After you buy 1 outfit for $25, the company Fabeletics continues to bill you $50 per month without notification. When I called customer service to ask what the charges were for, I was forwarded to the Phillipines where I got no assistance. Looks like they charge $50 per month for I don't know what. I would not want to be associated with a company like this. Such a disappointment. Avoid at all cost.
Being a pro athlete I have gone through my far share of athletic clothing. The quality of the Fabletics products and totally worth the price. I also jumped in and joined their VIP program which gets you even more discounts on apparel. My favorite bra thus far is the Jolene, with the cute web of straps and so comfortable. The new Oasis bra is fast be coming my second favorite. The Oasis twist leggings are a new favorite too! So cute with the twist detail at the hem and pockets!
Placed my order 19th of April and still haven't received anything. I've send several emails and phone calls but still haven't received any reply... the money have of course been withdrawn from my account, but it appears I won't get neither my order or my money back!

First, the website is very frustrating. Links never seem to work. Then, when I do a chat, the service is good, but the result is me asking for another chat because the webiste still did not work (resetting my password). I also do like that my member credit cannot be applied to a sales item. If an item is on sale, I cannot get that sale price IF I use my member credit. THAT is a complete scam!

Ive been happy with the cloths that I have received, however even when I was a VIP member and got to order my items before non-member. I still could NOT get the items that I really liked and wanted. I would place myself on the wait list, but never received notifications.

I placed my first order on December 10. It was a Christmas present for my niece. Today is December 26 and I still don't have the order. I have never had such poor shipping results. I canceled my Fabletics membership and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

The Fashion Valley staff are incredible! Sometimes my fiancé and I pop into the store just to say what's up to everyone. They are so amazing. They actually treat you like a person! I love the product but love the store even more because of all the staff there.

Shoes run a little big got the wrong size but loved the look and feel of the shoe
I have always been very happy with all of my purchases. I love the way pants and bras fit and look. Fun patterns and colors that keep my outfits fun. I love having options to purchase socks, beanies and jackets. Great customer service and always receive my orders quickly.

Stay away from this company, the "deals" are not deals. The company "signs" you up for a "membership". Their customer service is deplorable and canceling is a major time issue due to the lack of commitment by the company.
Disappointed with the inconsistency in fit with the most recent outfit. Loose threads and unraveling at a rapid pace. The new bra rubbed blisters under my arms, so overall feel like the quality in fit and fabric is dwindling

After "canceling" my VIP membership twice I was still getting charged 50 dollars a month with no notice. No heads up, no rewards or in store credit. Don't even bother with costumer service, I was just hung up on in the middle of my sentence. Started because they had a great deal on shorts, but now they are scaring a broke guy out of his rent money. Strongly suggest to go ANYWHERE else.

Your sizes have changed. And not everyone wants high-waisted bottoms. Not everyone wants solids or camo. You used to have very cute, great fitting mid-rise floral or abstract print bottoms. You no longer carry those. I will go elsewhere.

My leggings (after I finally got them) were great quality. However when I tried to get help from customer service they tried to pretend they had answers when they didnt and it took my correcting them multiple times before they finally got my order right without so much as an apology
My husband pays our monthly expenses and does not question my expenses. We just found out that I have paying for YEARS the monthly VIP fee, with one purchase that was returned. When I called them today, I was advised I agreed to this fee, which I did not. I was not given the chance to cancel. Our credit card company will address this for us but I am out thousands of dollars as they can only go back 2 months. Shame on us for my husband thinking I was buying their products. I would not purchase from them due to their poor business practices. BUYER BEWARE!

If you aren't on the monthly purchase program, the merchandise is too pricey for what it is. It is made in China. The cost should be less. It is the same quality of what you could buy at Target- also made in China. Additionally, the actual store in my area doesn't carry a quarter of the merchandise they offer. I placed an order at the store. It took more than a week and a half to arrive. Their distribution center and shipping are slow. The purchased item did fit well.

The leggings & warm ups are tooong from waist to the inseam, Or crotch area. Also, i do appreciate the fact that I cant cancel.my membership with a simple phone call or text. Twice you double debited my account without reimbursing me the extra debit.

I feel entrapped by them, I can't use up all of my accrued points b/c so many items I actually want are always out of stock in most sizes so I feel stuck and that they have taken my money to give me "credits" to use that I have few options to actually use them with. I can't wait until I'm able to use all of the credits and withdraw from this scam of a business model.

They signed me up for VIP without my knowledge, with only the promise that my first outift is $25. I prdered it in march, the prodect was okay but since then they've charged me $50 a month! Dont do it!
I was told I would be sr y an email a week ahead of the skip s month so reactivated and last month did not even get the one email.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
