I love the products, the leggings are literally the best leggings on the planet… but I have tried several times to cancel my membership that automatically charges me every month unless I remember to skip it, and I have never been able to. I've tried canceling through the app, calling, chat with a representative, emailing the company and I just get the run around. I hate it. I would continue to purchase their products, I just don't want the membership.
I love the clothes. Although I pay to be VIP and I never get any deals like the signup deal. The store in my location is always out of stock of items I want or my size. The staff in store isn't as helpful to returning customer as they are to new customers.

Called about a refund and it was confirmed but the money was never transferred to my account. Called several times and spoke with representatives who did not provide a solution. Very unsatisfactory and canceled my membership.

Received very poor customer service, when all I wanted to do was exchange for a different color. Rep did not even listen, sent the same exact scrub pants. I wanted to exchange scrub top for credit to another scrub pant...I got $13 credited to the account. Wasn't even what I paid, and I won't be using the credit.

I love the fit, and colors of Fabletics! The material is stretchy and super soft to. Lots to choose from. Nothing better than a colorful outfit to make you feel good and more motivated to workout! Instead of treating myself to junk food for hitting a goal I like to get a new Fabletics outfit

I signed up for a membership unknowingly. The checkout process is misleading in that if you click for the free shipping and fail to real the small print, you sign up for a monthly membership. I only learned this when I was sharing with a friend what a great deal I got on some leggings from Fabletics. They had read that this happened to many of your customers and encouraged me to make sure I hadn't signed up for a membership. I was very disappointed to learn that I had and that your company would knowingly mislead new customers this way. I was, however, reimbursed and my membership was immediately cancelled when I called your customer service. For that I was grateful.

I've been purchasing Fabletic clothing since Jan 2020. I love the fabrics, the colours are so vibrant and beautiful. There's always something for everyone. I really LOVE the sales so I can stock up and also purchase gifts for friends and family. There's really no other company in the fitness clothing space that can compare.

I am overall happy with my experience. I only wish they had a filter for Long inseam, and more quantity in my size. I have to click on every item and check if they have a S/Long because you cannot filter for Long, and most of the time my size is not available.

I also didn't expect to be charged $70 for a membership then when the clothes came they were awful poorly made and and gift cards were in my box and they are not for Canadians and my package was sent to CANADA totally didn't understand that concept - let's give customers little gifts that they can't use?

I've belonged to Fab, so I knew I was getting into a subscription service with goods of extremely poor quality. But why I'm giving it a poor rating is that the selection and variety of options leave a lot to be desired. Here's how Fabletics works: they take the same pair of capris, and will add a camo stripe, or turn the whole thing blue, or some other color change. Then they pair it with one of their awful bras (with no support) and one of their tops that follow the same design process as the pants. Here's the problem: if those capris didn't look good on you in black, adding a spiffy little colored wasteband isn't going to solve the problem. Women come in different sizes and shapes. We don't all look good in everything. If you are bigger than an XS, or are sporting more curves than an anorexic 13 year old boy, you probably won't like how these clothes look on you. If they can't be bothered to try to add some variety, why should I be bothered to log on and skip every single month?
Quality is $#*!. I purchased n tried on jan31/19 i just went to wear it was a spring legging and there is a huge run in the legging part. Not even the decorative part. Now keep in mind i am 5ft 4 and the legging was big on me. No need to run anywhere. Of course i wanted a replacement or exchange and got told NOPE NADA NEIN. I ei stick to walmart $20leggings that i dont car if they get ruined

You have to sit on the site forever and wait to be able to access it, once you get in you choose what you want, go through the whole process of purchasing and then your items aren't available. It's ridiculous, I tried 4 times one day and couldn't get anything.

Great Quality and fast delivery. The color and material was exactly the website.
Expected a package to be delivered. Their contracted delivery company said it was delivered to my front door. It wasn't. When I contacted the delivery company myself they stated they handed the package to someone in a vehicle. When I contacted fabletics they said they couldn't do anything for 72 hours after it was marked "delivered". The agent was super nice but this policy is completely inane.

I am not happy with the program anymore. I think it's bogus that the sales going on are always less money than what I pay for a VIP credit - so basically, I'm paying more for items that are on sale if I want to use my membership credit. It's total BS and I have been thinking of canceling due to this major issue.

Before washing the item I purchased, I tried one of them on, the fit was good. After washing everything, the items shrunk to the point where everything is unwearable. I took the items to my local store where they would not return anything because it had been washed. I explained the situation but was told there was nothing they could do. Completely dissatisfied!

It's a scam. It's not clear at all that you have to pay for the membership to get the discounted price. Actually, you are not getting discounted prices even if you pay for the membership. I saw the ad online for 2 shoers at $24, but they automatically charge your card every month for $59.99. I find out after 6 months, And they didn't refund me the money.

I subscribed to Fabletics in September 2020 and they took out the monthly subscription fee -£49. So I tried to signed in and do a purchased. Then I found out I couldn't logged in and they said the account is not existed! If the account isn't existed then how did I do my purchased in September and being charged for October. I contacted them 3 times and 3 times I was treated rude and helpless. One of the girl on the phone actually asked me to report it to the police saying it is a fault! How ridiculous this is. Totally a scum. Keep away from this company.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
