The site kept glitching, which was annoying. I had to refresh several times while using. Most of the items I liked were sold out in my size, (L), and any size around that, if not completely, though still listed as if it were available to purchase. Majority of the styles are very similar and repetitive. After your first purchase at 2 fkr $24, the pricing gets pretty ridiculous for what they are offering. $78 retail for a cropped, lightweight fleece hoodie? I don't know who they think they're kidding, but anyone who actually shops knows this is utterly outrageous. My recommendation? Join the VIP, make your purchase, then cancel... unless they will somehow improve on all of the above, which I highly doubt.
The "One joggers" came out and tried getting them in the coral blue color, but the website wouldn't allow me to use a member credit for them. After calling customer service all they said was there's nothing they could do and that the problem would be fixed within 48hours. Upon asking for an email verification after the problem was fixed for my support ticket they said they don't do that and I will just need to check back periodically to see if I can use a member credit for those pants.

I have unknowingly paid £44 each month and have apparently accumulated £132 worth of credit, which doesnt appear in my account at all I have been speaking to Fabletics for over a month about wanting my money back and they swap back and forth between you dont have an account with us to you have £132 worth of credit with us.
Once again I have emailed this morning for an update and had the same response, you dont have an account with us.
I will be calling citizens advice and the bank today.
Dont waste your time or money. Have spoken to a few people now who have had the same experience.
I joined a few years ago and have been disappointed over and over again. The website experience is terrible. Even if you have built up credits (which I do) you can't use them at the same time. It caps the amount at what the credit would be. So, i have $450 worth of credits, but I can only use $49.95 at a time. If I go over that amount in one order, I have to pay the difference... assanine.
The chat feature is not worth your time. I have asked numerous questions, just to get generic answers that don't help. Then the chat ends. Calling the 1-800 number is even worse.
Don't try to return the items if they don't fit, it takes weeks to get them to you in the first place, but returning them, forget it!
The overall quality was pretty good, I liked the items I got, however it is not worth the hassle or the pain to get them.

This is an edit to a glowing review I wrote. Fabletics' quality went downhill, to the point where every couple of pieces would wear out quickly. The company seemed to focus more on athleisure than functional athletic wear. Additionally, the company offshores its customer service, making it extremely difficult to communicate with the representatives. Customer service often does not offer a resolution and copies and pastes scripts into chat windows, if you can get ahold of them at all.
This is the poorest run company in the United States. I have tried numerous time to cancel the vip status. I bought outfits in December for gifts. I cancelled within days of allotted time. I have yet been able to cancel almost a year! The company has hit my credit card numerous time. They have had to reimburse me three times as of 7/21/20. I have had to put a freeze on my credit card. Then replace my credit card. Some how they found the new one. I wasn't a monthly thing of trying to get funds out but daily.

Every month they make it very difficult to skip the charge of however much it is, but when you cancel your membership all of your credits go to waste. The VIP is a scam, don't get into it. Their clothes are mediocre as well, which I really dislike because for a while I'd buy them and they were great quality. Recently though, their quality has been terrible. I wouldn't spend my money here again if I wasn't scammed into staying by all the member credits. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company.

I have been ordering outfits for my girlfriend for over a year with ZERO problems. When you sign up for VIP you have to be smart enough to set a reminder on your calender to either order or log in and simply click one button to skip that month. After reading the reviews on this site it appears that most people lack the organization skills to be a VIP customer. To all of those dummies I have message: Go get the same quality stuff from LuLu Lemon for three times the price!
Rise in monthly price along with shipping surcharge make Fabletics a bad value. Had a return of the monthly VIP and instead of reinstating my VIP credit they gave me a regular store credit. I was informed if I would have called in my return it could have been refunded as the VIP credit but since I did it online like the website instructs it was too late.
This last order was to use up the credit and cancel my membership. The short material is way too hot for shorts but I'll just donate them so not to have to interact with Fabletics again and can cancel my membership.

I enjoy every piece of clothing from Fabletics. I would be a customer for life, BUT FOR, the shipping. The shipping/delivery times are beyond excessive. Three weeks is the norm, which is far beyond acceptable. We are years in to Covid challenges and this issue should've been resolved by Fabletics long ago. As much as I enjoy Fabletics, this shipping issue is the reason I am looking to cancel my VIP membership.

I have SEVERAL pairs of Leggings with a reflective logo on the upper thigh and everyone always thinks I have something on my leg. I bought a pair of Sweats that had a hole in the pocket and getting a new pair was such a hassel and took forever. Customer service is below average. Also, every time I try to talk to customer service I get connected to two people. What is that glitch?

I bought the 2 for 24 deal and a couple of weeks later 49.95 was removed from my account without my permission. They had enrolled me on a VIP membership that i was COMPLETELY unaware of and i am still waiting over 30 days later to receive my refund which they keep telling me they will give me. I am LIVID. Today was my THIRD phone conversation with them and they are all saying I should be receiving my money back "in the next 4 days"... they say that EVERY time. Awful. Do NOT throw your money away like this!

I love these leggings,bras and shorts they are soft and true to size.
First order was ok, altough I wasn't aware of the membership fee scheme at that time. Indeed a very tricky one. Anyway, everything took a turn for the worse with my second order. It was canceled for no reason, their client support was a disaster. They told me I should make another account. I did it but nothing seems to work on their platform. I lost so much time and energy trying to finalize that order. Probably not going to happen. Definitely Fabletics is not worth it. I am outraged with their behaviour and company culture. I wonder how do all those celebrities agree to link their name to this company. Somebody should take a look here.

All of the items I received from Fabletics were awesome. The reason I am canceling my membership is because I think they are greedy. For instance, they charge my credit card the $49.99 membership fee which basically puts a credit on my account, but then when I go to order something I have to order $49.99 or more in order to use my membership credit. So if I have a cart that doesn't total $49.99 or more then they want me to pay for that out of pocket instead of deducting it from my credit on my account. Also, if I want to use my credit to make a purchase I cannot buy an item at the sale price which I think is ridiculous. How can you charge my card every month and then tell me how I can spend my money?

I received an email for a "2 for $24 + free shipping + 50% off all other items" promotion. Thought I'd give fabletics a try and started shopping. I was in the process of placing a $300+ order when I noticed that the discount that was advertised wasn't being applied. They totally bait and switch you and it doesn't end up being a great deal at all. I wouldn't sign up for any reoccurring payment type thing with a company that is so deceitful. So glad I found all these reviews before taking the plunge and trying them out anyway. There are tons of better options online and in stores.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
