eventually. Sadly it did not.

Lately on the first of the month the site refuses to allow me to "skip the month" so I have to keep returning to attempt to skip the month and often it does not work until the 4th of the month. This is scummy behaviour as they're hoping I will forget to come back and then they can charge my account.

When I cancelled my membership I had a credit to use. I could not find anything for myself, my 14 year old daughter or my husband. I looked in your store and online. Everything you had was ugly and XXL. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of what this store has come to. I went in a few months ago and it was all terrycloth! Who works out in terrycloth?

I have really enjoyed the clothing I ordered. It's great quality and the price was exactly right. Even after several washings the clothes have held up well. I will definitely be buying more! Only thing… they have sales all the time and send ads constantly… it's a bit annoying.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
