I had an error completing the order, I tried calling and after nearly an hour wait I was told by the rep to visit the store to complete the purchase.
Needless to say, I didn't have a pleasant experience and will be most likely canceling next month.
I had became a vip member and I loved their leggings. They said that you get monthly emails to skip the month but I honestly never got them. It's now 3 months in and I got charged twice. I called 5/6/19 and they lady from their customer service said she couldn't process a refund and that they don't do that. I had to demand that she send me to a supervisor who only refunded one month. I worked at qvc and I know that you can always refund member credits back to the card so I made her transfer my request back to the supervisor. She tried arguing with me to get out of doing it! I had never been so upset with customer service! I told her that it's MY money and that there was no way I couldn't have it back. I was able to get both months refunded and cancel my membership. NEVER DOING IT AGAIN!
Fabletics is a scam, they charged my credit card for 8 months without my permission for what they are calling the VIP membership. I did not intentionally sign up for the VIP membership. I placed an order and have a feeling, there was a box I had to uncheck in order to avoid signing up for the VIP. She said there was fine print stating I would be charged $50/month, which certainly was not visible as I would never intentionally sign up for the program. Poor company trying to scam people and trying to be sneaky. The company should gout of business with this type of poor business strategy; they are just generating a lot of pissed off customers, not a way to develop a long standing company with loyal customers.
I made a larger order around Christmas time getting myself and my boyfriend a few items each and signed up for a membership. It somehow signed me up for a mens version. One why do we need separate gender apps. And two why is it impossible to switch it. The website and app always seem to be out of the sizes I need. I understand the need to keep up with fun colors but why can't they just make a basic black pair is seemless leggings. We don't need pockets and crisscross and cutouts. I would also be great if they could make more trending colors, neutrals and jewel tones are what's in style so why is everything on the website neon or pastel?

Impossible to cancel. Canceled several times. Keep charging my card. If you cancel make sure you get an email so you have a leg to stand on to try and get your money back. The absolute worst ever. I'm so aggravated it's unbelievable.

The belt line was advertised as it won't roll down like others. But, it does more than others. The fabric was a bit damaged when I received it. It is of course not pf a value of that price. Wayy to expensive.

I signed up to buy 2 pair of leggings in August. I received my items. Then I noticed by August Fabletics had charged me monthly memberships AUgust, September, October. I called them and my bank to get the stop on the account, end membership, and refunds. That was completed, however, Fabletics has continued to charge me the $49.95 since August. I have had to call several times and call my bank ( which during Covid is at least an hour wait!).
At this point, Fabletics has charged me 8 months at $49.95= $399.60.
THis is FRAUD.

Your website is not very friendly. I tried to order a pair of pants and realized after talking with someone that all I did was join your Club. You need to make it more clear on your website
The buisness will charge you just for not purchasing and claims it is not "money lost". I was charged $50 because I did not log into my account and make an effort to not purchase something. As someone who works 40 hrs a week, has a life and BARELY shops, I find this type of charging method rediculous. It needs to be seriously readdressed by management. I am disappointed. I love the leggings but hate the buisness motto. That does not often happen for me. Also, the ad lies... the leggings totally roll on the top. What a shame. I was excited about this product but now all I am is pissed.

I'm confused... Didn't any of u read the membership option before u purchased? I have only just ordered for the first time, but I did receive a great discount and as long as u skip the monthly choices by the 5th of the month, U are not supposed to b charged. I set a reminder in my phone... I am looking forward to receiving my first order of the Salar leggings... I have heard great things about them... I hope the quality is as good as Lululemon...
I finally went online yesterday and was about to order a few items until i unchecked that I wanted a membership! I could no no longer get all the nice things I wanted for a low price. I feel scammed and sad that I can't get your clothing. I don't think it's fair that you would need to sign up for membership of $49 monthly just to get a few items cheaper. I don't want the membership and feel betrayed. Kate I thought you ran a more honest business. Please let all your unhappy customers know if this annoying membership approval ever goes away so I can buy a few things without having to spend money every month in the future. Shorts took longer than claimed to come in. Said 3-5days and took over a week. No free shipping. No draw string and waist is bigger than claimed size on website. I'm a 32-33" waist and medium is 31-33" and they were way too big, closer to 35" waist when I measured it. Pictures show that the phone pocket is on the side of your leg but it's actually more towards the front/side of your leg. Material feels cheap and is definitely no where close to Lulu shorts like claimed all over every advertisement that is found on social media and website. Inseam claims to be 7" but is closer to 9" when I measured.

I made a $260+ purchase in November, before Christmas. I noticed one of the items I ordered was a long sleeve shirt (that isn't my size) but figured I would handle that when I had time. Fast-forward past the holidays and I sit down to take care of my order. I check the original order details and notice it was a tank top that I ordered and not a long sleeve shirt (which I received). I did an online chat and was told it's past the 30 day return policy but this wasn't a return, I wanted my item that I purchased and I would gladly send back the item I didn't order. I guess it's my fault I waited so long to get to reaching out to the company. But for someone that has spent over a $1000 just this year, you would think they would make it right when I'm disputing a $29 tank top I didn't receive!

I signed for VIP and ordered shorts. I waited three weeks after being initially informed that the product was to be delivered and still did not receive the shorts. When I called, I was promptly informed the item was out of stock. This practice left me feeling decieved and frustrated. After all, why was I made to believe the product was on its way when it was out of stock? Why was I left eagerly waiting for two pairs of shorts when they were never going to come? Why did I have to call to even be informed that the product was out of stock? Fabletics, please consider this a failure of customer service.

So far my experience has not been great. The items I ordered were too small. I was not able to do a simple exchange. I had to return the items then reorder a larger size. Meanwhile, I am not able to continue paying the monthly subscription fee. I have been trying to find out, how to cancel. I can not afford another month. I need it canceled as soon as possible.

I just realised that after a one off purchase, fabletics has been sneakily charging me £49 a month for absolutely nothing. Total scam and they must be aware that customers are not aware when they sign up. The sign of an unethical and immoral money grabbing company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I recently lost a lot of weight and am still figuring out my size. Recently I returned an item, and realized I hadn't received the exchange still, so I checked on my order status and found that my package was delivered 3 days prior. I never received it. The first man I spoke to in regards to letting Fabletics know I didn't receive the package, was extremely helpful. It was once I found out that my package was stolen that the bad experience started. I am a VIP member, and I was unable to receive a replacement for the items that were stolen. It is not uncommon for people have their packages stolen, so I assumed Fabletics would be helpful and replace my items I paid for. The person I spoke to had no idea what I was trying to tell her, and I still have not received a replacement for my items. It's probably been a month or so now.
First order when prices are at all time low fabletics was conveniently out of everything that my son wanted. He found "substitutes". First item that arrived 2 weeks after ordering had a hole in it. Had to repackage and take to post office which took another week since gas prices are $4.20 a gallon I wasn't making a special trip. Canceled membership immediately. From start to finish it was a headache.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
